ughh i had to go home today bc i felt so sick in school and the moment i stepped out of the car i threw up :((
#emetophobia#emetophobia tw#tw emetophobia#vent#AUGHHHHH it's bc im on my period but this has legitimately never happened before#the only time i threw up on my period was when i drank too much so it was the alcohol's fault#i just hope its not bc my body remembered that and will proceed to throw up every time im on my period#next time i get it I'll probably stay home just in case to see how my body reacts#i ate a sliiightly dubious piece of candy today though so that might've been the cause as well
