Lorsqu'on parle de robotique et d'intelligence artificielle, il est difficile de ne pas penser à Tesla, la marque automobile électrique réputée pour ses avancées technologiques, particulièrement en lien avec sa fonctionnalité de conduite automatique.
Il ne faut pas oublier que l'homme derrière la compagnie fait désormais partie du cortège rapproché de l'homme le plus puissant du monde : le président des États-Unis d'Amérique, et que son influence est grande ; non seulement sur X (anciennement Twitter) dont il est le propriétaire, mais aussi dans le Bureau ovale.
La popularité de ces nouveaux véhicules intelligents ne cesserait donc d'augmenter dans les prochaines années, ce qui enflamme le débat suivant : Qui ou quoi sera à blâmer quand quelqu'un mourra par la faute de l'un de ces véhicules?
Une problématique bien réelle
Il est inévitable que des accidents de la route se produisent. Tant que l'humain s'obstinera à se balader dans des boites de métal roulant à 100 km/h, des morts sont à prévoir.
Ce qui est insidieux de cette technologie, c'est qu'on peut facilement se reposer sur le fait que des accidents arrivent à tous les jours. Le nœud du problème réside dans l'impunité de Tesla quant aux dégâts occasionnés : en utilisant des termes comme Autopilot et Full Self-Driving, il est certain qu'un conducteur distrait allait finir par en activer un en pensant qu'il pourrait se balader sur son téléphone en toute sécurité. La mort suit les pas de ces automobiles, et ce, sans conséquence pour les responsables.
Le dilemme du tramway
Il s'agit d'un dilemme assez connu : the trolley problem. Dans lequel on doit choisir entre deux groupes de personnes ; qui tuer et qui laisser en vie. Lorsqu'un humain conduit, le temps de réaction pour ce genre de dilemme est excessivement bas, souvent trop bas même, pour qu'il y ai réellement un dilemme, l'instinct est le seul facteur à prendre en compte.
La machine, froide, calculatrice et désassociée des problèmes, des éthiques, des morales et des pensées de la chair, ne peut pas agir par instinct, son jugement est forcément faux : tuer un bébé et sa m��re ou rouler sur un père de famille et son chien?
Ces deux décisions sont indéfendables quand elles sont motivées par l'objectivité d'une machine, un conducteur humain ne fera pas le choix, mais aura plutôt un arc-réflexe dans un sens ou dans l'autre et le résultat, qui sera également terrible, mais irrationnel, pourra-t-être défendu.
En conclusion, l'impunité des compagnies d'automobiles dites intelligentes face aux conséquences qu'elles causent est un affront à la société. Une telle preuve de déshumanisation du monde et de pensées froides et artificielles ne mérite pas de répit légal.

Où vont nos informations personnelles lorsqu’elles sont stockées sur des serveurs au Québec et est ce qu’elles sont en sécurité?
L’environnement numérique a transformé notre société, apportant des opportunités de développement sans précédent tout en posant des défis majeurs. Maintenant, l’accès à l’information est facile. Les possibilités pour communiquer sont multiples et accessibles ce qui favorise une connectivité mondiale. Cependant, cette transition engendre des questions cruciales concernant la vie privée, la sécurité des données et la dépendance technologique de notre société.
L’un des enjeux majeurs de l’environnement numérique est la gestion des données personnelles. La gestion de données et d’information est actuellement possible sur beaucoup de plateformes comme Google Drive, OneDrive, iCloud, Amazon Web Service, des serveurs privés et bien plus. Chaque compagnie utilise ce qu'ils préfèrent tout en respectant les lois en vigueur pour la protection du consommateur. Mais quelles sont les lois qui protègent nos informations ?
Chaque pays a sa propre législation pour gérer le développement et la transition vers le sans papier ou souvent appelé le virage vert. Il y a de plus en plus de lois qui sont instaurées pour régulariser ce virage et protéger le plus possible les citoyens. Au Québec, il y a là plusieurs lois déjà mises en place contre la perte, le vol et l'accès non autorisé de l’information comme la loi 25 qui protège les renseignements personnels des citoyens du Québec. Selon l’article du gouvernement du Québec, elles permettent également de responsabiliser davantage les organisations assujetties à la Loi et de donner aux citoyennes et aux citoyens du Québec un meilleur contrôle de leurs renseignements personnels. Cette loi permet un meilleur contrôle des renseignements qui en autre oblige les compagnies d'être transparente à l'égard des renseignements personnels et de demander aux citoyens de donner un consentement écrit pour maintenir leurs informations personnelles dans des serveurs numériques. Cette loi protège, peu importe la plateforme choisie.
En résumé, la vigilance est de mise sur l’internet et la lecture complète de ce que nous donnons un consentement est important.
