About: Alu’na Vess

From early childhood, Alu’na Vess was naturally gifted with Force abilities. Losing her village and her family to a raid group of Mandalorians, she was found and taken in by the Jedi; she trained as a Padawan on Tython for fifteen years under the Jedi Master Xadun Benai. And though she has sinced worked with her masters in overcoming the traumatic events of her past, a part of her will always dislike Mandalorians.

Alu’na fights to protect those who cannot protect themselves. She is loyal to the Republic, devoting her time to aiding them in their never-ending war against the Empire. She values life and refuses to shed blood unless absolutely necessary. She adheres to the Jedi code without fail, but it doesn���t blind her from expressing sympathy.

4: physically strongest/most fit?

Out of all my swtor OC’s, that would be Alu’na Vess: my Togruta Jedi Knight who showed up in the first few chapters of To Reclaim what was Ours. But out of the ones who are currently... ahem, active, Thexia is the strongest physically. She bench-presses Quinn for warmups in the morning.

7: Gives the best hugs?

Remi’vu! He gives bear hugs, but not super tight ones. Ones that make you feel secure and welcomed. Altrethir comes in second place if for no other reason than that he’s tol. And his arms are long. His hugs are more gentle, but genuine nonetheless.

14: Tallest OC? 

Altrethir and Fendithas, both standing at 6′3″. Altrethir can sometimes use his height to his advantage to intimidate foes. Calm and collected, observant and cautious, tall and menacing. Traits that can be quite frightful to the right enemies.

Buys deep and thoughtful presents

Remi might not seem like an altruistic person, but he loves the holidays. And he loves giving prezzies to the few friends he holds dear.

Fendithas knows his crew quite well! Zenith, Nadia, Felix and Qyzen all got very thoughtful gifts each year. Tharan got coal cuz Fen had it up to here with his shit.

Altrethir is especially the type to pay attention to detail. He knows the perfect gifts for each of his friends and absolutely delivers.

Alu’na spent a bit too much time thinking on what kinda gifts her crew would have liked. And though she thought she might’ve overthought some prezzies, all of them had personal touches to them.

Buys presents the night before

Fai’s guilty of letting holidays sneak up on her. Despite all the decorations, the holiday spirit being thrown around, and everyone talking about Life Day, all her gifts are usually last-minute. Save for- maybe Remi, of whom she’s known since they were wee babes.

Alamor’s got agent stuff to do he can’t be bothered to take time out of his schedule to go shopping.

Goes overboard on decorations

Remi’s just a Life Day kinda guy! He has fond memories of celebrating Life Day in his foster home on Nar Shaddaa and continues to enjoy the holiday every time it comes around.

Alu’na also enjoyed decorating her starship with a comfortable amount of decorations - until she got new crewmembers, of whom insisted on putting up an absurd amount.

Is banned from helping with the food

Alamor’s a good cook. He just eats and sneaks a lot of food. And ingredients. Vector shoos him out politely the first three times, but then gets more assertive. He loves his husband but goddammit he can be a pest.

Wears a novelty jumper

Remi, of course! A fluffy, somewhat oversized wampa sweater. And he almost convinces Fai to wear a matching one.

Gets overly competitive playing dejarik

Fai and Thexia both get drunk playing this game and get way too into it.

Refuses to leave their quarters until it’s all over

Fendithas liked the holiday spirit. He did not, however, enjoy a lot of the festivities. The man got headaches quite frequently. And he got backaches from carrying the weight of his whole crew constantly.
