It can be used for intelligent control management of ship power supply system between main generator set, shaft generator set, emergency/berthing generator set and shore power. HPM6 has the functions of synchronization, power sharing, load transfer, heavy load inquiry, non-essential load trip, effective control of light load and so on.
Recently, HPM6 has been applied in a cage aquaculture project of ocean farm.
The control system not only completes the PMS allocation of the AC switchboard, but also cooperates with the DC switchboard to achieve the optimal power supply scheme, that is, when the power of new energy system is insufficient, HPM6 receives the command and switches to the automatic mode to supply the system; When the power of new energy system is sufficient, the HPM6 controls the genset to exit and be on standby.
Hengyi No.1 Cage
The AC switchboard of the project employs two sets of HPM6 control systems for power management, and the speed regulation uses SmartGen electronic potentiometer HEP300 to output 0-5V voltage signals. The local control box is equipped with SmartGen HMC9000A diesel engine controller, and the central control room is equipped with SmartGen remote monitoring controller HRM3300 for remote communication.
Different from the general power distribution project, this project also employs the marine engine control system, power management control system and remote monitoring system from SmartGen.
