What others games do u play?

ACNH, the Sims 2 (and 4, but I don't think I'll ever truly go back to it) Fallout 1, 2 & NV, the Borderlands series, Left 4 Dead when I can find someone to play with me (which is never kodkzod), the Mass Effect trilogy, Cyberpunk 2077 (need to get back to it fr) & I recently bought Hotline Miami 1 & 2, Hades & Fields of Mistria which I have yet to play. Though I already got pretty far the first time I played Hotline Miami on my best friend's account. I also played the Witcher 3 all the way through twice (but didn't finish the DLCs the second time around). MGS is one of my fav game series but I do not own a PS3 or PS4 so I can't play them regularly but I'd love to play MGS 2 & 3 again!

Borderlands 2.

I've spent like 3500 hours on this game, and I still can't beat Voracidous without glitches. Can't ledge it like son of craw on 1, can't proc minesweeper like on 3.

I've only ever killed him with pimperhab sal, and holy fucking shit are the farms atrocious. I use a ps4, so I need to dashboard farm for the pimpernel, and every farm is like 2 or 3 minutes of loading in, then repeat for the perfect parts and all the elements.

I don't even really like playing sal, I like krieg and maya, but he's the only VH i can fight raid bosses with. Like hyperious takes so much time and luck to set up with either the reflect kill or b0re, but with sal you can just infinite moneyshot with the fibber and bee and you're golden.

Nothing beats killing pyro Pete with krieg, though.

I have something on my mind. The PSVita has genuinely changed the way I view gaming.

I’m new to gaming. My childhood was mostly sports and art. I was on the internet more than anything though. I didn’t start playing games until I was maybe 12 or 13. I started to play with games like Borderlands 2, Final Fantasy XV, Overwatch, and Fallout 4.

As I’ve become more and more engulfed in the gaming world the older I get I feel like games are not the same even from when I started. I don’t like any of the online games right now; I have ended up retreating to my PSVita for my comfort gaming. I have come to appreciate the old games that were on PlayStation 1-3; fuck even the Dreamcast has some pure gold on there.

The Vita can literally run the most incredible stuff on it. I can connect to my PS3, PS4, and my computer. With some very definitely legal software changes and very minimal additions that took my only 10 minutes to do I can now play most PSP games and some PS1 games as well. I understand it may be a little small for some people but you can connect a controller to it. It’s so easy to customize and I’ve started to look into physical modding because I’m so obsessed with this small little machine. The battery has never crapped out on me, it can connect to my wifi, and it connects with Bluetooth. I will say it’s hard to find replacement parts at least that are actually made by Sony and not some off brand on Amazon or Aliexpress. I’ve gotten to the point where I want to buy a bunch of broken ones and Frankenstein them together and make a working one. From what I’ve seen on physically changing boards or shells it really doesn’t look too hard. At least in my experience and opinion.

I never got too into gaming because 1) games are far too expensive nowadays 2) it was never very convenient for me. I liked the switch but the lack of game choices made me stop playing it after 3 years of use to be frank. (Also it’s impossible to crack and that makes me sad. Nintendo let your audience mod your systems 😤) and 3) I’m so tired of micro transactions and seasons. Don’t be lazy, just update your game. Actually be passionate for what you’re making and putting out into the world. I don’t have to worry about any of these things with my Vita. With once again some VERY legal software changes I can get everything I want for free, it amazing portability (the battery life is eh. It lasts 5/6 hours, but I have a phone to play on if it dies), and I don’t ever have to worry about that mirco transaction stuff. I don’t have to pay money to play with my friends.

It’s not just for games too! You can get a drawing app called colors and use it to draw since it’s touchscreen. There’s a calendar app which I use since I’m on it more than my phone. There’s a camera as well! The camera isn’t the best quality but it reminds me of an old phone so aesthetically I prefer it. The servers on here are also not shut down! You can add your friends on it and it even has a party option so you can talk to them on the PSVita. I have Noboru on mine so I can read comics and manga if I’m not in the gaming mood. You can also even connect your email. There’s a similar feature to the Nintendo 3DS Streetpass where you can see what people in your area are playing.

Platform of choice when gaming?

Usually PC, ive got a ps4 but i mostly used it for games that hadnt yet come to pc, such as Judgment and Lost Judgment, so now its the watch youtube on my TV machine. ive also got a switch but i dont rly play anything on it anymore

3. Favorite boss?

man ........... yakuza has the most memorable bosses 4 me and i really loved the final bosses in judgment and lost judgment

14. Worst game you’ve ever played?

idk about Worst but i was most disappointed by Borderlands 3 and Mass Effect Andromeda. bl3 was fun to *play* but i loved the storytelling and writing of bl2 and the presequel too much and it was just completely missing in bl3. and andromeda was just an Okay game, it suffered from the late bioware disease of open world with nothing in it. not to mention how buggy both of these games were on release

23. Has your favourite character/ship changed over time?

Kinda. When I started playing 3, Moze was originally my number 1 favorite (obviously because she's the only one I played, so I was emotionally attached to her)

However once I got the handsome collection on PS4, Maya ended up as my number 1.

My love for Moze is still strong though

hi wanted to say you remind me of my older sibling with your 12,000 Skyrim ps4 mods (positive).

The first console I remember even existing was their ps3 which I played all of my first video games on (to my knowledge). Now I have their ps4 which I also grew up with and I mostly just use it to play borderlands games nowadays but it’s still very important to me. Point is I remember watching them play Fallout 4 and Skyrim with the ps4 mods and complaining about it while little kid me didn’t understand a damned thing lol. They play exclusively on PC now but still has like 12,000 mods for every game they can and your post made me think of all that.

sorry for the rant in your inbox, I just got nostalgic and wanted to share the moment lol. I love my hand-me-down ps4 very much and will cry if/when it ever dies <3

First of all i wanna say that you are making me feel so old knowing there are kids out there old enough to have unsupervised internet whose first consoles were the PS3 generation 😭 cries in growing up on the SNES and the PS1

Also wanted to say this is a very sweet little sentiment you have and really shows how the most mundane little things like preferring to play games with mods can make our connections to others that much stronger.

And to take good care of your ps4. She is the perfect console. To me, a lifelong sony kid <3 the ps4 went way harder than she ever intended to and we should have appreciated her longer instead of jumping into the ps5 (a rowdy teen in its rebellious phase)
