Jak se správně obléknout na hory?

Lyžařská sezóna je v plném proudu a tak jsme se rozhodli vám poradit, jak se správně obléknout na svah. Máte pocit, že jste dostatečně oblečení a přesto je vám zima? I když máte na sobě naducanou péřovku?

Může se to stát a znamená to, že nejspíš něco neděláte správně….proto si dnes řekneme něco o správném vrstvení!

Úplným základem je správná první vrstva – tedy tenká a funkční.
