#katie rambles#long story short i was almost in a tarot project but left because 1 of the contributing artists was a freak who made adult/minor content#and i had a few creative conflicts with the staff running it that were not going to get better after the fundamental crack there#and idk the artists really tried they absolutely gave their all#but i dont think they were able to get the direction they needed because like 90% of the cards posted#look like fanart rather than tarot cards. the symbolism doesnt fit the vibe. the moment or characters maybe but so few fit#and i feel highly validated knowing that the card I tried to say wouldn't work doesn't#(imagine illustrating the king cups all gloomy + dark w/ a character known for being an emotionless asshat when the moon was right there)#ANYWAYS i'm largely over it and i dont think i'd recommend working with a group associated with feline larceny did not like the vibes#and every now and then i mald a bit at a dream project with so much passion behind it squandered
