#Alice's picture next to Victor's portrait was sized up in build mode

We’ve made it to Fall Monday in the Chill Save in this update, and that means one thing -- SPOOKFEST! Yes, I’m posting the Valicer Halloween update midway through December. XD Spookfest did not start particularly auspiciously for the trio, though:

-->Alice lost control of herself again and rampaged around the outer edges of the farm in a thunderstorm! Which ended up turning out badly for her when, during a moment I was looking elsewhere, she ended up struck by lightning! Fortunately she wasn’t hurt (in fact, it energized her), and even more fortunately it seemed to help bring her back to her senses, as I was able to have her regain control and return to human form on the porch shortly thereafter. Still, she ended up pretty singed, so I sent her for a nice muscle-relaxing soak -- poor woman earned it!

-->Smiler, for their part, ventured into the barn to try and actually START A ROBOT now that they had enough computer chips and mechanisms (plus some parts taken from Victor and Alice’s inventories and purchased from their laptop). Naturally, they started trying to make the Blue Rainbow Party Bot. But, sure enough, not long into it, they ended up getting zapped, and I ended up having them talk to Guidry instead for a bit, before having them zip inside to check out Victor’s new aquarium, tend the bonsai, and play a few tunes.

Victor, by the way, slept through ALL of this. XD Oh Alice, you really need to get that final promotion and that new bed. . .but yeah, not a great morning for Alice or Smiler. At least I was able to use Smiler’s post-robot-zappage activities to show off some of the stuff I’ve done around the house with the gang’s many photographs! We have some of the fun selfies they all took on their recent vacation displayed on Victor and Alice’s dresser (along with the original portrait Alice painted of Victor on his piano, and a sized-up version of the picture Victor took of Alice at the easel) on the wall behind; and some other snaps of their (very dark) Granite Falls vacation, along with the picture Alice painted of the “ranger station” sign in Smiler’s guitar corner. (Also a couple of pictures from their SimCity Founding trip into the Bramblewood above Victor’s piano.) I’m honestly enjoying creating all these little “photo walls” and suchlike -- it makes the house really feel like THEIRS.

Anyway, Alice ended up painting after her bath, while Smiler continued playing guitar and Victor finally got up to for the day. Did Spookfest improve for them going forward?
