数枚に1枚の確率

数年に一度とはよく聞くけど、数枚に1枚というのはDP2でブレずにジャスピンで撮れてる確率のこと。

ISOをとにかく上げられないから、数打つしかない。

そして、あまりに光が足りなければ諦めるしかない。

こんなカメラ、今時ないでしょ。

でもバシッと決まれば立体感と空気感のある、独特な写真を得られる。

それがDP2の良いところであり、虜になる部分。

電池の減りが早いことなんてたかが知れてしまう。

その唯一無二な構造のfoveonセンサーならモノクロも得意。

DP2は写真を撮るためだけに生まれた道具。

ファッション性など皆無。

たが、それがいい。

Most people in my life know me as an adult, they will never know the younger version of myself. Childhood is a very short and special period in each person's life. Once it's over, it's over. 低みの見物

最近何かと湧いているカメラ界隈だけど、このカメラはその論争にも入れない。

ライバルと呼べる機種がない。

そもそもセンサーの構造が違うし。

ホワイトバランスは暴れまくり、色味もバラバラ。

そしてJPEGは使い物にならない。

低感度じゃないとノイズまみれ。

光が十分にない時は潔く諦めることが必要。

ヨボヨボなコンデジのわい、低みの見物。

The level of detail the Sigma DP2 Merrill is able to resolve is astonishing (don't know if you can tell on Tumblr). I can see why a lot of people liken it to a medium format camera.
