I feel numb. I had, I guess I can call it a breakdown? I don't know, yesterday I was dissociating and having age regression at random times at different times of the day, it wasn't that bad at first but during the night it was...yes, there it was collapse, at least I went to sleep early so it wasn't much but ooof
