#Angie's pissed she can't curse people to speak in rhyming couplets

At least half the books in Stan and Angie's house are not in English, if not most of them. Angie doesn't have dyslexia, but finds reading Ancient Greek easier than English, and even picks up like, modern Greek.

Stan, who does have dyslexia, and rather severe, almost exclusively uses Ancient Greek and modern Greek in print. He absolutely despises using English. He's joked about moving to Greece and Angie chews him out for suggesting that. It's even more dangerous there for them than California! And they have kids!

There are books in other non-English languages in the house, too. Stan bounces from job to job a lot, and in between jobs he indulges in his hobbies, which are stealing/scamming and learning more languages. The latter so he can get better at stealing and scamming.

Also so he can get by with swearing in front of the kids without Angie noticing.

(In a sappy moment, Stan decides to learn Irish to connect with Angie's mortal heritage more, even though there aren't exactly a bunch of people speaking Irish where they live. Angie thinks it's incredibly sweet.)
