Sometimes I think about how the mercenaries in Hossberg were led by someone who used to be a Lord of Fortune and left because the rules were Too Strict. Like imagine leaving a job bc you think the boss sucks and two years later your ex-coworker comes in with a (quite literal) steel bat to fuck your shit up.
