thank you! the animatic is not atdbis compliant, though i can see why many in the comments thought it was :) but in the atdbis verse they do get pets as well

this is stella, she is curly’s service dog. long thin legs, serious soulful eyes, too smart not to plot (absolute queen of getting double breakfast by pretending she hasn’t been fed yet)

and this is toby; he adopted himself by hiding in the basket of Anya’s bike that she rides to school. classic orange boy, not a thought behind those eyes. loves sleeping on people’s chests. curly turns out to be mildly allergic to cats but he takes the L with grace, simply adding antihistamines to his daily meds cocktail

BLOG 4 Demo Day

Demo Day was such a fun experience. We get to see exhibitions from different Start-up ideas from entrepreneurs. I have learned a lot from that day. Our team won as 3rd place in CMU ATBI Aqua-Agri Category. I am happy to experience a wonderful event from our Demo Day. I learned about marketing and sales from the pitch event. I also got to have an idea concerning competitors and investors.

Lecture Series

We need entrepreneurs and leaders with the courage and conviction to take bold action ahead of others. We also need radically new business models that create true value for the environment and society, bring competitive advantage to companies, and have the potential to transform industries globally.

Today and for this blog, we are talking about my learnings in our discussions and how I can relate and realized things after I attended a lecture series program. First things first, we had discussed about how do Business Model Canvas works and Why do startups need to know and use it?

So, Why do startups need to know and use the bmc?

"The Business Model Canvas, is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model." The Business Model Canvas breaks your business model down into easily-understood segments: Key Partners, Key Activities, Key Resources, Value Propositions, Customer Relationships, Channels, Customer Segments, Cost Structure, and Revenue Streams. By digging into these elements of your company, you can recognize and act on areas that can be improved. It also reveals clear paths on which to build your organizational innovation strategy. Gaining a better understanding of your business never hurts. It helps you communicate your goals to your team. It helps communicate to clients why they should do business with you. It helps pull into focus what your business does and how it will continue to do it successfully into the future.

And last April 19,2023, GEE16 had a lecture series, in this regard we are invited to join the said event, and requested to be excused from our classes for the lecture series program, as scheduled and also excused from our classes for the demo day and pitching event. The lecture series program is anchored on the objective of exposing students to various elements of innovation and entrepreneurship through the unique opportunity of seeing and hearing insights and viewpoints from diverse speakers from different industries. The program features high-level speakers from industry and academe who will share their insights to industry developments, leadership and innovation. Furthermore the invited lecture speakers came from our university, Intellectual Property Technology Business Management Office (IPTBM) and start up industry. The event was held physically on April 19,2023 from 8:30am to 12:00nn at the University Convention Center. The following are the tentative lecture series topics: Intellectual Property Rights and Technology Transfer - CMU (IPTBM), Incubation Program Opportunities - CMU (ATBI), Startup Ecosystem - Karen Lacadin, (DICT).

I felt too full, his rough intrusion too much, the pressure horrendous. I could feel my delicate skin tear as he sheathed himself fully inside and I started clawing at his shoulders, begging and whining for him to stop, tears rolling down my face."

Saturday 13th of October - 4th day in the UK

Today I wore my new Hunter Refined Gloss “Dark Olive” wellies for the first time outdoors. We visited “The Range” where I discovered some very comfortable home-cinema lounge chairs.They also had some colourful “Regatta” brand wellies on sale at only £14.99 (a real bargain if you ask me).

After that we went on to the Westwood shopping centre at Broadstairs and at T-Maxx they had some lovely big mirrors in which I make a selfie.

Then we went on to Sandwich (a small village atby the river ‘Stour’ to have some lovely Fish & Chips at “Papa’s Traditional Fish & Chips Shop” on The Quay opposite the harbour.   After returning home I made a couple more pictures of just the boots. My god, they are just so very difficult to capture the correct colour!

Oh yea, nearly forgot... at DEBENHAM at Westwood shopping centre I bought a nice green Jack & Jones” jacket and a very colourful shawl. I’ll try to take some pictures of them tomorrow.
