GERD fucking sucks btw 0/10 would not recommend. Fickle as hell chronic illness I'm straight up not having a good time bro
#everything i eat feels like a true gamble and the symptomatic results of food content are not consistent enough to draw any real conclusions#also I think my PPI is making me rapidly gain weight and while thinking about intentional weight loss makes me feel fucking feral#and not in the fun way#i suddenly cannot wear (new!) pants that were fine less than four weeks ago#and i an idiot feel a deep psychic connection to my wardrobe#but even if i wanted to intentionally lose weight. bitch how#intermittent fasting is a gerd trigger. vigorous exercise is a gerd trigger and hurts the joints I've been in pt 3 times for#on top of all that I'm stupid and don't know how to feed myself so I rely a lot on simple minimal spoons meals and snacks#a lot of which are not ideal for the bland ass diet I'm now supposed to dedicate my life to#AND it's not always food content! the doc said sometimes it'll just flare up for funsies!#anyway I'm suffering physically and mentally. 🙃 even when my symptoms dissipate i feel on edge because it can change on a dime.#let me fucking live PLEASE#personal
