ANCIENT THEORY OF HUMAN CULTURE
BSnews,31,Octo,0024,Thu,1:00 pm
Tumblr media
Garuda in Sanskrit language, Shaheen in Persian language, Eagle in English language, Baj in Urdu is a bird that can fly to the highest height in the sky and can hunt other animals by pouncing on them with very sharp vision. 99% of its attacks do not go waste.
Words like Gurdaspur in Punjab, Anantnag and Poonch in Kashmir are words of Sanatan culture. And these are taken from Vishnu symbols.
Garuda has been adopted as the royal and air force emblem of many countries. This proves that Sanatan was a worldwide human culture. Who is limited now to India only. And the misguided Indian people are bent on destroying even the remaining human culture to fulfill their political ambitions.
This is the oldest human culture in the world. This is a completely universal science of nature. Doubt, hypocrisy, ostentation, miracles, there is nothing here.
Since ancient times, this culture has been attacked twice and in two ways. The first cold war on this culture took place in the form of Buddha. Most of its sculptures, words, language style, concepts etc. were an attempt to establish the concept of Buddha unilaterally. The main reason for this was the then government and political influence.
Whereas the concept of Buddha plays the most important role for the disturbed area. Where a very high level technical system already existed permanently. There was no need for any concept of Buddha there.
The second attack on this culture was made by the artificial ideologies of Isa Lama and Musa Lama. Buddhist concept which was developed in the name of non-violence and peace. By making them non-vegetarian they were forcibly converted to Islam and Muslims. Some people of Sanatan culture also voluntarily joined them due to greed and profit. But they still use their surnames like Tyagi, Chaudhary, Chauhan, Patel, Pandit, Shah etc. and most of their women wear silver rings in their feet.
Mammon is the ideological concept of the Gaza Strip. And Musa Lama and Isa Lama are also related to this. These have no direct relation to Orion and Persian genetics. But Orion and Persian had cultural connection with Sanatan through Sanskrit language.
Note:-> This article is based on deep study and many researches and current practical symbols.

Terrorists Kidnap Territorial Army Jawan in Anantnag, Extensive Search Operations Underway
In a shocking incident within Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district, a Territorial Army jawan was kidnapped by terrorists and suffered injury to his head while trying to escape. The abduction took place in the Kokernag region, which is already in turmoil because of previous terrorist activities. The soldier, despite being wounded, was able to escape but is now missing, which has raised concerns about his security.
This kidnapping is part of a string of violent acts in Jammu and Kashmir, where militant groups have stepped up attacks on security personnel. In recent months, this region has seen a spike in terror-related incidents, putting more strain on security forces to keep the peace and offer protection.
The security forces are intensifying their search efforts in search of the missing jawan in addition to conducting extensive combing efforts throughout the area. The incident has led to inquiries into the terrorist group's motives as well as their possible participation in attacks that have occurred in recent times in this region. Authorities are keeping a close eye on developments, and the current situation has increased security across the entire Anantnag district.
The jawan's abduction highlights the ongoing struggle against terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir, where both civilians and military personnel face constant danger. Discover the Untouched Beauty of Nafran Valley Trek in Kashmir
Tumblr media
We are always searching for offbeat places and travel destinations to quench our wanderlust heart’s thirst. Some of the most famous trekking destinations in the Blue Mountains, such as the Kashmir Great Lakes Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek, and Tarsar Marsar Trek, have always topped the charts among travel destinations in Kashmir.
From solo to group travel packages for Kashmir are readily available. But we wanted to go one step further and find an even better travel and trekking spot for our fellow travelers. Matching the ethereal beauty of KGL was not easy, but where there’s a will, there’s a new trek: Nafran Valley Trek.
From time immemorial, explorers and vagabonds have headed toward the Himalayas to taste the glacial drops of adventure. They surely cracked the code to the perfect place, as the magic of the mighty Himalayan mountains is unmatched when it comes to trekking, sightseeing, birdwatching, camping, meditation, and rejuvenating one’s soul.
Today, we will head to a new world of mountain treks: the Nafran Valley Trek in Jammu and Kashmir.
Where is the Nafran Valley Located?
Nestled in the lap of the gigantic Himalayan ranges, Nafran Valley is a less explored and untouched virgin beauty of the mountains. This beautiful fairytale-like place is situated in the Anantnag district of Jammu & Kashmir, and reaching this destination is a mini trek on its own.
Tumblr media
Nafran Valley Trek Itinerary
Generally, this trek lasts for 6-7 days, and here’s a short and crisp itinerary to give you a better idea of how the actual expedition might look. From the starting campsite to how to reach the Nafran Valley Base Camp, this itinerary covers it all.
Day 1: Reach Srinagar
Srinagar, the capital of J&K, is also a great travel destination. There are various things to do in Srinagar, like visiting the Shankaracharya temple, taking a shikara ride (houseboat) on Dal Lake, and much more. Explore the city, meet your travel guide, and gather all the information regarding the reporting timings, travel gear, etc.
Day 2: Travel to Aru Village from Srinagar
Day 2 begins with leaving early for Aru, a small village around 112 km from Srinagar and 12 km from Pahalgam, from where the Nafran Valley Trek begins. Enjoy your stay in Aru, unleash the traveler within, and explore the beautiful pine forests and landscapes. Stay the night in a guesthouse or the campsite, whatever you prefer, and gear up for day 3—the trek is about to start.
Day 3: Drive and Reach Mondlan from Aru through Aaram Pathri Ridge
Drive from the Aru Valley and reach Mondlan on day 3, the beginning spot of the trek. Throughout the Nafran Valley Trek, you will go through alpine meadows, coniferous forests, and some Himalayan animals like Himalayan ibex and snow leopard. While trekking, you may come across local villages and get a chance to taste some authentic Kashmiri cuisine. You can see traditional Himalayan life up close.
Envision yourself steadily moving up and downhill, surrounded by the fresh aromas of wildflowers, the gurgling sound of alpine rivers adding to the serenity of the atmosphere, and various tones of greens and blues filling the landscape of the painting you’re walking in. From Mondlan, keep hiking towards Bhaj Margi through Aaram Pathri Ridge, but now you must pull up your socks as the trek will take a challenging twist.
Day 4: Trek from Bhaj Margi to Nafran Valley
From Bhaj Margi to Nafran Valley, the trek is filled with adventurous twists and turns. You will witness breathtaking landscapes as you ascend and descend Bhaj Margi. Witness the tall Kolahoi Glacier, an intricate ice formation sculpted by Mother Nature. Trekkers can’t get enough of this glacier’s beauty, and it is one of the most photographed places in the world. Stay hydrated and keep taking steady steps till you reach the next camping site on the Nafran Valley Trek.
Tumblr media
Day 5: Nafran Valley to Harbhagwan and Harnag Lakes (Nafran Lakes Trek)
Another awe-inspiring feature is camping alongside the two pristine crystal lakes, Harbhagwan and Harnag Lakes. Similar to the Kashmir Great Lakes Trek, these lakes add charm to the overall experience of the Nafran Lakes Trek. Begin your journey early with a sumptuous breakfast, as you’ll need a lot of energy throughout the day. Tread towards Harnag Lake via Harnag Pass, the highest point on the Nafran Valley Trek. After spending some time admiring the beautiful Harnag Lake and indulging in photography and sightseeing, move towards Harbhagwan Lake, another hidden turquoise gem in the heart of the Himalayas. Infuse your senses with the beauty of Harbhagwan Lake before you head back to Harnag Lake, your campsite. The clear reflective waters of these pristine lakes make for the perfect setting for photography and sightseeing.
The Nafran Valley Trek, if not equal, is no less than the Kashmir Great Lakes Trek. Renowned for its landscapes and multitudes of flower varieties, this expedition is worth a shot.
Day 6: Harnag Lake to Aaram Pathri
Now we come close to the end of our Nafran Valley Trek excursion. It is now time to retrace your steps back to Aaram Pathri. After reaching the camping site in Aaram Pathri, enjoy a well-deserved wholesome lunch and rest up for the night.
Day 7: Back to Pavilion, Aaram Pathri to Aru Valley
The last stop on our Nafran Valley Trek. You can relax and replenish your energy and explore the beautiful Aru Valley before heading back to Srinagar.
Best Time to Do Nafran Valley Trek
The Nafran Valley Trek is a summer expedition, and the best time to set out on the Nafran Valley Trek Kashmir is from July to September, providing the most conducive weather conditions for trekking.

Exploring the Spiritual and Scenic Beauty of Kashmir: Amarnath Temple and Sarnal Payeen
Kashmir, often referred to as "Paradise on Earth," is renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and significant religious sites. Among the myriad attractions, the Amarnath Temple and Sarnal Payeen in Anantnag hold special places. These locations are not just tourist destinations but are also deeply embedded in the spiritual and cultural fabric of the region.
Tumblr media
The Sacred Amarnath Temple
The Amarnath Temple is one of the most revered shrines in Hinduism. Situated at an altitude of approximately 3,888 meters (12,756 feet) in the Lidder Valley, near Pahalgam in the Anantnag district, this temple is famous for the naturally forming ice lingam that represents Lord Shiva. The temple attracts thousands of devotees every year, particularly during the Amarnath Yatra, an annual pilgrimage that typically takes place from late June to early August.
Tumblr media
The Amarnath Yatra
The journey to the Amarnath Cave is as significant as the destination itself. Pilgrims can choose from two main routes: the traditional, longer route via Pahalgam or the shorter, steeper route from Baltal. The Pahalgam route, about 45 kilometers long, takes 3-5 days and passes through Chandanwari, Sheshnag, and Panchtarni before reaching the cave. The Baltal route, though only 14 kilometers, is more challenging and can be completed in a single day.
Sarnal Payeen: A Hidden Gem in Anantnag
Tumblr media
Sarnal Payeen, a quaint village in the Anantnag district of Kashmir, is another destination that offers a blend of natural beauty and historical significance. Unlike the bustling pilgrimage routes to Amarnath, Sarnal Payeen provides a serene escape into the lap of nature, with its lush green landscapes and tranquil environment.
Scenic Beauty and Attractions
The village is characterized by its picturesque setting, surrounded by verdant fields, dense forests, and flowing streams. The peaceful ambiance makes it an ideal spot for nature lovers and those seeking a quiet retreat. The landscape is typical of the Kashmir Valley, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains, making it perfect for photography and leisurely walks.
Tumblr media
Historical Significance
Sarnal Payeen is home to several ancient structures and ruins that reflect the rich cultural and historical heritage of Kashmir. Among these are the remnants of old temples, which provide insights into the architectural styles and religious practices of ancient Kashmir. These structures, though in ruins, offer a tangible connection to the past and are of great interest to history enthusiasts and archaeologists.
Gateway to Other Destinations
Sarnal Payeen is not just an isolated spot of beauty but also serves as a gateway to other prominent religious sites in the region. It is located near the route to the Amarnath Cave, making it a part of the spiritual journey for many pilgrims. Additionally, the village's proximity to other scenic locations in Anantnag district adds to its appeal, offering visitors a chance to explore more of Kashmir's natural and cultural treasures.
Tumblr media
Traveling to Kashmir: Tips and Considerations
Traveling to Kashmir requires some preparation, especially concerning safety and health. Here are some tips to ensure a smooth and enjoyable trip:
Check Travel Advisories: Before planning your trip, check the latest travel advisories and news updates about the region. The political situation in Kashmir can be unpredictable, so staying informed is crucial.
Health Precautions: Due to the high altitude of destinations like the Amarnath Temple, acclimatization is important. Make sure to carry necessary medications and consult with your doctor, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Travel Insurance: Having travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and political unrest can provide peace of mind.
Local Guidance: Engage local guides and adhere to the advice of authorities. They can provide valuable insights and help navigate through the region safely.
Cultural Sensitivity: Kashmir has a rich and diverse culture. Respect local customs, traditions, and dress codes to ensure a respectful and immersive experience.
Conclusion
Kashmir, with its captivating landscapes and profound spiritual heritage, offers a unique blend of experiences. The Amarnath Temple and Sarnal Payeen, though different in their appeal, both provide deep connections to the region's history, culture, and natural beauty. Whether you are on a spiritual journey to seek blessings from the divine ice lingam at Amarnath or exploring the serene and historical village of Sarnal Payeen, Kashmir promises a memorable and enriching travel experience.

Tarsar Marsar Trek: Exploring Kashmir's Alpine Lakes
What justifies going on a hike? What does one want to achieve—challenges, beautiful landscapes, cultural immersion, or mental renewal? Meeting all these requirements leads to what is undoubtedly the most breathtaking journey available: the Tarsar Marsar journey. A favorite in our Kashmir packages, the Tarsar Marsar Trek offers us beauty, tranquility, and a fresh perspective on camping next to stunning alpine lakes, giving The Kashmir Great Lakes Trek a run for its money.
The people of Kashmir have stories and traditions strongly linked to the two stunning lakes, Tarsar and Marsar. One of the greatest places to visit in Kashmir is the Tarsar Marsar Lakes, sometimes referred to as the "Switzerland of India," which is encircled by snow-capped mountains, covered in verdant meadows, and radiant with vibrant waters.
The two beauties of the trek
Tumblr media
Tarsar Lake is a stunning lake with an almond form that is located 20 km east of Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district. It is roughly 2 km long and 0.8 km wide. A mountain divides the lake from another lake, the Marsar Lake.
Tarsar Lake freezes over and is completely covered in snow throughout the winter. You might see floating ice even in the summertime. The greatest time to go on the Tarsar Marsar Trek is in the summer, when migratory birds including black bulbuls, Himalayan golden eagles, and bar-headed geese can be seen.
A lake that changes colors with the changing sky (Tarsar Lake) and another with its glistening emerald color (Marsar Lake) – these two lakes form two of the most beautiful Lakes in Kashmir. The photography and pictures that come out of this place are jaw-dropping and words cannot explain the beauty of this place. You need to experience it, to explain it.
Navigating through the beauty of Kashmir
Tumblr media
The distances between the Tarsar and Marsar lakes and the settlement of Nagberan are 3 and 5 kilometers, respectively. One of the best ways to fully immerse yourself in the local culture when trekking is to have the opportunity to interact with the Gujjar and Bakarwal cultures, who have warm hearts by nature. Meeting new people is one of the nicest things to do on the Tarsar Marsar hike and a great opportunity to connect with the region and its customs.
The Tarsar Marsar trek trip starts in Srinagar at the base camp in Aru, where you are greeted by friendly locals who are prepared to help you with anything you need.
You make your way gently in the direction of the Lidder River, passing through several nearby Gujjar towns and thick alpine forests. You'll tent at Lidderwat, where the nighttime scenery is breathtaking under the starry sky.
The Lidder River will be a continuous sight as you travel along it on your short trip from Lidderwat Valley to Shekwas. As you arrive in Shekwas, the distant peaks will come into full view.
CONCLUSION
In summary, the Tarsar Marsar Trek is an incredible trip that provides explorers and environment lovers with a singular chance to experience Kashmir's breathtaking alpine scenery. This hike rewards hikers with breathtaking views and tranquil natural beauty in addition to physical obstacles due to its immaculate lakes, lush meadows, and spectacular mountain backdrops. The Tarsar Marsar Trek promises a remarkable experience that completely immerses you in the heart of Kashmir's wildness, whether you're drawn to the serene surroundings, the verdant surroundings of the neighboring valleys, or the glistening waters of the Tarsar and Marsar lakes.
