Narraguagus Light, Pond Island, Narraguagus Bay, Milbridge, Maine. In 1878 an inn and clubhouse were built on Pond Island. In summer, The Gott family were happy to have guests of the inn pop by the lighthouse for a visit, and on Sundays they regularly hosted gatherings. Winters were rather lonely though.

Description: Her hair is going upwards behind her head. Part of it is tied into braided buns on either side of her head, and she has curtain bangs in front. She is wearing a sleeveless red-pink shirt with one diagonal orange line across the chest and waist, and another perpendicular to it below, from the middle to her waistline. Over scarlet pants, she is wearing a semi-transparent cloth, like a skirt with an open front. She is wearing orange flats.

Well, the weather this morning is cool and brisk and crisp and light and misty and morning-like and so on, but you wouldn’t believe the crime scene I stumbled upon: some hooligans have apparently littered the croquet court with LEAVES. It’s absolutely covered in them. Speechless

The game, the board and the bag.

Family is already getting on me, wanting to make sure I put in a Horseshoe field, Cornhole field and a lawn dart pitch (yes, I have a set of the old steel tipped lawn darts). Will have tether ball and half court basket ball available as well. Maybe I should get a Bocce set, Croquet set, and/or build a Cricket pitch, need a little class at the new place, lol.

And yes I call all of this a part of the survival or prepper mind set. Because, after hard times hit, long term like a total collapse or short term like a job loss or economic depression, it does a mind, heart and spirit good to have some fun. Be it playing a game like above, playing some cards or board game, doing a puzzle or making music alone or with family and friends.
