season 7 episode 1 of wg :o?

What I liked: The way it played out was pretty smooth honestly. 

What I disliked: I didn’t quite enjoy this one as much as I did many others, but I can’t really find anything to dislike about this. Episode title is a bit wordy though but that’s it I guess.

Overall Rating: 10/10. Pretty solid if you ask me.

“Becky’s Bad-itude” (S7 E1b)

What I liked: SQUISHY FUN BOTS!!!! Happy happy nappy time, sleepy sleepy sleepy time! Makes me happy! Makes me happy! Lol sorry bout that but anyways, there’s a lot to enjoy about this. The plot was overall great, I really liked seeing Two Brains trying to rob ticket money for the cheese auction, only to end up in the Squishy Fun Bots show and get squished by them- that was just golden. But I think what I like the most is the message of how there’s nothing wrong with enjoying things that are aimed for younger kids- which really speaks to me since I’m like 20 and fangirling over shows like Wordgirl and Cyberchase aimed for preteen kids askdjhfgdkj. Speaking from experience it can be embarrassing to admit that you like something aimed for a younger audience, even if it usually ends up that there are many other people your age who also enjoy said something. 

What I disliked: Vanilly and Billy music actually does give me an ulcer ngl

Overall Rating: 50/10. I enjoy this one too much.

I'm convinced that the episode "Becky's Bad-itude" was made so that the crew could say "look, we know some of you audience members are in your 20s 30s and up, and we just wanna let you know that that's okay!"

So, watching "Becky's Bad-itude" the first time around.

But these guys.. I coulda sworn I saw it somewhere... Like...?

OH MY GOSH! NO WAIT...!

"They're cousins that are secretly royal that save the universe with music!"

OH MY GOSH! DUDES!

"Triplets born the throne awaits. A seer warns of a deadly fate. Give up your children, separate.. (etc etc)"

...I dunno if this is intentional or not, but the years of listening to my younger sister talk about how Sonic Underground and watching it myself with its horribly timed music, fighting off weird creatures with instruments to save the universe... Yeah, the resemblance kinda freaks me out.
