do you have a rough timeline of everything? like how long after a story does another one take place and the passage of time within stories?

Man, if I started keeping track of dates I'd pretty much instantly lose track of what I was doing! There's the implication that years have passed over the course of various smuts and snippets, but that's about it.

A good idea, though, is to assume that each Familiar AU snippet/shorts/smuts are semi-kinda-sometimes chronological because they tend to reference and build on previously written ones.

Hmmmm #Well one of the more 'recent' or 'latest' events would be the two truth fics and the whump which happens before those #Because Dipper has the scar when he gets entruthened #And they've been married for a grip when Dipper hits the whump fic #I'd put him somewhere in the early-mid twenties range at that point!#The reasoning being I'm pretty sure the reincarnation setup happens not long after the whump events #And they have to be deep in the marriage thing by that point for Bill to pull it #So there's a general guesstimation of how they're doing so far #Which is about as close as I'll probably get to an official 'timeline' for now!
