Opposites, they are. The quintessential korean woman, in this modern yet old money tradition way, Seraphina is ; meanwhile the voice of the rebellion of a new generation, Allegra carries, with her revendications, vibrant colors and strong personality. There always has been something condescending in the way Seraphina would answer to them, these outsiders speaking on how Allegra is nothing like her. The apple does not fall so far from the tree Dears. My little sister will find her inner peace as time passes, I am sure of it. - Allegra? Hah. Oh. She is a wild card isn't she. It will not last forever now, will it. - That fashion obsession she has? It must be a phase. It isn't with the active wish of belittling her little sister - it is more of half hoping Allegra will indeed change one day, and be more like her. It was all wrong however, as years pass, the gap between keeps on widening, they are now furthur than ever. Isn't it Envy then? A vicious unadmitted internalized form of envy. Allegra allows herself to be free, not to care about what her family or people expect of her. Could Seraphina ever be this free? Sometimes she has wondered. Being the first born son is easy - yes there are responsabilities but men are always free, Bellamy has it all. Being the last born is easy too - less expectations are put on Allegra as in, despite the existential crisis she seems to be constantly in, she can do whatever the hell she wants. As for being the first born daughter... Well, this one is tricky, it doesn't come with the luxury of ultimate power like Bellamy has, it doesn't come with the carefreeness of being less watched like Allegra has, it comes with the expectation of being the perfect wife and a pretty face, period.

In the end Seraphina is the one who cares and worries the least. While Bellamy works his ass off to buy all the medias that blabbers about Allegra all day - Seraphina says Allegra deserves it, she says actions have consequences, she says little sister should face them all. Yes Bellamy does go out of his way which pisses Seraphina off very often - even tho he doesn't' own Dispatch, he tries - something Seraphina knows Allegra isn't even aware of nor thankful for. "I only want you well, dearest. I have seen your career flourish from afar, please know that I am happy for you. As for your collection, I do hope you will invite your favorite sister to the festivities, yes?" The next question brings a raised eyebrow to her eye in a positive way however, a question regarding her business, at least Allegra is trying to care - that's enough for Seraphina : effort. "Our business yes. I am flattered you do remember. You should know everything is going quite flawlessly, beautifully. I believe we started something grander than we hoped - which is, again, Beautiful. I do know you have little to no interest in what we do but if you are ever interested to join, you have a right by birth. It's never too late to be part of the family. As long as you don't cause any mmm... scenes, of course. " A very private business, behind doors none who arent authorized to is allow to open. There is a natural trust in the family however, even Allegra, they wouldn't whisper behind her back, they would speak freely when she is here, it is intended that what happens in the family stays in the family. Seraphina however keeps an eye on Allegra's fiancée, Devora Diana Song, the type of journalistic weasel who could easily stick her nose in La Rose's matters and well, it would be a hassle for Seraphina to be forced to explain to Allegra why they will have to break one of her fiancée's arms in order to keep her quiet - hopefully it never reaches that point.
