Idk what's going on between Sanji and Zoro during Chopper's Kingdom movie but I like it.
The way they compliment each other (behind their backs) after defeating enemies is fantastic.
Also, Zoro's back 👀hot damn

Chopper's Kingdom On the Island of Strange Animals - Pt. 1
After their hot adventure on Alabasta, the crew was looking over a new map. "The island of the King's treasure?" Zoro asked.
"Yes," Nami replied, "It's called Crown Island."
"Nami-san, you are the best," Sanji praised through some cooking.
"The treasure must be magnificent!" Usopp cheered, as he tinkered.
"You're sounding like Nami there," Venus giggled while watching him, not noticing the navigator's unamused look towards her.
"Let's go already!" Luffy beamed. "I'm pumped!"
"Let's not," Chopper, the newest crewmember, chimed in, and everyone turned to him in surprise.
"Why not, Chopper?" Zoro pumped a pair of dumbbells.
"We can't just leave treasure, and not steal it," Nami added.
"But there'll be pirates there!" Chopper exclaimed.
"You're one too," Usopp pointed out.
"Ah! I forgot..."
"Hey..."
"But what if you get really hurt?"
"That's what we have you for," Usopp walked around him, and proudly held his hand out in his direction.
"Yeah, but..."
"You worry about stupid things. Worry about the monsters!"
"Monsters?" Chopper's eyes widened at that.
"Vampire penguins, and man-eating clams!" Usopp held his arms out like Frankenstein's monster. "Violent fried octopi, and carnivorous dumplings!"
"Yeah, right," Nami muttered.
"Don't scare him!" Venus scolded the sniper. "But if we do find a vampire penguin, can I keep it?"
"No!" Nami snapped.
Chopper quickly backed up, before bumping into Luffy. "Oh, sorry-"
"A monster!" He screamed at his crude drawing.
"Hey, I'm not a monster!"
"You're too scared," Zoro reprimanded, "You need to fight with us."
"I fight bravely, if I really have to!" He retorted. "Remember Mr. 4, and Ms. Merry Christmas?!"
"Just don't run away when it counts," Sanji advised, as he served Nami and Venus their meals.
"I'm a pirate now," Chopper glared, "I won't run away!"
Just then, out of nowhere, they felt a huge rumbling, which rocked the Merry. "What's going on?" Usopp and Chopper panicked, hopping back and forth.
Everyone rushed outside, and there was a trail of geysers bursting out of the ocean. "Land ahoy!" Luffy reported. When the trail headed straight for them, Zoro jumped back in shock, bumping into Sanji, before they were launched straight into the sky. Nami gripped the railing, as Venus and Usopp tumbled along the deck, and Sanji stayed on the stairs.
Luffy held onto the tangerine trees, and grabbed Usopp and Venus when their grips loosened. "Underwater volcanoes!" Zoro exclaimed, the three bouncing back and forth with Luffy's rubber arm.
Just then, the geyser disintegrated into steam. "Look there!" Nami pointed.
"It's forming a circle!" Zoro gawked at the steam rocketing all around the island.
"A circle?" Luffy jumped in to see for himself.
"Is that...?" Usopp watched from the rope ladder, "Is that...?"
"Doesn't it look like...?" Venus pointed out, but trailed off, just above him.
"Yes," Nami now had an excited glint in her eyes, "I'm sure of it."
"It's Crown Island!" Luffy cheered. From the sky, they saw that it was a lush green with plentiful foliage, a reddish mountain, and a waterfall behind a rainbow. "Woohoo! What a nice looking island!"
"Sorry to spoil your fun," Zoro cut in, and on cue, they began falling straight down!
"Chopper!" Venus screamed when the reindeer flew away, bumping into the crow's nest, and ripping the flag off in an attempt to stay put.
"Chopper!" Luffy stretched his arm out to grab him, but he was too far away, before the Merry crash-landed on the ocean, knocking everyone out.
"Hey, everyone all right?" Zoro asked around after it was calm again.
"I think I'm dead," Usopp groaned from the rope ladder, upside down.
"In that case, so am I," Venus agreed groggily, slumped over above him.
Sanji blinked deliriously, before perking up. "Oh, Nami-san... I've died, and gone to heaven." His head had landed cozily in her lap, while she was in a short, white dress.
"Get off me!" She punched him away.
"You're cute when you're angry!"
"You there." Luffy and Zoro turned around at the strange, gravelly voice. They turned to see a large, green bird with a bald head perched on a hippo with dark red fur, and a gold nose ring in the center. Next to him was what appeared to a ram. "What do you want here?" Sanji plopped down in the sand in front of them.
"W-what?" Usopp stammered, "The bird talks?"
"It's a parrot," Zoro pointed out, "Parrots speak."
"Not on its own like that!" Nami exclaimed.
"Human tongue is no problem for me. But I have to admit, only I and Raventi can talk like this."
An ecstatic Luffy jumped down, and sprinted up to him. "Wow! This island is so cool!"
"Who are you?"
"Hey, have you seen Chopper?"
"Chopper?"
-
Elsewhere, there was a tree with an open trunk on the side of the mountain, with a trail occupied by a line of strange animals. The tree occupied the deceased body of a lion-qilin hybrid creature with large, golden horns, and an orange mane. Before him, stood a human boy in a loincloth, and a small, dark blue bird with round eyeglasses, and red and yellow feathers on his head. "Chimerion..." The boy muttered sadly.
"Mombambi," The bird turned to him, "Our king has fulfilled his duty, and died. You can't mourn forever."
"I know, Raventi."
As they walked out, an elephant with a short horse's mane, and ring-like ears rung a huge shell with a log. "When the crown envelopes the isle, heaven shall give us new blood."
"But is that really true? Will we really get a new king?"
"I think so. The elders have always said so."
"An animal king from heaven? There's no way."
On cue, at where the other animals were gathered, a small reindeer in a black cape came tumbling down, and landed butt-down on the sharp rock. "Kiiiiiiiiii-!" He screamed out, taking on a large, muscular build.
"It's saying "king"!" Mombambi exclaimed, after running over with Raventi.
"From the heavens!"
"Kiiiiiiiiii-!" He screamed again, before collapsing, turning small again, and stumbling on his hind hooves.
He opened his eyes to see the animals dancing around him in celebration. "The animal king! It's our king!"
"Animal... king?" He almost whispered, utterly confused, and glanced around. "King? Where?"
"Amazing!" Mombambi gushed. "He can speak human tongue!"
"Are you the animal king?"
"Stop joking! You're the king of all!"
Raventi approached him, as Mombambi danced with joy. "The legend was true! It's our new king!"
"King?" Chopper gawked. "I'm the animal king?!"

Okay, movie 3. There is no timeframe where this could be in the actual series. They have Chopper but neither Vivi or Robin. In addition Nami still carries a wooden bo staff.
So we start with Nami telling the others about Crown Island and a legendary treasure. Everyone is up for the new adventure with the exception of Chopper who is not too enthused about risking his life for no real reason.
I kinda love this scene because the crew is all telling Chopper that in a real fight, they expect him to do his best. I also love how Usopp teases Chopper so much, trying to scare him. The moment is ended abruptly when they enter the area of Crown Island and the ship is forced airborne, losing Chopper during the landing.
The inhabits of the island are almost exclusively animals with the exception of one human, a boy named Mobambi. Mobambi was the son of a famous botanist who was murdered by a pirate in front of Mobambi. The boy ended up stranded on Crown Island and the animal king, a massive lion, took Mobambi as his son and raised him. Now the king has passed and the animals are trying to determine the next ruler.
Enter Chopper, falling from the sky and screaming in pain from a rock, prompting the animals to confuse the noise for him saying the word ‘king’. Chopper is crowned the King of the Animals much to his shock. Chopper decides to stay and help the injured animals but he fully intends to rejoin Luffy and the others when they find him, much to Mobambi’s fury as he hates pirates.
The Strawhats meanwhile come across intruders on the island. Count Battler and his minions Hot Dog and Snake have been controlling a heard of horn eaters to round up any horn bearing animal on the island, chop off their horns and leave them for dead, many of which perish from their wounds. They are looking for a legendary horn that will grant great powers to the possessor. Battler is an idiot who tells the whole plan to the Strawhats, prompting them to have to flee and decide that they need to find Chopper quickly.
The Strawhats go to see the animal king, only to learn it’s Chopper. The animals are not happy to see the Strawhats as they don’t trust humans. Battler and his men destroy the remains of Mobambi’s father’s old ship, causing everyone to rush to the scene minus Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji. Luffy ate too much and got the three of them stuck.
While Chopper and the rest confront Battler, Chopper ends up deciding to lure the Horn Eaters away from all the animals. However the animals and Mobambi interpret Chopper’s actions as a move of cowardice. The majority renounce Chopper as their king and decide to leave him to his own fate. Luffy, Sanji, and Zoro arrive and Zoro and Sanji go on ahead. Luffy, Nami, and Usopp talk to Mobambi, who wants to help Chopper but knows there isn’t much he can do. He stays behind as Luffy and the rest go on.
Chopper ends up cornered by Battler and his men, but fortunately Sanji and Zoro are there
Interestingly enough, we break the typical battle set up here. Usually if someone is a swordsman, Zoro is their opponent. This time however, Sanji took on the swordsman, offended that the man thought he was such a ladies man. Zoro took on the kick focused combatant, taking issue that the man thought he was the strongest. The two of course win their respective fights. While this is going on, Usopp and Nami trap the horn eaters so they can’t harm anyone else.
Mobambi goes to the corpse. Of his father figure and former king. He decides he needs to help and to do that, he needs to take the islands greatest treasure, the King’s horns. He is warned that if he does he will be exiled, but he can’t just do nothing anymore. So he does anyway.
Mobambi ends up teaming up with Luffy and Chopper but unfortunately he losses the island’s treasure in the process. Despite that, all the animals of the island swarm in to protect Mobambi. Luffy sends the bad guy flying and Mobambi is crowned king. Mobambi feels more confident and stronger now, having facing the man who killed his father and protected not only his friend Chopper but the entire island.
The ending credits were cute because they emphasized each of the Strawhats treasures and how those items became so important to the Strawhats.
Now I personally love this movie but it is more to do with the actual relationship with all the Strawhats than anything else. Zoro holding Chopper when he rescued him, saying Chopper is their treasure at the end, and overall being supportive of Chopper. It was funny when Chopper introduced the Strawhatsto the animals and Zoro just goes ‘sup’. I also love how worried Zoro was over the crew, asking if everyone was alright after they fell and checking on them. Sanji and Zoro also complimenting each other to their defeated opponents too was really cool.
I loved Usopp and Chopper’s relationship too. Usopp teasing Chopper but also using himself as a decoy to ensure Chopper would survive the stampede of animals was a really big moment for Usopp. And Usopp and Nami working together to trap the heard was great.
Overall of the first three movies I think it’s my favorite but mostly for character interactions than anything else.

Chopper's Kingdom On the Island of Strange Animals - Pt. 4
(episode 130)
The next day, they were setting sail again, now with fruits and beggies scattered on the main deck. "That was some adventure," Usopp remarked, slumped over the second-level railing, "I'm completely beat."
"Partying all night long," Sanji recalled.
"And no treasure for us," Nami added through reading the newspaper.
"Well, we got the real treasure back," Zoro pointed out.
Chopper ran up next to Usopp. "Real treasure? What did you find?"
"You, Chopper," Luffy beamed from the prow.
He was genuinely surprised. "Me? Huh?" He then fell from the gust that blew in.
"Ooh, strong winds," Luffy remarked.
"Will we make it?"
"A pirate can't be afraid of this!" Usopp encouraged the reindeer. "We'll see man-eating goldfish, evil whales, and killer noodles soon!"
"Usopp, enough," Venus grabbed his shoulder.
This time around, Chopper pushed his fear away. "I can handle it!" Everyone gave proud smiles at that.
"Okay!" Luffy beamed. "Then full speed ahead!" Everyone cheered with him at that.
Usopp noticed Venus looked a little conflicted, and approached her. "You okay, Venus?"
"Yeah. Just wish I found a vampire penguin."
Through the argument, the main cabin door suddenly opened. "Looks like you've finally made it off the island!" A familiar voice remarked.
"Yeah," Zoro agreed obliviously.
"Good job getting your friend back." It was Ms. All Sunday!
Just then, the crew reacted to the newcomer, and Zoro prepared to draw Wado. "Here to avenge your organization?! I'll take you on!"
"Why are you here?!" Nami exclaimed fearfully.
"Enemy attack!" Usopp yelled into a megaphone. "Enemy attack!"
They surrounded her with their weapons, but she was undeterred. "Who's she?" Chopper asked.
"Who cares?! She's that beautiful lady!" Sanji gushed.
The now friendly-looking Robin calmly walked to the left-side staircase, and used her Devil Fruit powers to sprout an arm from each crewmember, and slapped their weapons to the floor. "Didn't I tell you before not to point such dangerous objects at me?"
"How long have you been on this ship?!" Nami demanded.
"All this time. These're your clothes, right? I'm borrowing them."
"What're you trying to do, Baroque Works?!"
Robin simply unfolded a beach chair. "Monkey D. Luffy... you haven't forgotten what you did to me, have you?"
"Luffy!" Sanji raged, and shook him by the collar. "What'd you do to this beautiful lady, you bastard?!"
"Get off the ship immediately," Usopp ordered through his megaphone.
"I'm asking what you did to her!"
"Hey, you! Don't lie!" Luffy protested. "I didn't do anything to you!"
She sat on the beach chair, with her hands behind her head. "Yes, you did. What you did to me was unbearable. Take responsibility."
Chopper looked on from high on the mast. "Who's that, and what's going on?"
"What's this "unbearable" thing you did, Luffy?!" Sanji demanded.
"Leave the ship... or we'll call the Navy," Usopp continued, "I'm serious."
"You'd better take responsibility, or-!"
Luffy turned to Robin. "You don't make sense! What do you want me to do?!"
Robin smiled, and rested her chin on her palm, and her elbow on her knee. "Let me... join your crew."
"What?!" Everyone exclaimed, Sanji with joy, the others with shock.
-
In the Royal Tomb, Robin weakly rolled a vial over to Cobra, who was at Luffy's side in concern. "Use that immediately. It can neutralize the poison from Crocodile's hook. Even if he's buried in this rubble, he might survive since he's a rubber man."
Cobra turned to her, thinking back to when she gave Crocodile false information. "Why did you lie?"
She averted her gaze modestly. "So you knew? How mean. This country's history isn't written in there. Everything about the weapon you wanted must've been written there. Of course, its location too."
Cobra lifted Luffy's head to feed him the antidote. "If you had told Crocodile about it, the country would've become his at that point. Isn't that right?"
She rested her head against the wall. "I'm not interested in such things. Whether the country and people live or die; I don't really care. I wasn't going to give the weapon to Crocodile from the start."
"I don't get it; then why did you come here?"
"What one expects, and what one hopes are different things. What I was seeking was the Rio Poneglyph. The only "stone that tells the real history" among the Poneglyphs that are scattered throughout the world; that's the Rio Poneglyph."
"What do you mean by the "real history"?"
"I give up," Robin said sadly, as the tomb began to crumble, "I've searched for it for 20 years, and I'm out of clues. This place was my last hope, and a failure. Dying here like this would be a fitting end for me. Living like this has exhausted me." Tears welled up, and fell from her blue eyes. "all I want is to learn history... but there're too many enemies... to achieve my dream."
"Let me ask you a question; by any chance... can the untold history be uncovered? Are you saying that the Poneglyphs hold that record?" Robin was silent for a moment, as he waited for an answer. "Then why do we..."
Just then Luffy awakened, and hauled them both on his shoulders. "Okay, let's go up."
"Wait a second!" Robin protested. "I no longer have a reason to live! Leave me here!"
Luffy looked at her, then turned to the ceiling. "Why should I listen to you?"
"What?" She gaped in shock at his defiance.
-
"You made me live then, when I wanted to die," She clarified, "That's your crime. There's no place for me to go, or go back to. So let me stay on your ship."
"Oh, I see," Luffy understood, "Then I guess we have no choice; okay."
"Luffy!" Usopp and Nami exclaimed, as Sanji gushed happily, and Zoro merely sneered.
He turned back to them with an assuring grin. "Don't worry, she isn't a bad person."
"She seems cool!" Venus beamed. "I like her style!"
"Mellorine!" Sanji swooned. "Mellor-!"
Usopp promptly seated himself in front of the newcomer for an interview. As he pondered his first question, she used her powers to play with Luffy and Chopper. They laughed together, before the latter hid behind the former. "Pay attention!" Usopp ordered. "Answer my questions honestly! I'll ask you one more time: what's your name?!" He then remembered his manners, and bowed politely. "Ah, I'm Usopp. Nice to meet you."
"Yeah, nice to meet you. My name is Nico Robin."
"Okay then, Nico Robin. What's your occupation?"
"An archeologist."
"An archeologist?!" He exclaimed in surprise.
"I come from a long line of archeologists."
"Hmm, I see," Usopp wrote on his notepad, "That kind of family, huh?"
Zoro listened in from behind the mast. "What the hell?" Nami meanwhile, sat at the left-side staircase.
"And?"
"I became an archeologist, and then a wanted criminal. That was when I was eight; since then, I've spent the past 20 years hiding from the world."
"Since you were eight?" Usopp repeated in awe. "By yourself all this time?"
"But then, there was no way for a child to be able to survive alone on the sea. So, in the end, in order to protect myself, and in order to achieve my goal, I've chosen to follow various rogues; so that's how it was."
"So does that mean that Crocodile was just another rogue to you?" Usopp asked.
"Yeah, I guess... in order to get closer to the Rio Poneglyph."
"Rio...?"
"Thanks to that, I've become good at doing things behind the scenes. I'm sure I'll be able to help you guys too."
"Oh... you're full of confidence," He remarked, "What're you good at?"
Robin rested her cheek in her palm with a calm smile. "Assassination."
"Luffy!" A frightened Usopp fell back in his own chair. "This investigation has concluded that she's too dangerous!" He and Chopper however, were enjoying her powers; she had one arm growing out of Chopper's head, and another from the deck pinching his nose, while two more tickled Luffy's back and left side. Venus was watching, and cautiously backing away. "Are you guys listening?!"
Nami gained their attention with a kick to the railing. "Seriously! Being dealt with so easily; how pathetic! She was the vice president of a crime syndicate until just recently. How are we gonna let such a woman join us?" As Robin smirked, Usopp clapped his hands, happy that the navigator was on his side. "Even if you could deceive idiots, you can't deceive me! If you pull any weird stunts, I'll kick you out!"
"Okay," Robin stayed undeterred by the threat, "I'll keep that in mind. I just remembered..." She placed a small sack on the table. "I brought some of Crocodile's jewelry with me."
"3, 2, 1..."
On Venus' cue, an ecstatic Nami raced down the stairs, eyes sparkling. "Wow! I love you, sister!"
"Hey, hey, hey, hey," Usopp and Zoro muttered in irritation.
"Nami's been suckered," Usopp whispered.
"That's an evil trick," Zoro remarked.
"She's completely following that woman's lead." They stopped at the sound of someone sliding down the railing of the stairs.
Sanji. "Oh love... floating love." He danced swooningly, holding a platter on each hand with preciseness. "I'm driftwood that just lays its burnt-to-a-crisp body in that stream..." He gracefully stepped on the chair, and it lowered under his feet.
"Treasure," Nami muttered happily.
"I'm driftwood that has been struck by the thunderbolt that is your beauty, and caught in a raging torrent." He set the platter on the table in front of her. "Snack for you."
"Oh, thank you."
"And his reaction is no surprise," Usopp drolled.
"Yeah, we just have to consider that he was a lost cause from the start," Zoro agreed, "In any case, now that it's come to this, the two of us are the last holdouts."
"Indeed, they're so simple-minded, or should I say, lax. And Venus-chan is too trusting."
"Hey, Usopp!
"Hm?!" He turned to Luffy, who had hands from Robin growing out of his head.
"Chopper," He mimicked the reindeer, who burst into laughter.
Usopp promptly joined them, changing his mind quickly, to Zoro's chagrin. "Should I call you "Robin-chan"?" Sanji pondered. "Or should it be "Robin-san"? Which should it be?" Robin noticed Zoro skulking up the stairs in annoyance, and stood up. "Oh? Where're you going?" She simply gave a small smile, before following Zoro. "Oh... she's great. She's got an adult charm, which is different from Nami-san's, and Venus-chan's."
While Zoro sneered at Robin, she passed by him to look out at the sea. "This ship is nice. Is it always lively like this?"
"Yeah... it is."
"I see," She smiled kindly.
Zoro watched suspiciously, as she stood by the prow. 'What is that woman up to?'
Robin turned back to the crew. "By the way, Navigator; is it smooth sailing right now?"
"Wind, weather... no problem! It's going very smoothly, big sis!"
"You definitely got jewelry from her, didn't you?!" Zoro griped.
"Sanji!" Nami ignored him. "Isn't our snack ready?"
"Just hold on a sec!"
"I'm hungry!"
"Me too! Me too! Me too!"
