Why is Huaiyan the only person permitted to grow old in the entire Xianzhou Alliance?
#Yes yes he is the oldest person in the Alliance. So what? He gets a special pass?#Jingliu is very old as hell too but she looks like a young woman. One could argue perhaps even Ruan Mei#Master Gongshu looked mature as did Mr. Xiao but it was done in a way that felt coherent. Neither looked like Huaiyan#This feels a bit ridiculous. It's like plot armor but for aging#You can only look old in the Alliance if you're aiming for the look of the widower father of a Disney princess#Will they explain this?
