smoking sweethearts.

— 💌 MASTERLIST!
She held the cigarette between her fingers, blowing out the smoke as she exhaled before leaning her back against the wall. She hummed in response to Breana’s story, the cigarette between her fingers getting smaller as the minutes passed.
Before her brain registered the cigarette being taken out of her reach, she had her attention on her girlfriend, responding back to her before turning to her side to see Alex’s lips wrapped around the cigarette with his cheeks hollowed.
The woman playfully scoffed, eyebrows furrowed as she watched him puffing out the smoke toward her. She grimaced and brought her hand to snatch the cigarette away from him. “Get your own smoke, Al.” She whined, her hand on his calloused hand to use her fingers to grab the hold of the small stick.
Alex chuckled, the cigarettes falling into the hands of his lover. He used the opportunity to grab her wrist and pulling the thin cylinder paper back to his lips. He listened to her sounds of protests and stifled back a smile, exhaling the smoke.
She gave him a pout, making him mirror her look before inching closer to plant a chaste kiss to her lips. “You took the last cig, babydoll. The least you could do is to share.” He said against her lips, pecking her lips one last time before pulling away, but still having her close to his side.
She rolled her eyes, biting back a smile as she felt him rubbing her thigh comfortably. She looked at him, eyes glistening from the lights above them. “Oh, really?”
Alex pursed his lips together with a nod, his grip on her waist tightening. He gave her a smirk, “Besides, sharing a cig is more…what is the word, eco-friendly.” He said, wiggling his eyebrows making her laugh.
Her shoulders vibrated with laughter and she shook her head, giving him a funny look. “None of this is eco-friendly, baby. You finished a whole pack of cigarettes in one setting the other day. Are your lungs even breathing?” She bubbled, her giggles filling his eardrums, making him simper.
Alex placed a hand on his chest with a laugh as he joined her banter. His laughs soon turned into coughs, and he covered his mouth with his hand. He heard her laugh harder, her snickers making him slap her thigh with his other hand.
She hissed, giving him a scorn as her laughs ceased. She slapped his hand, making him pinch her thigh and grabbed the hold of her legs to drape them over his thighs and snatching the small cigarette from her hands.
Her lips emitted a small squeal, feeling her body shift. She had her legs resting over his thighs, his hand caressing her bare legs, and his other hand holding the cigarette. She frowned, rubbing the pinched area on her thigh as she looked at him with a disapproving look. Her glare hardened even more, noticing that her cigarette was once again in his hands.
She mumbled under her breath, eyes giving him a dirty look before she launched herself into his lap to grab the last remaining life of the cigarette.
Alex laughed and flicked the cigarette into an ashtray beside him, making her audibly groan. He felt her slump into his lap and he turned his head toward her, meeting her glowering face.
“Baby, that was the last cig. I only took a few drags, that’s not fair.” She whined with a pout, using her knuckles to push his cheek to the side.
Alex let out a deep chuckle, taking the hold of her hand to prep light kisses against her knuckles. “You’re such a child.” He told her and before she could protest he kissed her again.

New Beginnings
Tumblr media
tags: post Blood Brothers ending, Sean Diaz x Reader, might contain smut in future chapters, lots of fluff, romantic fluff, overall just fucking wholesome, obviously mentions Daniel quite often, sfw in the beginning, maybe nsfw in the future idk, definitely slow burn chapter summary: new ideas, a heavy storm, shadow puppets, and a slumber party. a little bit angsty but I balanced it out I promise.
Tumblr media
Chapter three
After you and the Diaz Brothers finish up all of your Tamales and wrapped up the conversation, you return to your modest house, a cozy space with a view of the ocean. Settling down at your makeshift desk—a sturdy wooden table with a stack of papers and a laptop—you begin to structure the business plans for Diaz’s Garage. When you woke up this morning you couldn’t have thought that tonight you would be sitting at your desk returning to your role as a business manager especially not for Sean Diaz the local mechanic.
The sound of waves crashing against the shore outside provides a soothing background as you spread out notes. Ideas for expanding the garage's services and enhancing its appeal to the community fill your mind. You envision new service packages, partnerships with local businesses, and sustainable practices that could set Diaz’s Garage apart. Sean has been talking about expanding the Garage, so that would be the first idea you will be working on.
“So, regular maintenance packages…” you mutter aloud, jotting down notes and adjusting numbers on your laptop screen. The possibilities seem endless, fueled by Sean's vision and your own growing understanding of the local market. You work for hours and hours on these plans. Honestly, you totally forgot that you are a master in this field and the Diaz Garage, as well as Sean and Daniel, are so different from the workplace you had back home. It all feels so exciting and new and it makes you want to pull an all-nighter, but that wouldn’t be very smart so after a few hours and many good ideas and plans you decide to wrap things up and go to bed. Excitement bubbled within you as you drove through the familiar streets of Puerto Lobos once again, heading towards Diaz’s Garage. Today was the day you planned to present Sean with your refined business ideas, eager to discuss the future of the garage over breakfast. You sent him a text last night, asking if it would be okay to come over in the morning, and the gentleman that he is Sean answered that he would be preparing a nice breakfast and be waiting for you. The morning sun painted the town a golden hue, and the salty breeze from the ocean filled your senses with a sense of anticipation.
Pulling up to the garage, you found Sean already waiting outside, leaning casually against the wall with a charming smile on his face. His hair, tousled by the ocean breeze, only added to his relaxed demeanor.
"Hey there," Sean greeted you with a grin, his eyes lighting up as he approached your car. "You look like you've got big plans brewing today."
You stepped out of the car, returning his smile. "Big plans indeed. Can't wait to hear what you think."
Sean chuckled softly. "I’m all ears. But first, breakfast."
He gestured towards a small table set up with breakfast under a nearby awning. The spread included fresh fruit, pastries, and a pot of steaming coffee. The aroma of the coffee mixed with the salty air, created a perfect backdrop for serious business talk and playful banter.
As you sat down, Sean poured you a cup of coffee and sat across from you. "So, what’s the big idea?"
You took a sip of the coffee, savoring the moment before launching into your plans. "I’ve been thinking about expanding the garage’s services—regular maintenance packages and eco-friendly options. I’ve also found some potential partnerships with local businesses that could really boost our visibility." Daniel, who had just joined you and already started snacking on some of the fruits, perks up at the mention of new ideas. “Do you think we could start doing custom modifications? Like those cars you see in magazines?”
Sean nods, smiling at his younger brother’s enthusiasm. “Absolutely, Daniel. And I think with your creativity, we could really make a name for ourselves.”You glance at Sean, impressed by his vision and determination. “It sounds ambitious, but I think it could work. Especially with the right partnerships and marketing.”
Sean meets your gaze, a flicker of admiration in his eyes. “That’s what I like about having you around. You see the potential in things.” You feel a warmth spread through you at his words, grateful for the opportunity to contribute. “I believe in what you’re doing here, Sean. And I’m excited to see where we can take Diaz’s Garage.”
Sean nodded thoughtfully, his gaze fixed on you with genuine interest. "Sounds like you’ve been busy. I like where this is going. Sustainability is definitely a selling point around here. And custom mods? That could attract a whole new clientele."
Encouraged by his response, you leaned forward, the playful glint in your eye matching his. "I knew you'd see the potential. With your expertise and my ideas, Diaz’s Garage could become the talk of Puerto Lobos."
Sean chuckled a hint of flirtation in his voice. "Well, we already are the talk of the town, but I’m all for making a bigger splash."
The morning passed in a blur of productive discussion and shared laughter, each idea sparking new possibilities and strengthening the connection between you and Sean. His ability to blend professionalism with playful banter kept the atmosphere lively and engaging. “So, what’s next on our path to world domination?” Sean teased, a mischievous smile playing on his lips.
You laughed, enjoying the easy camaraderie. "First, Puerto Lobos. Then, who knows? The world might not be ready for us yet."
Sean leaned back, his expression thoughtful. "Well, let’s start with Puerto Lobos then. We’ll take it one custom modification at a time."
As you and Sean continue to brainstorm and outline plans for the future of the garage, the sky outside begins to darken, signaling the approaching storm. “Looks like a storm’s coming,” Daniel says, worry creeping into his voice.
Sean glances out the window and nods. “A big one, by the looks of it. Maybe we should start securing the place.” Well you think to yourself, this took a quick turn. Nonetheless, you quickly get up from your seat and immediately begin to help.
You and Sean quickly begin preparing the garage for the impending storm. You help move the more valuable tools and parts to higher shelves, while Sean checks the drainage around the building. Daniel, sensing the urgency, pitches in without hesitation. For the whole time that you have been living here in Puerto Lobos, the weather has always been nice, of course, there were some rainy days but Daniel and Sean sure seem to be preparing for the end of the world.
As the wind picks up and the first drops of rain begin to fall, you realize the storm is going to be worse than you all anticipated. The town’s streets quickly become rivers of muddy water, and the power flickers before finally going out. The Garage is pitch Black and you now really have to squint your eyes in order for you to see something. You wish you could at least grab some candles, but there is just not enough time, the rain is already pouring so heavily you are scared it might flood the whole place.
“We need to get the sandbags,” Sean says, his voice steady but urgent. “We keep them in the back for situations like this.”
Together, you and Daniel follow Sean to the back of the garage, where you haul out heavy sandbags and position them around the garage’s entrance to keep the water out. The rain pounds down harder, and the wind howls through the trees, but the three of you work in tandem, your efforts synchronized.
“Grab that side,” Sean instructs, pointing to a particularly heavy bag. You and Daniel lift it together, your muscles straining but your determination unwavering. The storm’s fury outside seems to strengthen your resolve.
As you work, you notice Daniel’s hands shaking slightly, his eyes darting nervously at the storm outside. You exchange a concerned glance with Sean, who gives you a reassuring nod.
Inside the garage, the three of you take shelter as the storm rages outside. The power outage leaves you in near darkness, save for the occasional flash of lightning illuminating the room. You find a few candles and light them, their warm glow creating a small island of light in the otherwise dark and stormy night.
Daniel huddles close to you and Sean, his fear evident. “I really hate storms,” he admits, his voice small. Poor Daniel you think to yourself. When you were a little kid you also always were scared of these kinds of storms, especially thunder used to give you the heebie-jeebies.
Sean wraps an arm around his brother, pulling him close. “Hey, we’re safe here. The garage is sturdy, and we’ve done everything we can to keep the water out.”
You reach out, placing a comforting hand on Daniel’s shoulder. “Think of it as an adventure, it’s like we’re on a mission to save the garage from the storm! And we’re winning. We’re here together, and we’ll get through this.”
Daniel nods, trying to be brave. “Yeah, like a mission. We’ve got this.”
As the storm rages on, you all sit close, the howling wind and pounding rain a constant backdrop. To lighten the mood, you start sharing stories.
Trying to cheer Daniel up, you say, “I remember one time during a blackout, my friends and I made shadow puppets on the wall. It was silly, but it made us forget the storm outside.”
Daniel manages a small smile. “Maybe we should try that.”
Sean grins. “Why not? It might be fun.” He turns to you, a playful glint in his eye. “Got any good shadow puppet skills to show off?”
You laugh, glad for the distraction. “I might have a trick or two up my sleeve.”
As you and Sean make various shadow puppets on the wall, Daniel’s laughter gradually replaces his fear. The tension eases, and the storm outside becomes a distant worry. The living room feels less like a refuge from the storm and more like a sanctuary of shared strength. Hours pass in a blur of stories, games, and moments of quiet contemplation interrupted only by the storm’s relentless assault outside.
Eventually, exhaustion catches up with you all. Sean looks out the window, the storm still raging with no sign of letting up.
“I can’t let you drive back home in this storm,” he says, his voice carrying genuine concern. “It’s too dangerous out there right now.” You glance outside at the torrential rain and nod in agreement. “Yeah, it’s pretty wild out there. I don’t think I’d make it far.”
Sean nods thoughtfully, then stands up with determination. “I’ll set up the couch for you. It’s not much, but at least you’ll be dry and safe here.”
Grateful for his concern, you offer a faint smile. “Thanks, Sean. I appreciate it.”
He nods, his expression softening. “Of course. We’re all in this together.”
With careful steps to avoid the scattered tools and equipment, Sean clears a path to the couch in the living room. He pulls out a blanket and fluffs the pillows, creating a makeshift but comfortable spot for you to spend the night.
“There,” Sean says, gesturing toward the couch. “It’s not the four seasons, but it should do the job. Get some rest. We’ll figure things out in the morning.” As you settle onto the couch, Daniel stands nearby, looking a bit hesitant. “Are you going to be okay?” he asks, his voice tinged with concern.
You nod, giving him a reassuring smile. “I’ll be fine, Daniel. Thanks for asking.”
Sean ruffles Daniel’s hair affectionately. “Alright, bud. Time for bed. We’ve all had a long day.” Daniel reluctantly heads to his room, and Sean lingers for a moment, his gaze meeting yours. “Goodnight,” he says softly. “If you need anything, my room’s just down the hall.”
“Goodnight, Sean. And thanks again.”
Sean gives you a warm smile before heading to his own room, leaving you in the quiet and comfort of the living room. As you drift off to sleep, the storm’s roar outside gradually fades into a distant rumble, replaced by a sense of safety and gratitude for the unexpected refuge found in the midst of the tempest. Hours later, you’re jolted awake by a loud crash of thunder. Disoriented and groggy, you struggle to get your bearings. The room is dim, lit only by the flickering light of a candle. The storm outside is relentless, the wind howling like a wild beast, and the rain pounding against the windows in a chaotic symphony.
Suddenly, you hear the unmistakable sound of Daniel’s voice, filled with fear. “Sean! Sean!” His voice is a high-pitched wail, cutting through the storm’s roar. You sit up, your heart racing, and see Daniel standing in the hallway, his small frame shaking visibly with fear.
Sean, ever vigilant, is instantly alert. He emerges from his room in a rush, his eyes wide with concern. “Daniel, it’s okay. It’s just a storm,” he says, wrapping his arms around Daniel in a protective hug. “You’re safe. I’m here.”
You rise from the couch, feeling a deep sense of empathy for the frightened boy. Moving to stand beside them, you gently place a hand on Daniel’s back. “Hey, Daniel,” you say softly, your voice calm and soothing. “We’re all here, and we’re all safe.”
The three of you move back to the living room, where the flickering candlelight casts long, comforting shadows on the walls. The storm’s rage seems slightly muted within the warm, dim glow. Sean guides Daniel to the couch, his arm still wrapped around his brother’s shoulders. You sit beside them, your presence a steadying force.
“I’m sorry,” Daniel whispers, his voice trembling as he looks up at you both. “I just… I got so scared.”
“It’s okay, buddy,” Sean murmurs, pulling him close and ruffling his hair gently. “Storms can be really scary. But we’re together, and that’s what matters.”
You nod in agreement, giving Daniel a reassuring smile. “Yeah, and we’re not going anywhere. We’ll stay right here until it’s over.”
Daniel looks up at you both, his fear slowly subsiding. “Can I stay with you guys?” he asks, his voice small but hopeful.
“Of course,” Sean says immediately, his voice firm and comforting. “We’ll all stay right here.”
The three of you huddle together on the couch, the storm’s fury raging outside but feeling less threatening with each passing minute. You start sharing stories again, trying to lighten the mood and distract Daniel from the storm. Sean tells a funny story about their old neighbor in Seattle who used to garden in his pajamas, making Daniel giggle despite himself.
You join in, sharing a silly memory from your own childhood, and soon the living room is filled with soft laughter. The candlelight dances across your faces, casting a warm glow that contrasts sharply with the storm’s cold, harsh presence outside. The howling wind and the thunder’s roar become background noise as you all focus on the stories and each other’s company.
As the night wears on, Daniel’s eyelids grow heavy, his fear slowly giving way to exhaustion. Sean wraps an arm around his brother, pulling him close, and you find yourself leaning against the armrest, feeling a sense of peace despite the storm outside.
“Remember that time we camped in the backyard, and the tent collapsed?” Sean asks, his voice soft and filled with nostalgia.
Daniel nods sleepily, a small smile on his face. “Yeah… you blamed it on a bear,” he mumbles, snuggling closer to Sean.
Sean chuckles. “It was probably just the wind. But you were so brave.”
You reach out and gently squeeze Daniel’s hand. “You’re brave now, too. Storms can be scary, but you’re handling it really well.”
Daniel looks up at you with sleepy eyes, his fear almost gone. “Thanks,” he whispers. “I feel better with you guys here.”
As the storm continues its relentless assault outside, exhaustion eventually overtakes you all. Sean, Daniel and you nestle together on the couch, finding warmth and safety in your closeness. The candle burns low, its light casting a gentle glow on your faces.
The last thing you hear before sleep claims you is the steady rhythm of rain against the windows, the wind’s howl gradually fading into the background. The warmth of the Diaz brothers by your side and the knowledge that you’re all in this together brings a deep sense of comfort and peace.
authors note: hihi i hope you guys liked this chapter, I mean whats a better way to get to know somebody than being locked up because of a huge storm right? anyway even though Daniel is already sixteen in this fic he will always be a little kid deep inside of my heart. I cant wait to continue this fic and I am excited to hear about your opinions.

Guilty Conscience #11
[Masterlist: Renegade Rescue Squad] [Part 1] [Part 2] [Part 3] [Part 4] [Part 5] [Part 6] [Part 7] [Part 8] [Part 9] [Part 10]
Synopsis: Henchman and Harper take care of Villain and the little hero. The group finally leaves Other Villain's lair.
tw: blood
“Hey there, kiddo,” Henchman cooed, deep voice as soft as he could make it, and crouched down to inspect the hero’s injured leg. “Aw, you poor baby, that must be painful. Mind if I take a closer look? I promise I’ll be extra careful.”
The little hero shot Henchman their darkest scowl yet – how dare anyone have the audacity to call them a ‘baby’? – and straightened their back.
“Don’t patronise me.” Despite their endearing stubbornness, the expression on their face strongly suggested they’d rather curl up in a corner and have a good cry than pick this fight. “I’m fine. Other Villain hardly did anything. I’ve had worse.”
What a gruesome thought. Even among Supers – a demographic notorious for getting involved with violent crime – no one this young (or anyone really) should ever see the inside of Other Villain’s torture dungeon, receive a beating, then witness a murder, and still be able to confidently declare they’d been through worse.
And yet, that gritty tenacity the hero had shown…
Harper tsked. “Kid’s got a point. They aren’t bleeding too bad” – her sharp gaze fixed on him, on the stain on his shirt – “and neither are you. So? That Other Villain’s blood? Where is that maladjusted waste of organic matter and breathable air?”
The little hero huffed a surprised laugh.
He merely cringed.
Other Villain’s absence had to come up sooner or later. Harper noticed such things. Whether it was an addition or omission of subtle details in a report, something small and half-hidden in the periphery of her vision, or a tactical bypassing of conversation topics – somehow, she knew. It was uncanny.
That intuition was part of what made her an asset. His entire operation wouldn’t have made it far without her. For what was a villainous ambulance service without its unrivalled getaway driver, and Harper was the best. (He was convinced she’d still be the best if her intuition were the only ace up her sleeve.)
He adored her.
He’d still rather not address the issue that was Other Villain… but he pointed at the door to the stairwell anyway; and of course, when Harper went looking, Henchman followed suit.
Half of him wanted to accompany them. The other half would have loved to make a run for it.
His trembling legs refused to budge either way, so he sat down. He couldn’t stand any longer, his head was swimming and his throat was locked so tight he couldn’t get a proper breath down his airways and Henchman would never look at him the same again because he was a fucking murderer now and he was so cold without his jacket and why was he spiralling now when he should be over this already and tears were pooling in his eyes again and—
The hero gave him a gentle nudge. “Hey, your friend’s coming back.”
He looked up, dazed, to find Henchman walking over, casually unzipping and shrugging off his fleece-lined, between-seasons hoodie jacket. Without a word about murders or death or Other Villain, Henchman kneeled down in front of him, helped him out of his blood-soaked shirt, and smiled.
“Hey love, it’s all right. We can talk about this whenever you’re ready. Just breath, slow and steady. You’re okay. I’ve got you.”
The thick, plushy fabric of Henchman’s jacket (about three sizes too big for him) settled warm and heavy around his bare shoulders, wrapping him up in a comforting bubble of residual body heat and the smells of home: Bax’s beloved incense sticks, the eco-friendly laundry detergent Thief insisted they should all use, the smoke of Doc’s favourite brand of cigarettes, Henchman’s perfume with its smoky vanilla note, and the faintest whiff of sweat.
He fiddled his arms through the sleeves and allowed Henchman to zip up the jacket for him. Then he buried his face in the collar and inhaled deeply. The scent washed over him like the promise of forgiveness. For the first time in hours, he didn’t smell blood.
Henchman shrugged apologetically. “Been wearing that for a few days. Hope it’s not too smelly...”
“No,” he mumbled, “I like it. Thanks.”
The last remnants of his composure slipped from his grasp then, and once the tears had started falling, they kept coming.
Henchman scooted closer and put an arm around him. His head came to rest against Henchman’s shoulder and Henchman’s free hand ruffled his hair, affectionate and protective. The two of them remained in that position until he managed to calm down and was no longer sobbing and babbling half-coherent explanations and apologies.
He didn’t give a damn what Harper would think. And he almost didn’t care that the hero had witnessed half of his meltdown, until Harper had returned and had had the good sense to fetch the wheelchair from the van and cart the kid away, all the while muttering something about this not being what she’d signed up for when she’d joined the crew.
But when he and Henchman finally caught up with Harper and the hero, she was in the middle of entertaining the kid, flaunting her abilities for them by giving the van an illusionary makeover.
The plain white of the van’s exterior morphed into a complex design: navy blue swirling like smoke against a background of anthracite, adorned with ivy tendrils the colour of rose gold, softly bobbing as if stirred by a breeze. As he opened the sliding door, the ivy twined and curled to adjust its pattern around the empty space.
The hero watched the show, mesmerized. After receiving a large glass of juice and a few painkillers, their initial reluctance had begun to fade and was gradually replaced by a livelier attitude. They then spent the better half of the drive back to base asking questions: What was that button for? Why where there so many valves? Where were the cables coming from? Did the self-built ambulance have all the equipment a normal ambulance had? How many people had the team treated? Did they have doctors and a clinic for their patients?
Under the guise of showing the hero the equipment, he and Henchman even got to check the hero’s pulse, blood pressure, blood oxygen and blood sugar levels, and breathing. Afterwards, he allowed the kid to perform the same examinations on him.
“Your car is so cool,” the hero said. They’d taken off his mask.
With their face finally freed from blood and their scratches and abrasions sanitised and bandaged, that small smile tugging on the hero’s lips looked less like a nervous coping mechanism and more like the tentative beginnings of genuine optimism.

Different Types Of Packings
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Custom Packaging
Custom packaging is packaging that is uniquely tailored from scratch around a company’s specific                           needs, instead of using a standard or pre-made box or package that a product might fit inside. The   custom packaging process includes modifying a package’s shape, size, style, colors, material, varnish and    other specifications.
 Eco-friendly packaging
In light of the worsening plastic pollution across the globe, retailers are switching to environmentally friendly packaging solutions. Eco-packaging has also stirred a hype among consumers who are well aware of the damaging impacts of plastic waste in the environment. But in essence, what really is eco-friendly packaging?
By definition, eco-friendly packaging is any packaging that’s easy to recycle, safe for individuals and the environment, and is made out of recycled materials. It uses materials and manufacturing practices with minimal impact on energy consumption and natural resources. Also known as sustainable or green packaging, eco-friendly packaging solutions aim to:
·        Lessen the amount of product packaging
·        Promote the use of renewable/reusable materials
·        Cut back on packaging-related expenses
·        Eliminate the use of toxic materials in the production of packaging
·        Provide options to recycle packaging easily
Eco-friendly packaging is known to others as sustainable packaging, green packaging or environment-friendly packaging. It is the use of earth-friendly materials to package a product. A company that uses eco-friendly packaging materials can communicate its values on environmental conservation to its customers.
The Importance Of  Using Eco-Friendly Packaging 1.    The packaging materials you use are essential. The over-use of plastics and non-recyclable or biodegradable in packaging has led to packaging, in general, being painted in a negative light by many consumers. 2.    When consumers receive your product, they want to see that it is packaged responsibly, using materials that are non-toxic, recyclable, biodegradable, and that will not further contribute to the sustainability issues our planet is facing 3.    As these issues are increasingly important to the modern, ever-informed consumer, they should also be important to your brand and your business. 4.    Start with assessing your current packaging solution and see where you can make changes to include more
eco-friendly packaging
materials in your packaging design going forward.
Eco-friendly packaging Bubble wrap
What It Is: A plastic-free alternative to eco- fridendly bubble wrap. Made from shredded corrugated sheets (available in 1/4", 1/2" and 3/4" thicknesses), typically made out of the unusable portion of our corrugated sheets after they are cut into shipping boxes.
Eco-Features: 100% recycled, 95% post-consumer waste, upcycled from unusable portions of our corrugated sheets, curbside recyclable, and naturally biodegradable.
Great For: Companies that ship fragile items or items that may be subject to edge crush. Note that this product may bring a small amount of corrugated dust with it. Corrugated Bubble can be used in several ways:
·        Create a ball: Stretch the Corrugated Bubble and crumple it up to make “corrugated nests” to use as cushioning under your product.
·        Wrap your products: Wrap your fragile products in appropriately-sized Corrugated Bubble before placing them inside your box.
·        Line your box: Order Corrugated Bubble that fits your box perfectly and use it as a soft pad to line the bottom or top of your box.
  Industrial packaging
Industrial packaging is designed for industrial purposes. That means that it’s ordinarily used in a manufacturing or supply process.
The products being transported are needed in large quantities in factories or warehouses, where they’re stored or become part in the next stage of the manufacturing process.
For example, a large-scale food supplier might need industrial packaging to store and transport large quantities of spices or fillings to their customer.
That customer then turns those items into a particular food item to be sold on supermarket shelves.
WHEN SHOULD INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING BE USED?
There are many scenarios where industrial packaging should be used, including the following common cases:
·        When large quantities of a product need to be transported
·        When large quantities of a product need to be stored in warehouses or similar destinations
·        When hazardous items need to be stored or transported safely
·        When large items need to be protected
·        When heavy items need to be transported
·        Many more similar scenarios involving industrial goods

Eco Friendly Solutions for Brand Packaging
With the new year getting started, we’re still dealing with a pollution crisis that’s on a global level.
But, with new eco friendly branding and packaging, you’ll be able to offer a new lease to help the planet, through the packaging that you have.
Plastic pollution is invading our planet, and most of it comes from the foods and drinks that are discarded after just one use.  While it might be useful for a little bit of time, the problem is, if you continue to encourage this waste, it actually causes centuries for it to fully decompose. How do we solve this? through better packaging and solutions of course!
Biodegradable Food Packaging
One solution is biodegradable food packaging.  This is the type of packaging that’s great for food packaging that’s sustainable, such as pizza boxes and tableware that’s biodegradable, or made with kraft boxes. It’s great for takeout, and it’s made from materials that are recycled, and it can offer biodegradable options, so that it keeps food fresh, and also saves the planet.

Eco-friendly Packaging for your Deliver Items
With the pandemic still being a thing, there are now skyrocketing amount of home deliveries. There are more staff being hired than ever before to handle the demand for packaging, and some retailers like amazon have since tripled their profits since the beginning of this.
With major changes in how people are able to shop, some eco friendly types of options such as mailers and boxes that self-seal are the call for brands that wnt packaging solutions that are sustainable.  They’re crafted utilizing cardboard, and they come in different sizes, making it more simple than ever before in order to offer sustainable types of items that are there.
You can now offer different varieties of products that offer packaging to bigger shipments, and also are used to protect the earth and other animals and items too.
Shopping bags that are sustainable
For a lot of businesses that market to vendors on the street, or maybe sell foods, the products also need to be factored in when you’re looking at this.
For some, this is a mere afterthought, but some close attention does need to be put in how the goods get carried.
Tumblr media
With the prices for bags that are plastic increasing, and people having to front the cost, there are now some businesses that are looking to provide biodegradable types of bags, which are great for saving the planet.
These types of bags are the best for ecofriendly types of solutions as they offer similar types of characteristics to the bags that are plastic, while also being totally biodegradable.
Biodegradable Void Fill and Paper Tape
There is also a new change in the type of ways that you seal the items that are there. paper tape is one of the new ones, and it’s become a sustainable, better way of handling this. it’s made through Kraft paper, and is similar to regular tape, while also being totally recyclable. It’s great for sealing your packages, so that customers are able to recycle everything, without having to worry about the tape that’s there.
Then there is void fill. While packaging peanuts are popular, they are not good for the planet. The same goes for bubble wrap, as it’s based on plastic. If you switch to these they offer a safety net for packages when they’re transported, and customers can repurpose these too, making this better for packaging that’s eco friendly, and better for the planet too! Try this type of packaging today, and see the difference it makes.

Environmentally friendly artist pleadge
As artists, we have the unique ability to capture the beauty of the world around us, and it is our responsibility to ensure that we are doing our part to protect and preserve our environment. Embracing sustainability not only benefits the planet but also enables us to build a stronger and more ethical business. In this blog post, I pledge to be an environmentally friendly artist business owner and share some actionable steps that we can all take to reduce our ecological footprint.
Use eco-friendly materials: One of the simplest ways to become more environmentally conscious is to transition to using eco-friendly art supplies. Look for products that are made from recycled or sustainably sourced materials, such as paints, papers, and canvases. Additionally, opt for water-based paints that emit fewer harmful chemicals and reduce air pollution.
Reduce waste: Artistic inspiration can sometimes lead to excessive consumption. However, being mindful of waste can make a significant difference. When possible, try to reuse or repurpose materials, such as old canvases or paintbrushes. Use scrap papers or upcycled cardboard for sketches or preliminary work. By finding creative solutions for waste reduction, we can actively contribute to minimizing our environmental impact.
Opt for sustainable packaging: Packaging materials, such as bubble wrap and Styrofoam, are harmful to the environment. Transitioning to sustainable packaging alternatives, like biodegradable and recyclable options, is an essential step in reducing waste. Additionally, consider using eco-friendly shipping options that offset carbon emissions.
Conserve energy: Operating our art studios and workspaces efficiently helps conserve energy and reduce our carbon footprint. Take advantage of natural light as much as possible and use energy-efficient lighting, such as LED bulbs. Turn off equipment and electronics when not in use and invest in energy-efficient appliances to minimize electricity consumption. Conserving energy not only helps the environment but also reduces your utility bills.
Offset carbon emissions: Despite our best intentions, it is challenging to completely eliminate our carbon emissions. One way to minimize our impact is by purchasing carbon offset credits. These credits fund projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions, ultimately balancing out our own emissions. Supporting such initiatives allows us to take responsibility for our carbon footprint and support a greener future.
As artists, we have a unique platform to bring awareness to the environmental issues that our planet faces. By taking the pledge to become an environmentally friendly artist business owner, we can inspire others to join us on this transformative journey. Let's embrace sustainability, adopt eco-friendly practices throughout our artistic process, and play our part in creating a greener future, one masterpiece at a time.

Ingin disini karena tidak banyak yg mengetahui
Hi, it's been a while. Peralihan menuju tahun yg baru ini, perasaanku bercampur aduk. It's messed up but one thing for sure: I learn a lot.
Aku belajar mengenai tisane mulai dari filosofinya, do's and dont's, dan explore recipe blend. Aku sadar gak punya ilmu yg cukup jadi aku beli buku, pelajari otodidak dan diskusi sama umi.
Oh iya aku jadi banyak menyampaikan ide. Since I was planning small business, it was quite exhausting journey. Aku sering susah tidur kalau konsepnya belum selesai. I smile brightly at that time.
Bubble wrap yg sudah rusak akan ditekan sama umi sampai habis, it's satisfying, isn't it?
Aku jadi beli barang yg ku inginkan dulu tapi kali ini emang kami butuh fungsinya jadi bukan beli demi keinginan aja.
I lost the engagement while feeling emptiness and freaking lonely.
There's nothing that feels right currently.
And I thought "it's better to feel nothing than loving".

The Impact of E-Commerce on Packaging Design and Materials
Tumblr media
Introduction (H1): The Transformative Effect of E-Commerce on Packaging Design and Materials
The rise of e-commerce has revolutionized the way we shop, transforming the retail landscape and disrupting traditional brick-and-mortar stores. As more consumers turn to online shopping, the packaging industry has had to adapt to meet the demands of this rapidly growing market. In this article, we will explore the profound impact of e-commerce on packaging design and materials, and how companies like Shitla Paper are providing innovative solutions to cater to these evolving needs.
The Growth of E-Commerce : Changing Consumer Behavior and Packaging Requirements
With the convenience and accessibility of online shopping, e-commerce has experienced exponential growth over the past decade. Consumers now expect their purchases to be delivered safely and efficiently to their doorstep, which has significant implications for packaging design and materials.
In the e-commerce landscape, packaging serves multiple purposes beyond protection and containment. It must also create a positive unboxing experience, reflect the brand's identity, and be environmentally sustainable. This shift in consumer expectations has given rise to the need for innovative packaging solutions that strike a balance between functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
The Role of Packaging Design in E-Commerce : Creating a Memorable Unboxing Experience
In the digital age, packaging design plays a crucial role in brand differentiation and customer engagement. E-commerce companies understand that the unboxing experience is an opportunity to create a lasting impression on the consumer. Well-designed packaging can evoke excitement, anticipation, and even emotional connections with the brand.
In response to this trend, packaging design has become more creative and visually appealing. Unique box structures, personalized inserts, and branded materials enhance the unboxing experience and encourage customers to share their positive experiences on social media, generating valuable word-of-mouth marketing.
The Importance of Packaging Materials in E-Commerce : Balancing Protection and Sustainability
E-commerce packaging must ensure the safe transit of products from warehouses to consumers' homes. Traditional packaging materials like cardboard and bubble wrap continue to be widely used, but there is growing awareness of the need for sustainable alternatives.
Eco-friendly materials, such as recycled and biodegradable packaging, are gaining popularity. Companies like Shitla Paper are at the forefront of providing sustainable packaging solutions. By offering paper-based packaging materials that are both protective and environmentally friendly, Shitla Paper helps e-commerce businesses align with their customers' eco-conscious values.

Print on Demand Pro Tips | Reduce Packaging Trash on Holidays
Online shopping for the 2022 holiday season is expected to break previous records. As a result, there will be an increase in the number of packages delivered and an influx of cardboard boxes and packaging materials. According to Stanford University, packaging accounts for approximately 30% of trash. According to one study, each household will dispose of 25% more trash between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day. It is critical for a print on demand eCommerce retailer to use recyclable packaging materials. Recycling conserves energy and natural resources, reduces pollution, and prevents landfills from overflowing. This time of year is ideal for educating and reminding your consumers to recycle.
PRINT ON DEMAND PRO TIPS TO REDUCE PACKAGING TRASH DURING HOLIDAYS
1. Encourage customers to recycle and reuse packaging.
Although most residents have recycling bins at home, not all recyclable items belong in these bins. You must keep certain recyclable materials apart from others. Many supermarkets have plastic drop-off stations to recycle plastics with resin identification codes 2 and 4. It is important to note that you cannot recycle contaminated boxes and other recyclable materials. Customers may want to keep your orders if they arrive in a cool branded box. Another good option is to keep or repurpose packages, as long as they do not end up in the trash. Although not every box will be in good enough condition to be reused, packing peanuts, bubble wrap, and other packing supplies can.
2. Use eco-friendly materials.
Online retailers can make environmentally friendly decisions. If you’re an eCommerce merchant looking to be more environmentally friendly, your packaging is one of the most important things to consider. You can be intentional about sustainability by using post-consumer recycled content in the manufacturing of products and choosing eco-friendly packaging and branded boxes. By limiting the need to collect raw materials, you can conserve natural resources, reduce the amount of waste in landfills, and prevent pollution by using recycled materials.
3. Make packaging more appealing to make consumers buy in bulk.
People in today’s society order items online on the spur of the moment with the click of a button. Items can travel in one box rather than many by grouping them rather than ordering them individually. Ecommerce merchants can reduce the number of packing materials used by offering bulk discounts and kits, using the right-sized box, and experimenting with other methods.
4. Reduce the number of miles traveled.
The greater the distance a package travels, the greater the environmental impact. One way to cut transit miles is to keep inventory closer to your customers. Knowing when to expect deliveries helps to avoid redeliveries and, as a result, a larger carbon footprint. Furthermore, more trips are made each time a customer returns a product. Retailers can optimize their websites to include customer reviews, high-quality photos, and detailed product descriptions to reduce the likelihood of eCommerce returns and exchanges.
CONCLUSION
Especially at this time of year, online shopping generates a lot of empty boxes. Unfortunately, cardboard and plastic are still being disposed of in landfills today. You can reduce the environmental impact of online shopping by recycling the leftover materials from online orders. Of course, it is ultimately up to each customer to make these choices. As a print on demand eCommerce merchant, you can encourage this behavior and even make decisions that benefit – rather than harm – the environment.

I'm slowly incorporating more eco friendly/recycled materials into my own business ventures because it just like, genuinely stresses me out to be wasteful but also I want to present my values more intertwined with like, everything I produce? idk how to word it really but it's like! I care a lot about nature etc like you know all that about me! I want my business practices to reflect that as much as possible, I'm still quite limited a the moment to what is most affordable due to being on a really tight budget, which unfortunately tends to be plastic crap etc, but I'm most definitely doing the best I can as I go, like I just got paper packaging stuff as an alternative to bubble wrap mainly for moving and I really like that stuff so I'm gonna be using it for my own packaging (reusing the material I shipped my own stuff in even), in addition to like using up bubble wrap that ends up in my hands from other places. if you've ordered anything from me in the past year that came in bubble wrap 100% of it was reused from packaging I received at some point and held onto. Padded bubble envelopes tend to be the plastic waste sink unfortunately because I need to buy a lot of them BUT some of you may have gotten your orders in reused amazon mailers or other random branded mailers lmao, any mailer or box I get that can last another trip I keep it!
anyway idk! rambling but. I've bookmarked some packaging supplies to order in the future, compostable/paper packages to put my charms/buttons in etc, I'm ALSO! going to experiment with the wooden items vograce offers where I feel it would be fitting for something, but.. stuff to come after I move so I don't have to worry about bills a while..... then I can stock up on however much I want. put my packaging in the soil and let the worms consume it. also when I run out of synthetic fiber I'm upcycling from pillows I will not be taking with me when I move I'll be stuffing my relevant products with 100% cotton
I hope you guys will enjoy the future of things with me! me having more energy and facilitation to like, bring my visions to fruition .. it wont be too long now, my tentative move date is Jan 21st
