I based the statement that Damian seemed to have accepted his parents not getting back together on Robin #15 written by Joshua Williamson:

But in the Knight Terrors FCBD special, also by Williamson, Damian tried to analyse his dream, saying that his dreams were usually about unresolved issues he has and we saw this:

So I guess Damian might secretly still wish to see his parents together again?

You know, now that Damian has seemingly accepted that his parents are never getting back together the funniest thing they could do is to start seeing each other again.

#Which...I feel like DC has been trying to slowly distance themselves from batcat ever since Tom King's run ended #DC told Tynion to break them up and he tried to let batcat fans down slowly by framing it as them going on a break for a year #Then Bruce made out with Talia in Shadow War for a bit before stopping because he still felt bound to Selina #But Selina ended up sleeping with Valmont and then apparently ended up causing Valmont's death and is currently in prison?#I don't read Catwoman #This is just what I learned from people who do #Anyway Ram V apparently told a fan he's going to make Bruce realize how important Talia is to him in his Tec run #While Zdarsky seems to push in the direction where Bruce starts to let go of his relationship with Selina in Batman #Apparently there is a crossover for Batman and Catwoman planned for this year which could go several directions of course #And just because Ram V will apparently make Bruce realize how important Talia is to him doesn't mean he will put them back together #Especially since Talia told Bruce in the last issue that they can't be together #But phasing out batcat by starting to promote what is still considered Bruce's other iconic love interest by many again would make sense #It's easier than trying to replace her with a new love interest for Bruce that has no iconic history with him #But who knows #DC is often very messy and random
