gddamn i need to make this pork and miso noodle soup more often
#sasha speaks#it's really easy to whip together it's really tasty it's pretty well balanced nutritionally it keeps and reheats well#AND it's pretty cheap. unless youre buying the fanciest pork you can find but i get a $5 tenderloin from TJs.#the range of pork tenderloin prices at different markefs is crazy tbh#ik small local farms raising high quality meat are naturally gonna charge more and i support that#but gd damn i swear i've seen it priced ag $20/lb or more. TJs sells it for $5!!#and it's good meat!#anyway this bigass pot of soup that's lasting me for three meals probably cost me $15-20 total to whip together#maybe less considering i didn't use a full pack of noodles or full tub of miso#could easily be made with turkey or chicken even too
