It felt like years ago, but Meyra could remember the days she used to get along with the blonde. The days she would laugh with her when she hung out with Oliver and others. But those days were clearly only in the past. They had died the same day her mother and brother had. Or more precisely the day she left Oliver and all others she loved without a word. "Look, I know what you must think of me." Meyra sighed, pain swimming in her gaze. "I know I fucked up, I am not pretending to have done otherwise. But I need to at least try to make amends with my family and with Oliver. And with the others I hurt when I left." She pushed some hair back in frustration. "Not in public, I was hoping to face each of them in private and try to apologize. I know some might not want to see me, but I need to try. And I need to try on my own, not have someone run to them and tell them I've returned to get them thinking one way." Meyra was silent as she turned over Elizabeth's words. "I will go see him tomorrow. Just give me a chance to apologize to him, Elizabeth."

At one point in time Ellie had considered Meyra a friend. Or at least somewhat of a friend since she had been dating Ellie's best friend. But that all went out the window when Meyra skipped town and never said a word about it. Now that she was back, Ellie didn't know what to say, what else could she say? She had protect Oliver, someone she cared deeply for, and didn't want to see get hurt again. "You got that right," she said and folded her arms across her chest, "I mean a heads up might help them prepare themselves." Running into a ghost for one's past was never good, especially when things ended poorly. "You'd rather corner them in public though?" She asked, an eyebrow raised before shrugging, "if you don't tell him soon, I might have to."

The sight of a woman slowing down to help her was a welcomed one, and Celine greeted her with a friendly smile. "I'm not sure what I'm needing, really. I might need a mechanic who could help me get it started again, but I might need a tow truck just to take the stupid thing away." Celine sighed and pushed some of her hair back that the wind had blown. "I didn't mean that, you are stupid." She murmured to the car. Really she needed it to be able to be fixed so she could keep holding on to hope that one day she'll be able to find a car she could afford. There had been this one she was looking at on CarMax, but while the payments were good, it wasn't much newer than her current car and she was afraid she'd have a bunch of issues again soon.

As Ellie was on her way home from her shift, she pulled onto the freeway to take a short cut when she saw someone in distress. Usually she'd slow down and just ask if they needed help but this time she pulled over. Seeing a single female alone, her detective and motherly instincts took over. Getting out, she had concerned look on her face as she took in the steam rising from the engine. "Looks like she's on her last legs, huh?" Ellie said, glancing at the car and then back at Celine. She gave a reassuring smile, trying to lighten the situation. "Maybe I can at least get you to a safer spot or help you figure out if it's fixable, or get you a ride to the mechanic?"
