I was thinking that they're kind'a a cross between the two.

They pillage and raid other ships, but they don't normally go for "innocent" ships.. if they attack anyone, its usually other rotten pirates or slave ships maybe? "Bad" ships I guess you could say-

As for the voice claims. If like you explained- you happen upon an OC of mine and think "HE LOOKES LIKE HE SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE THAT OTHER GUY" Then feel free to send it on over to me! :DD

As for Papyrus.. its complicated.

Papyrus had accepted long ago that Sans and all his friends were gone. And that he was never going to see them again.. It really hurt. And it took him a very long time to accept that fact. But he did. He knows in his soul that his true brother is gone..

That didn't make seeing "Sans" again any less painful though. He probably saw a Sans through the trees in a new Snowdin. Man, I cant imagine how he felt.

The whole multiverse thing was explained to him by Frisk. He knows that's not his Sans. He knows its not him. But gosh. Its been so long since he's seen his brothers smile. What he would give to hear one of his silly puns again. What he would give to hear his voice.. to just.. to hug him one last time..

Frisk would grab Papyrus' hand, "Papyrus.. we need to go.. please, common.."

Seeing the other Papyrus walk into view and begin talking to that Sans.. He recollects himself. Its not him. Sans is gone. He's been gone for a very long time..

With tears streaming down his face, he would find the strength to grip Frisk's hand.. and turn away.

It never gets easier..

I didn't intend to ever draw Frank and Eddie in a romantic light.. becuase yeah like you said, I just don't really like ships. Or honestly any romantic content that isn't my own OCs. Idk I just don't really enjoy drawing it--

But that's kind'a what I feared about the Welcome Home fandom if I'm being honest. I felt like people were really protective over Eddie and Frank. And if I revealed that I wasn't interested in drawing them as an item, canon or not? I felt like I would get a loooot of backlash.

But hey, I found a loophole. Just don't draw them together and there wont be any drama! :D It sucks though becuase Frank is a big part of Eddies lore and all his flashback shenanigans-

Well the strongest would be Blue Beauty by far- but looking at the smaller cookies? I think Seafoam is probably the strongest. But that's mostly due to him being so big. He's the biggest cookie on the crew and most of his strength just comes from packing more weight to his punch.

Though another toughy on the ship would be Louis. He may not be very big. But boy that crab arm? He has a grip strong enough to break cookies in half. And enough upper body strength to take your pieces and chuck em overboard--- 💀💀💀I wouldn't mess with either of them tbh--

As for the bounty.. that's a good question. :0 I wanna say Seafoam because he's the Captain an all.. but I really like the idea of Cuttlefish having this dark past and a surprisingly huge bounty over her head- 👀👀

As for the Octonauts question, bro I EAT questions like these! :DD

Its a very interesting prompt. Usually we think of Captain Barnacles as very level headed and calm. He seems like one to bounce back from any situation and keep leading the team no problem. But man. After something like that? That's gotta scare him to his core.

I can see Barnacles being more tense and not wanting any of the crew to stray too far from him or the Octopod. I can imagine that he would give Kwazii a lot of time to recover, a lot more than he actually needs. And maybe even going as far to forbid him from going on certain missions.

But after a little time and maybe a talk with Kwazii. I'm sure both Kwazii and the Captain would recover from the experience and continue on as normal.

Hey, again, wickedcriminal, I see that the half brother au posts have returned and I am so happy I was going through withdrawal I had to reread all my how to train your Dragon books in order to pass the time. I also wanted to thank you for inspiring me to reread them. The books were so much darker and better than the movies. I would be able to finish all of them if I had them ALL!?! Seriously I have books 1-8. I have trying to get the final ones but my local book stores never have them in stock! Though seriously, I wanted to thank you for posting such an amazing little alternate universe story, I cannot wait for your story to start getting some more attention, and your book based of it to start I will be their to start reading it as soon as it comes.

I would like to go onto my asks now, as with the new law that I’ve recently seen I’ve had a couple of questions that I now have, so if if the twins are keeping a score of how many times one the kids get kidnapped doesn’t that mean that all of them have been abducted at some point? Also what are those situations even like cause if the twins are keeping score than Elder and Youngers friends must have some pretty memorable abduction stories they have to talk about. Wonder who has it worse?

The Twins keeping score is hilarious, and I'm sure all of the Riders have gotten their fair share of snatching at some point, with the Twins keeping a nice little tally board on the wall of the clubhouse and the Hiccup brothers are in the lead by a LANDSLIDE 😂 what can they say, they're just very kidnappable ASDHKLSGK

As for who gets kidnapped more; that's a great question! They've both been kidnapped by plenty of people ever since they were kids and all through the canon. The Danger-Brutes, the Romans, the Hysterics, the Berserks (especially when Dagur became chief), and eventually the Dragon Hunters (who are the Lava Louts in this au) all capture and hold the boys prisoner/hostage/ransom multiple times. It's easy to say they probably lost count.

But when it comes to getting snatched by their personal enemies, there is a winner!

Hiccup E has a nice little group of people that want to snatch him and have snatched him multiple times, including Madguts the Murderous (taking the place of TV Alvin in R/DOB and snatching him and Toothless several times), Viggo and Ryker (both separately several times in RTTE), and Krogan (Midnight Scrum in RTTE).

Hiccup Y has a smaller roster by only one person, which includes Dagur (taking Younger instead of Gustav in RTTE), Alvin the Treacherous (the 2nd and 3rd books in R/DOB and the 8th book in RTTE), and Norbert the Nutjob (book 7 in in RTTE).

So its looking like the contest for the most kidnappings goes to Hiccup the Elder!!! 🎉🎉 Someone get that boy a prize!!

Not quite as fancy as my 911 or tgd ones lol, more like the normal ones, just with the end of a liveblog as well :).

I made a post about this before coming back to this one, but happy 100th episode all!! Lowkey forgot this was the 100th anniversary lol. But it makes so much sense and it was a GREAT 100th episode :D.

I love that everyone had their little moment (at least): James with the music, Wesley with Oscar, Luna with her college classes, etc :). And just Randy, Chastity, Oscar, and Henry BEING there lol. Though to clarify Oscar was not at the wedding xD. But seriously, I really loved all the cameos and little character moments this episode :)).

Also CHENFORD AAAHHHH!!! Their MOMENTS this episode y'all I was losing it xD. I do kinda wish it hadn't been that Tim isn't supporting her despite thinking he is, though? Because the vibes last episode were just really on Tim's side, I guess, and now they're just tossing him into "bad guy" a bit. But, I think it'll work out in the end. I'm also glad Chastity brought up that Lucy could also be scared! I think that's a real possibility :). Anyway, they were ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE and whether it was the first time in universe or not, WHOOO FIRST I LOVE YOU!! And it was so cute :'D. Also the dance 😭😭😭❤️ stop I'm not okay :').

BAILEY AND JOHN ARE MARRIED!!! WHOOOOOO :'DDDD!!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳🎊🎉🥂🎂🥂🥰❤️❤️🥰. I'm so happy for them :'DD

They might not be my favorite couple on the show but I still love them and this has been a long time coming. I'm also glad that despite all the issues they still had the wedding and everything was okay and beautiful 🥰🥰. Thank goodness they actually had it and we saw it lol (looking at you Wopez - still mad at the writers for that). Also I'm SO EXCITED for the next episode with their honeymoon :D.

I felt so bad for Celina and Aaron this episode 😭. Aaron because poor boy is going through it and misreading signals/situations xd, and Celina because she's trying to be there for him and do what's best and she as also, you know, kidnapped and beat up xD. But, I think they'll make it through it :).

Really though Aaron you need to talk to your therapist 😭. It's dangerous going out when you know you're not healing :(. Hope he learns it soon D':.

I loved all the togetherness moments this episode!! The bachelor and bachelorette parties (y'all I can't articulate it beyond loving individual characters and them all hanging out but oUAGH chomping on it)/last minute preparations xD were SO GOOD!! And the wedding, especially the dancing :'D. AUOGH, I love them <333. And of course the final mission at the end - they slay together :DD. Also, I'm glad Celina's okay :')).

Don't even get me started on the Wopez/Wesley angst. Y'all I'm about to have so many thoughts about them moving forward (even more than usual/always xD). Like! AUGH! OSCAR!! SITTING ACROSS FROM HIM!! DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I'VE WAITED FOR THIS

I've been thinking about dropping him, heck I don't talk much about him lately. if I'm being honest I'm actually afraid of how the community sees the whole loo.ney t.unes cast since s.pace j.am came out which is why I suddenly went incognito on this lil fella. it makes me a little uncomfortable seeing my dear childhood be a little "tainted" in a way, I mean of course I yearn for the funny memes but if you know what i mean by tainted then yes I'm just not comfy with it and don't wanna be seen with it

do I still like him as a favorite? ABSOLUTELY!! he's the most comedic to me because he's such a miserable character (in a funny way)

I know many of you followed me because that was my first pair when I first joined!! and I'm honestly so happy you guys liked it so much, I was still incredibly shy but it was seriously all thanks to a dear mutual who helped me feel more welcome here!! (u know who u are ily!! ♥️)

Hi Eliza! I'm currently working through my extensive watchlist, and I wanna ask a Daffy + Porky aficionado for opinions on Duck Dodgers! Is it good? Have you finished it? Any other thoughts? Sorry if you've already discussed this before, I haven't had time to use tumblr for the past year or so LOL! Hope you're doing well and I'm happy to see how far you've come!

HEY THERE ANON!! this has been ruminating in my inbox for MONTHS so i hope this wasn’t a life or death decision!! :’) thanks for being patient!!

i enjoy Duck Dodgers and would say yes, give it a go!! i have my fair share of gripes with it (as i do with all modern LT adaptations—I TRY NOT TO BE THAT PERSON i just instinctively compare compare compare to the originals which is a habit i’m trying to break) but i can very honestly say i’ve enjoyed what i’ve seen!

i’ve seen the entire series, but can’t remember it all—i think some eps (mainly season 3?) i’ve skimmed through instead of watching in full, but i’ve seen most episodes numerous times! i feel like in my book it’s more… forgiving? LIKE… Daffy can be pretty dang dumb and jerk-y in it which i don’t usually like, and normally i’d pitch a fit over a show that has Porky crying tears of joy after Daffy finally learns to read because he couldn’t before, but it doesn’t take itself very seriously at all/doesn’t feel forced/isn’t cynical in its delivery and so i laugh at it in the moment rather than thinking of How Wrong It Is HAHA so i’d say that extends to much of my view on the show!! it’s very lighthearted and i can sit down and enjoy it for what it is

Daffy is stupid but he’s not incompetent which i can excuse—there are even some episodes that have heavier plot lines and some specials and stuff so if you’re into that GO FOR IT!! i have a hard time holding my attention to those things (which isn’t the show’s fault, i have the attention span of a gnat and even an 11 minute cartoon is too long for me nowadays) but i like that it switches things up and actually has Daffy take some initiative for a change since he IS Duck Dodgers

i love the backgrounds—the character designs can be hit or miss for me sometimes especially as the series goes on, but the backgrounds are gorgeous and worth checking out. other LT characters make appearances too which is fun (such as the 2 part special where everyone catches a virus that turns them into Elmer Fudd), but it mostly centers around Daffy and Porky which i will never object to!

I WISH I HAD MORE TO SAY!! it’s been awhile since i’ve sat down to really analyze an episode. i don’t have any outstanding gripes with it—i don’t jive with certain characterizations (but that’s my own pickiness because my standards are literally impossible), and there are a lot of Very Skinny Sexie Women designs (Queen Tyrah’nee is the most prominent, i really like her but am not a fan of the pencil thin hourglass waistline design. i wish she looked more like Marvin or just more adjacent to the LT style rather than Martian but Sexy) that make me roll my eyes (and some episodes have said Sexy Women falling for Daffy or vice versa or whatever which isn’t exactly my priority when it comes to LT but that’s an early-mid ‘00s cartoon for ya) but i never once thought “wow i can’t stand this” and can’t think of an episode i really hated or disliked.

so i’d say GO FOR IT!! Daffy and Porky’s roles are basically an extension of the later Jones shorts with Daffy as the overbearing leader and Porky as the more competent wiseass sidekick—sometimes they can get a little harsh and Daffy can get a little too rude to Porky who just takes it which is a pet peeve of mine but it’s not nearly to the extent of shows like TLTS, and they have their moments where they work as a team which is refreshing. i’d say it’s worth scouting out!

and YOU’RE ALL GOOD!! i don’t mind repeating myself anyway HAHAHA but DD isn’t something i’ve talked about a lot on here besides posting the occasional video clip. there are a lot of very funny lines and moments and it’s actually something i CAN just sit back and watch without comparing (too much) to the originals, which is nice! GOOD LUCK AND ENJOY!! hopefully someday i’ll have some more articulate thoughts on the matter LOL
