knew the perfect pacing in the PM arc was too good to be true 🫠 they ruined Dazai’s arrest scene too....... things are not looking good for the rest of the season; I’m so mad ugh
#bones why can't you just fucking try!!!! please!!!! it's not that hard!!!!!#the Nikolai scenes were carried by his amazing voice actor and his animations#but the TONE#the DIRECTION of this episode#the PACING#it was an absolute mess oh my god#Dazai's arrest and Nikolai talking about being sane didn't carry near the weight in had in the manga#they're supposed to be shocking; jarring; unnerving; emotional#but they were none of those things#god i'm so pissed; we were robbed#bsd deserves better and so do we#with how amazing the PM arc was and how decent the UO arc was I had hope#but now we're back to going at a breakneck pace just to reach chapter 88 and beyond apparently....... many fears!!!! this is not good!!!!!
