anonymous said  :   aside from luca blogs, who do you recommend following for someone just starting out
hmm... i’d hate to single out ,  so i’m not going to really recommend specific people.  there’s a HUGE rpc out there with many amazing muses and this little luca community just doesn’t really do it justice ,  considering it’s a sorta like.  not huge viral fandom bucks i guess ?  or maybe i just don’t look hard enough lol.  when i was starting out ,  i had a friend who i was able to interact with ,  so i already was a little ahead of others ,  it was a dinky lil blog but it worked 4 me.  having people you know that are involved in the rpc already definitely helps u get ur foot in the game.  (my friend wasn’t, we just roleplayed lol)
if you want to find more blogs to follow and interact with ,  try taking a peek at the people who interact with your mutuals’ posts !  they’re probably cool people with cool muses !  also you can search in da tumblr tags  ‘[blank] rp’/’[blank] rpc’ and if u replace the [blank] with a fandom or character youll probably find what ur lookin for (unless the blog is dead lol).  don’t be shy to follow people and don’t be scared to message muns !  especially if your muses don’t quite mesh but you wanna plot anyways ,  cuz closed mouths dont get fed !!  also ,  i personally sometimes poke around the explore tab and look at the recommended blogs.
rpc resource/help blogs are nifty things to follow too.  one blog i always follow on my blogs is @/ofmymuses ,  she posts and reblogs a lot of good musings/aesthetics and general rpc help that could possibly help u get ur foot in the game ^^  if you’re not adept at fancy graphics nd stuff ,  then you can check out @/yellowhelper who posts cool templates !  also, you might wanna do your rping from a computer of some sorts.  makes some stuff easier.
