Abilities:

Stun | with a punch from the right hand, Julian can send a hero back 3 meters and stun them for three seconds. (cool down is ten seconds

Pulse Launcher (the bottom part of his gun) | this weapon can shoot grenades that will pulse with damage four times. Dealing different amounts of health damage per hero. (ex. Tracer would receive 75 points of damage while Roadhog or D.va would only get 45) (has 3 grenades in each magazine and it takes 2 seconds to reload) (no cool down)

Bass Launcher (the top part of his gun) | with this, Julian is able to shoot waves of sound that will last for a distance of 100 meters. It does little damage but knocks each hero that it hits back as long as 50 meters. (cool down of 30 seconds every seven times the launcher has been shot)

Crossdrift | Julian can switch between speed or damage boost during each match/battle/etc. Or neither. Two different songs will also play (Speed and Damage I mean these songs could work idk :I)

Spark Dart | with this ability, Julian will take a sparkler from his hairband and throw it like a dart at an enemy. It will stay there for 5 seconds slowly draining the target's health. (cool down is 10 seconds after three are thrown) (the sparkler will reload instantly)

Wallclimb | Julian can climb up walls and across ceilings. But if he stays on them too long, he will fall off and will be unable to do anything for five seconds. It's helpful but can make him vulnerable for a few moments. (no cool down)

Bass Drop (ultimate) | Julian will put a grenade, different from his usual ones (the one in his hand), in the top part of his gun and shout into the back of the speaker. It sends out a wave of  sound causing every hero in it's path to be knocked back 100 meters. If a hero hits a wall, it will do 100 damage. If not it will only do 50.

Other Info:

Julian is a very extroverted and loves being around other people. Though he can get too loud sometimes when he's speaking, he's good at checking himself and calming down when he needs to.

He has a hard time dealing with problems head-on. When he's faced with a conflict, he will keep pushing it away until he knows what he's going to do to a T, 100% perfect, no fun business!1!!

Loves animals but is sadly allergic to most of them. Most things with fur or feathers.

He loves being himself and has a hard time splitting up. It take a lot to try and even make him consider unfusing. This can be dangerous sometimes but to the fact that if he goes through spawn a number of times he could end up being a fusion forever.

Julian will often talk to himself. Well, that's what it looks like to other people. It's really just Lúcio and Jamie having a conversation.
