Lawrence Bishnoi has emerged as one of India's most notorious gangsters, often referred to as the "new mafia boss" due to his rising influence and violent criminal network. His gang operates across multiple states in India, including Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi, and even parts of Maharashtra. With over 700 shooters under his command, Bishnoi's criminal empire is vast, resembling the infamous D-Company of Dawood Ibrahim in both structure and operations. Bishnoi's rise to power has been marked by his involvement in high-profile criminal activities, including extortion, drug trafficking, and assassinations. His gang became widely known following the 2022 assassination of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala, an act for which his close associate Goldy Brar claimed responsibility. Bishnoi, despite being in jail, allegedly orchestrated this killing, showcasing the far-reaching influence of his syndicate. In recent years, the Bishnoi gang has expanded beyond India, with links to international criminal networks, particularly in Canada. The gang recruits young men by promising them opportunities abroad, often involving them in illicit activities. His operations are heavily reliant on social media to recruit and intimidate, much like modern terror organizations. A defining feature of Bishnoi's criminal career is his ideological stance, rooted in the Bishnoi community’s reverence for nature, particularly the blackbuck species. This belief led to his infamous threats against Bollywood star Salman Khan, who was embroiled in a legal case for allegedly killing blackbucks. Bishnoi's future criminal trajectory is being closely monitored by Indian authorities, with the National Investigation Agency (NIA) filing charges against him under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). His gang's rapid expansion, sophisticated use of technology, and ability to coordinate across borders make him a formidable figure in India's underworld. The question now is whether Bishnoi will continue to wield such power from behind bars or if law enforcement will successfully dismantle his widespread network. As of 2024, his gang remains a major threat, with growing ties to pro-Khalistani groups and terror outfits, raising concerns about national security.

Is The Indian Judiciary Failing its Citizens?
“Write Essay, Work with traffic constable”. Now this may look like your typical school syllabus but it’s actually a punishment given by a judge in Pune to a rich brat (claiming to be 17, can be 18) who killed 2 bikers with his porsche (terrible driver, since porsche isn’t even that fast, wonder what he could’ve done with a tesla) well, you might mistake me for a stone hearted person joking on someone’s death but what would you say about our judiciary doing the same, only difference is they aren’t just joking, they’ve turned our entire judicial system into One Big Joke!
If you think this was the only strange decision our honourable court ever took, well you’re terrrribly wrong my friend and in for some surprise as below is a list of some other bizarre decisions taken by our judiciary that makes us look like we live in a funny country as every kind of law here turns out to be a great joke.
How The Indian Judiciary Has Made a Mockery of Our Laws: 5 Shocking Judgements By Our Courts
‘Ye andha kanoon hai’ yes this quote is as true now as it was 50 years ago when Amitab Bachchan quoted it. And reading the following points below you’ll surely be convinced that most of our court judges are high when passing judgements (maal phukke decision lete hain ye) . Let’s discover how our courts are the actual ones making a mockery of our justice system
1. I Said Fap Now
A man was ordered by a court to contribute his sperm so that his estranged wife might become a mother in what is arguably the most odd decision on the list. What was even stranger was that the couple was in the middle of going through with a divorce.
The Court ordered the man, against his wishes, to explore assisted reproductive technology (ART) with his estranged wife or else, there would be legal consequences.
“The respondent may refuse ART by not giving his consent,” the ruling stated. However, by making an irrational refusal, he might expose himself to the possible legal and rational repercussions.
2. Kerala Court Acquits Man in 5-yr-old’s rape-murder case (coz the girl survived and wasn’t ‘fully’ raped)
The girl’s mom saved her while they guy removed her clothes and was about to rape her. And even if she was raped, it would’ve taken the judge some 4–5 years to sentence the convict for a meagre 5–6 years in jail (which he might come out of in 3–4 years)
Strange thing is this decision was taken by a woman judge. ‘A woman is a woman’s worst enemy’ that quote is true as shit. But such people are the enemy of every common person. No wonder they are in charge of deciding the laws for us.
3. Rape victim says ‘happily married’, SC reduces convict’s Sentence to Period Already Served (helping criminals since 1947)
If it were up to our Supreme court and people wouldn’t intervene at all, all our criminals would roam free in the streets and our rising crime rate would give our Supreme court some intense Orgasms.
Because keeping criminals out of jail is our supreme court’s first priority.
4. Begging Made Legal by Delhi High Court (humko bhi hafta mangta hai)
At a time when more and more crime is being carried out by the ‘begging mafia’ in India, that includes basic theft, drug abuse, murders and human trafficking. Our Delhi High Court has provided them a lending hand so they can carry out their crimes in a much safer environment by making the environment absolutely unsafe for us common people.
(No wonder Delhi has one of the highest crime rates in India, thanks to our Court Judges)
And now you might guess why the hell did they do it so. Well of course they get paid by the human trafficking mafia, but as our judiciary, it’s an utmost priority for them to ruin our lives. A day is wasted if a day goes by without passing a judgement to make our lives a little worse.
5. Madras HC Acquits a Rapist if He Marries The Little Girl He Raped!!!
This isn’t a script from a typical 90’s bollywood movie. This actually happens in Indian Courts. And as we already know that our biggest enemies are our own supreme judges so this shouldn’t come with a surprise.
In this case, a serial rapist rapes a 16 year old girl and was told to marry her if he doesn’t wanna go to jail (Law for raping a minor in India is death penality) but no one ever got a death penality for raping a minor in India, And if you begin to wonder why India has high number of sexual assaults, our courts are to blame. Strict laws are there, but just like nukes in North Korea, only to be never used.
In Conclusion
As we’ve figured out that our judiciary isn’t just useless but is also anti- citizen. The citizens it swore to protect. But what could be the reason behind such lawless and criminal-like behaviour by the protectors of our justice? If i tell you now and this blog gets famous i will get killed by ‘accident’. But so i will definitely tell you about it,
The thing is if our courts began ordering strict punishments such as the death penalty, we would hardly have any politicians and powerful people left. Coz imagine a scenario where our court is ordering death penalty for common people and if any powerful person gets convicted for the same wouldn’t our citizens demand those elites to be treated equally just like the rest of us?

Snake Venom Addiction And The Case Against YouTuber Elvish Yadav
Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav was arrested in the snake venom-rave party case and remanded to 14-day judicial custody on Sunday. Mr Yadav faces a case under the Wildlife Act in Noida for arranging snake venom at rave parties. The 26-year-old YouTuber, who initially denied any involvement in the case, has now admitted that he arranged snake venom at rave parties, said police sources.
The case surrounds the alleged use of snake venom as a recreational drug at rave parties in Noida last year. Mr Yadav is accused of arranging the snake venom at his parties and using snakes in his video shoots.
The police busted a snake smuggling racket in November last year after it raided a banquet hall in Noida Sector 51. Five people, including four snake charmers, were arrested from the banquet hall for supplying snake venom. Nine snakes including cobras and poison were also recovered from them.
A forensic investigation later revealed the use of venom of cobra and krait species in samples seized from there.
The breakthrough came after a trap was laid by an NGO, People For Animals.
A rave party is a vibrant dance party focussed on the youth-oriented rave culture, which often gets into trouble with authorities over drug use and safety reasons.
Questioned about the snakes in his video shoots, Mr Yadav has told the police those were arranged by Bollywood singer Fazilpuria, sources said.
The five people arrested in the case have told the cops that they used to supply snake venom at rave parties allegedly organised by Elvish Yadav.
Their arrest came after PFA member Gaurav Gupta complained to the police that he had contacted Elvish Yadav for snake venom as part of a trap. During the call, Mr Gupta was given a phone number after which he contacted the five accused, the police said.
Former Union minister Maneka Gandhi too had accused Mr Yadav of involvement in illegally selling snake venom and sought his immediate arrest.
Snake venom addiction is an unusual form of substance abuse where individuals intentionally expose themselves to snake venom for intoxication effects. The venom can induce a range of symptoms like intoxication due to the neurotoxins present in it. This form of addiction, also known as ophidism, is extremely dangerous and life-threatening and is not a common practice in India.
The effects of snake venom can be unpredictable and potentially deadly and can last for days. In the long run, it may trigger physical and psychological dependence among users.
The use and possession of drugs, including substances derived from snake venom, are governed by the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act of 1985. But the cops have not invoked the NDPS Act against Mr Yadav as drugs were not found at the spot, according to an official.

Bribe case: Wankhede showing SRK chats as 'integrity certificate', says CBI; HC grants interim relief
The CBI recently filed an FIR against Wankhede for allegedly seeking a Rs 25 crore bribe for not framing the Bollywood star's son Aryan Khan in the drugs-on-cruise case.
MUMBAI: Former NCB zonal director and bribery accused Sameer Wankhede is trying to show the alleged messages exchanged with film superstar Shah Rukh Khan as a ‘certificate of integrity’, the CBI told the Bombay High Court on Monday.
The High Court is hearing a petition of Wankhede, who is accused of seeking Rs 25 crore as bribe from the actor for not implicating his son Aryan in the Cordelia cruise ‘drug bust’ case.
A vacation bench of Justices Abhay Ahuja and MM Sathaye on Monday extended till June 8 the interim protection granted to Wankhede in the case.
Last Friday, the court had directed the Central Bureau of Investigation not to take any coercive against him till May 22.
Citing the messages exchanged with Khan, Wankhede, in his petition, has claimed the film superstar had no grievance against him and had requested that he be kind to his son Aryan Khan.
Wankhede further claimed the actor had not only praised his integrity “but has also expressed his anguish over the political involvement in the matter”.
Referring to the chats, Wankhede, in his plea, claimed the tone of Khan’s messages would have been completely contrary had he (Wankhede) raised demands for money for releasing Aryan Khan.
During the hearing on Monday, the CBI, represented by advocate Kuldeep Patil, submitted that those requests (referring to the messages exchanged between Shah Rukh Khan and Wankhede) were made by a father (Khan) whose young son (Aryan) was in his (Wankhede) custody.
Wankhede is trying to show them (messages from Khan) as a “certificate of integrity”, CBI advocate Patil told the court.
Opposing the continuation of interim protection to Wankhede, advocate Patil said the order may come in the way of arrest or any action that the CBI may want to take, adding the order (interim protection) cannot be indefinite when the probe is underway.
Patil also sought time to file the CBI’s response to Wankhede’s plea.
Advocate Abad Ponda, appearing for Wankhede, argued the officer was investigating a “very serious case” and was trying to clean the system.
Ponda was referring to the Cordelia cruise ‘drug bust’ case of October 2021 in which Aryan Khan was arrested.
Ponda told the court then NCB Deputy Director Gyaneshwar Singh had been apprised of every step of the probe.
Ponda said the “backbone” of the CBI’s FIR against Wankhede “is flawed” as it didn’t follow the provisions mandated by law.
The case was “illegal and bad in law” and the idea was to ground an “honest officer who stood against the tall and mighty”, Ponda said.
The court, after hearing both sides, extended Wankhede’s interim protection subject to the condition that he shall not publish any material through WhatsApp or any other mode related to the case or investigation or give press statements or tamper with evidence.
The court asked Wankhede to give an undertaking to this effect.
Wankhede was also directed to appear at the investigation agency as and when he is called by the concerned officer.
The HC directed the CBI to file its response by June 3.
The matter will be next heard on June 8.
The CBI recently filed an FIR against Wankhede for allegedly seeking Rs 25 crore bribe for not framing the Bollywood star’s son Aryan Khan in the drugs-on-cruise case.
On a complaint by the NCB, the CBI booked Wankhede and four others for alleged criminal conspiracy and extortion threat as well as under the Prevention of Corruption Act for alleged bribery.
As per the CBI, the NCB’s Mumbai Zone received information in October 2021 related to the consumption and possession of narcotics substances by various individuals on the private cruise ship Cordelia, after which some of its (NCB) officers conspired and obtained undue advantage in the form of bribes from the alleged accused.
Aryan Khan was arrested by the NCB on October 3, 2021 after a raid on the cruise ship.
He was granted bail by the Bombay High Court after three weeks as the NCB failed to substantiate its charges against him.
