Mich macht die ganze Eli x Moros so traurig.

Ich hätte wissen sollen dass es nicht wirklich canon wird aber die Situation gerade ist einfach so shitty. Ich war so emotionally invested in das shipping aber er wollte sie nie.

Jeder Song in meiner Eli x moros playlist sollte eigentlich zu Sweet sein, weil er will sie. Und ich kann mich noch nicht einmal selbst blamen weil ich wusste es ja nicht.

I something like to think about Eli x Moros from a parasite stand point too

Like...what do you mean you're warm, nice and cozy and regularly feed me? What do you mean you are a secure place to get my needs meet? What do you mean I can just cling to you and get my food without having to fight for it because you womt try to get rid off me?

And with "food" I don't necessarily mean straight up blood, but more needs even a god needs, like love and affection. Social needs because it works better for this metaphor but yeah...Eli would also regularly feed them if they wanted to....not...always her blood but still regular feeding!

Look I know I'm a biased and a big Eli x moros fan anyway but I genuinely, completely unironacley believe Eli is a good partner for them for those reasons:

She's a good balance of understanding and "I don't take your bullshit". She is very forgiving and understanding, even forgiving things most people wouldn't forgive. Eli has a very clear understanding that madness will never act "socially appropriate" and she is trying his best to not make him feel more ashamed than he already is.

At the same time she knows what she wants and can draw very clear boundries. Moros is not free of consequences. Eli is understanding but there are lines.

I think this really isn't about "fixing" madness or whatever, I think it's simply about the following:

Moros is a person who wants love, and he can have love, but obviously he needs to show love in return. This is a two way street.

I think being super transparent about what the things Eli can't compromise on is the most gracious thing you can do to a person like Moros

Especially a person like Moros who problay struggles with obvious "social rules"

And again I don't view less than "fixing" and rather...basic boundaries and communications is relationship?????

Like bare minimum???

If Eli were trying to "fix" him she would care what he does outside of their relationship...what she doesn't

Moros can do whatever the fuck he wants outside of his relationship

This isn't about mortality like with Morphia, this is just about a private relationship

A fucked up relationship but still just a relationship
