Ok its crazy people dont talk more about Barry the tv show Barry's cop stuff because like obviously no mainstream tv show will ever do a full critique of the police or anything but Barry kind of did it the best right. Like constantly portraying cops as ineffective and useless and wrong. The cops never got to be cool or right or in some way necessary and in the end they wrongly arrested Gene and led to Barry getting this completely inaccurate legacy that absolves him of what he did.

Sorry I remembered any batm/an thing trying to have a badass Anti Cop moment to get screenshotted and shared around to prove Batman is leftist and my eyes started twitching
