Akane coughed again as she finished putting the last shirt in the washing machine and turned it on.

She had been feeling less than stellar ever since she woke up, but a sickness was not going to stop her from performing her maid duties, it was her duty and her pleasure after all (especially doing things for you) so she wanted to keep doing them even while sick

She wiped some sweat from her forehead and covered her mouth as she coughed again

"All right I'll just leave this here......what do I have to do now?"

"Akane"

The ultimate maid quickly turned towards the voice that called her, ready to fulfill whatever requests it may have asked but was surprised to see you standing there with a disappointed look

"Y-y/n! What do you need?"

"For you to take a break and rest"

"Huh?"

"Ayame told me you were sick"

"I-i'm not sick just a bit- *cough* *cough*"

Akane continued coughing like this for a while. You immediately went over to help her and brought her a glass of water that she quickly drank

"T-thanks dear"

"It's nothing.....so what was that about not being sick?"

"OK maybe I am a bit sick but it's nothing to worry about, I can still-

"Let me stop you right there akane, you need to take a break, I know you love doing tasks and helping others but you need to take some time for yourself or you'll get worse"

"But are you sure everyone will be all right without my help?"

"Of course, you're a great help but the class is not gonna collapse because you took a day off, plus I won't forgive you if you get even more sick because of overworking"

The thought of you getting mad at her made akane shudder and cough again, although that was probably just her sickness

"A-alright, I suppose a break wouldn't hurt anyone"

"Great, let's go to your dorm"

"Ok should i-"

Suddenly akane was literally swept off her feet as you started carrying her bridal style causing her to blush heavily

"Y-y/n!"

"I can't let you walk when you're this sick now can I?"

"I can walk perfectly fine"

"Yeah.....but I just wanted to carry you"

"......t-then I guess I don't mind"

You walked towards akane's dorm with her in your arms and immediately put her to bed and removed her maid headpiece to check her temperature

"Yeah, you're definitely hot.....and not in the way you always are"

"Hehe, thanks"

"Stay there and relax and I'll get everything"

You went to grab a cold cloth and placed it on her forehead to help with the fever

"Are you feeling better?"

"A bit, the cold is lessening the heat"

"That's good, I'm going to make tea, how do you like yours?"

"O-oh you're gonna make tea for me?"

"Of course, it's to help you"

"Thanks so much! Milk and 1 sugar please"

"Coming right up"

You turned on the TV to akane's favorite show to keep her occupied while you made the tea. When you finished you put it on a tray that you placed on the nightstand near her bed

"Here's your tea love"

"Thanks sweetie"

She slowly got up, it was clear she was fatigued from all the work she did, and started drinking the tea

"This is so good"

"Really?"

"Yes, it's great and it's not just because you made it"

"Well what can I say? I learned from the best"

"Hehe"

"Seriously, I think you make tea for me so much that your skills just rubbed off on me"

"I'm glad, this is really great"

"Then tell me if you want more, I can make a second cup whenever you want me to"

"You're too kind"

"No, you deserve all of this, plus I know that If I was sick you'd do all of this for me....and probably way more knowing you"

"I can't say you're wrong about that"

When akane finished the tea you put the tray back on the counter and quickly made your way to her bed again

"OK so from everything it seems like a normal flu, so it's not too serious"

"That's good"

"So I have to go buy medicine, that's OK for you right?"

"Of course"

"Thanks, and then we can spend the entire evening together"

"Thanks so much, I really can't wait"

"Even if we can't cuddle"

As soon as you said that you saw akane look down a bit disappointed

".....we really can't?"

"Unfortunately not, I know you really love cuddling but I'll get sick if we do now"

"O-of course, I'm not trying to force you, your health is my priority as well....it's just a bit disappointing"

"Well don't worry, even if we can't cuddle I'll stay near you at all times ok?"

"....thanks really"

"Aaaaand when you get healthy you'll get all of the cuddles you missed out on"

"Really? I have to get healthy fast then"

You giggled and went to kiss your girlfriend on the cheek, a simple cheek kiss couldn't hurt that much after all

"I certainly hope you do, I'll go now, love you"

ANYWAY. I did change a little thing about this particular drawing last night, which is the little eyeliner design on his left eye! I really like the beta design, but I wanted to make it subtler.. maybe. Thought it would be cute

In my heart he has freckles.. so many freckles. Showcases it to the ladies you know? He is six foot (5’11), super manly, muscular (semi-sleeper at best), freckled, blonde.. and a pilot! What else would a girl want?
