I agree that this is how change is made, but this isn't direct action in some vague sense; this is mass protest politics and workers striking in solidarity with Palestine.

This is how real change is made, through direct action.

#Direct action #As a term makes no sense because of course any action you take to change the world has to address the issue directly #And politically it's interpreted in as varied ways as “start a charity” or “yell at someone as an individual”#Or “art project” or “share things on social media”#Those things only have value in the context of mass protests and strikes #And are made completely irrelevant by the broader forces of reformism in society #(i.e. democrats/Labor parties/green parties/trade union bureaucracy/ UN)
