It also has the highest cure rates among all cancers (>90%). However like all cancers, it can recur. • • -Feel your Nuts- • The two most common types of testicular cancers are *seminomas; slow growing cancer, and *non-seminomas; fast growing cancer. Prominent symptoms include pain, swelling, and lumps in testicles/groin areas. • • -Check Yo Self- • Risk factors include undescended testis (cryptorchidism), family history, mumps and inguinal hernia. Surgical removal of a testicle will not affect fertility. *Chemotherapy, on the other hand, can harm sperm count & quality. Live As Citizens of Heaven

Whatever happens, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or only hear about you in my absence, I will know that you stand firm in the one Spirit, striving together as one for the faith of the gospel. Philippians 1:27

When you join an organization there are usually expectations for you. For instance, join a country club and there are certain expectations of decorum and dress when you're on site. If you had a clubhouse as a kid or a super-secret organization you might have certain rules established for members, like "no boys allowed!" If you're a citizen of the United States there are certain expectations: taxes, entering into the draft, abiding by the laws, and more. And if you go around the world and act in an awful way, you can bring disgrace to the country by your bad behavior. 

When Paul talked to the Philippians about living their faith in Christ in the world, he used a term which means "live like a citizen." It's translated "conduct" in this verse. To these Philippian Christians, many of whom were Roman citizens, they knew the great reputation they had to uphold by their conduct in life. They were proud of their nation and wanted to maintain its name, power, and position in the world. 

Paul is urging these Christians and us to have that attitude in an even greater fashion when it comes to the way we live out our faith in the world. We may be the only Bible people read so what does our life and words share with the world? Are you a peacemaker or someone who causes strife? Are you patient and willing to help people through problems or do you let people deal with their own issues and impatiently expect them to change immediately? Are you someone who loves unconditionally or do you put requirements and prohibitions on the love you show?

 Paul commands us all to live in a way that reflects Jesus. That means loving unconditionally, patient dealing with people in their problems, and looking to be at peace with all. And that's just the tip of the iceberg!

 But why do we want to live in that way? It's because of the Savior we reflect and the message we believe. Christ our Savior sacrificed his life to redeem ours. We belong to him now! He called us to saving faith, adopting us into his family. We are wholly different people now! We are citizens of heaven, on a mission to bring as many people to heaven with us. Our lives are a great place to start doing that very thing.

 Maintain peace with fellow believers. Practice unconditional love and forgiveness. Show patience to those around you. Those aren't expectations of believer, they are the glorious privilege and calling we've received from God as citizens of his kingdom, now and forever.
