TCCC

The current gold standard in the field is Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), developed by the US army but used by militaries around the world. There is also a civilian version of the system called Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC). Training materials, Standards of Care, instructional videos, etc. can be accessed at deployedmedicine.com. You’ll need a free account. This should be your first and possibly only stop.

There’s also an app and a podcast if those are more your thing, although I haven’t personally tried them.

Fem!Lucerys /Fem!Aemond?

I want an angst, which despite the fact that Aem(Is aemma the equivalent of Aemond?Imagine naming your daughter after your first wife,lol) has claimed Vaghar,the court says that a disfigured woman has no value in court, if Luc(Lucy?) was a man she could take responsibility,and marry her, but she is a woman.

Lu is heir to driftmark,however she is a girl,and everyone knows she is a bastard, and a violent one, who stabbed the eye of her aunt,how can a hysterical woman inherit driftmark?

I don't know I'm not creative

I think this is very creative darling! I hope I didn't disappoint!

Also I tried my hand at Present Tense writing wise so apologies if some of the grammar is incorrect.

When they were children, things were vastly different between the two of them. Like two sides of a coin. 

Aemma who didn’t have a dragon while Lucy has Arrax. Aemma who’s mother wasn’t truly there while Lucy’s mother was always by her side and holding her hand. Aemma who’s older brother couldn’t give a damn about her while Lucy has Jacarys who was always overprotective of her. 

Aemma who has one eye while Lucy has two. 

Lucy was at fault for taking Aemma’s eye when they were children. After that night Lucy was known to be the feral bastard who gets away with taking an eye. Who has gone unpunished for it out of clear favouritism.  

Time has gone by and the court glares at Lucy for it, how dare she disfigure the true blood Targayern princess while Lucy was a bastard herself. Lucy truly thought Aemma was loved in court, that she could get what she wanted. Clearly she is wrong as she watches the show in front of her and she isn’t pleased.  

“Aemma is disfigured my Lord, how could she ever hold a position in court? It was already hard enough with her being a woman but now? She is better off being married off and carrying heirs as her birthright.” 

Alicent glares at the Lord in front of them and Lucy shivers. It was the same look she gave her that night when she had protected her brother and made a miscalculation. She refuses to call it a mistake, she was protecting her brother and she would do it again in a heartbeat, so a miscalculation it is. 

It was only a day after Lord Vaemond had tried to steal her birthright from her and Lucy was still feeling the side effects from that when there was another call. This time it was a petition against Aemma being allowed to hold a position in court. 

“Princess Aemma may have lost an eye, but she has the largest dragon in the world, she has studied for years and would make a great ally in court. Surely better then most of the men we have there now,” Otto Hightower drawls and Lucy only huffs in irritation. 

Of course Otto was in charge of this one, only this time he will make sure his granddaughter is safe and gets what she wants. He would be happy to have Lucy’s head on a pike. 

Even in her annoyance she couldn’t help but to move her eyes to her Aunt. She was breathtakingly beautiful as she stood straight, her head held high. She has the confidence where Lucy did not. Her silver hair tied up into beautiful braids and Lucy hands itches to touch the silver locks. 

“This could have been easily resolved if Princess Luceria was a male. A simple marriage would have been the easiest solution to our troubles,” Aegon merely smirks and everyone only stayed silent out of fear. 

It was so silent you could hear a pin drop as Aemma looked over at her and Lucy felt as if she couldn’t breathe. Alicent hisses at Aegon to be silent and that seems to snap everyone back into motion.  

“Yes well, Luceria is a female so it wouldn’t be feasible,” Otto explained as he waves a hand down at the Lord, “Princess Aemma Targaryen will hold a position at court my Lord, and you be best to try and keep your mouth closed if you want to keep your tongue.” 

This time everyone flinches as they all remembered the brutal scene between Vaemond and Daemon for calling his wife and step daughter whores. Everyone could hear Daemon chuckle underneath his breath, this was pure entertainment to him and everyone knew it. 

“Not here in King's Landing. We all know if we rally up and go to the true King and not just his Hand he would actually listen to us, not mock us the way you do,” The Lord continued and Lucy felt like laughing with her Stepfather at that comment. 

No one else thought it was funny as voices starts to yell over one another. The volume increases until Otto himself yells for silence. Only then did the hall grow quiet once more. 

“The King is quite sick. His sudden appearance from yesterday,” Otto starts before he sends a glare at Lucy herself, “Was too much for him. He will not be appearing today.” 

Lucy only felt guilt as she felt Aemma herself glare at her. She had every right to be upset though, her father showed up to protect his granddaughter but would never do the same with his daughter. 

Lucy jerks in surprise when her mother takes her hand gently and gives it a squeeze in support. The love of a mother was everything and the feeling of her own mother giving her support even if the petition isn’t against her anymore gave her the calmness she desperately needed. So when she looked over towards her Aunt and saw that Alicent was not doing the same for her daughter it made her feel something she didn’t quite like. 

Aemma was standing by herself, no support behind her.  

She wants to be her support, she finds herself thinking. She wants to be beside her Aunt and show that just because she was a woman didn’t mean she couldn’t be part of the court. She has every right to be and no one was willing to give her a chance. And before she could talk herself out of it, she moves knowing that everyone was watching her make her way towards Aemma. 

“I think she will be an excellent help in court,” Lucy starts nervously, her Aunt could either take this well or she would want to stab her for her help, “Men are quick to make thoughtless actions. A woman would do well with preventing that and actually provide some excellent advice if given a chance.” 

“Princess Luceria, your input is not needed-” Otto starts but she cuts him off. 

“I think as future Lady of the Tides, a show of support helps greatly. And if no one is willing to give her a chance, I will happily marry her and let her lead my council.” 

The reaction was immediate, gasps heard while shouts of surprise were unleashed. Even Rhaenyra, her own mother could only stare at her with wide eyes. No doubt she had plans to marry her off to some Lord in the future. She didn’t dare to look behind her, to see how her Aunt was doing out of fear. She was being reckless and it could cost her dearly. 

“You would do so?” 

Lucy sucks in a breath from the small whisper behind her. Instead of turning, all she did was hold her hand out behind her, warmth settling in her chest when she felt Aemma’s soft hand slip into hers. It was a good sign. 

“My Lady, I don’t think this-” 

“Are you proposing to me, Niece?”  

This time she did turn and the look on her Aunt’s face was not one out of disgust, but it was more out of excitement. Just like her, Aemma thrives off of chaos. 

“Would you like it if I did Aunt?” Lucy breathed and Aemma seems to light up at the question. 

“Yes, I believe I would love that.” 

“Marry me Princess Aemma Targaryen, and I promise you not only would you be my consort, but you will have a valued position in my council and will be given free reign. Will you accept my proposal?” 

Silence was all that could be heard, or maybe it was because they were in their own little world there was no sound. She could not be sure, all she was sure about was how her Aunt seemed to be pleased with her, as if she wanted Lucy to ask. 

“Yes Princess Luceria Velaryon, I will happily accept your proposal.” 

“Well, I believe that solves all of our problems,” Aegon cackles, ignoring the looks he received from many, “I believe we have a wedding to plan for.” 

“Aegon!” Alicent yells in horror while Lucy’s mother only smiles at her. 

“No, I believe my step brother is correct. It is unexpected but it is a solution.” 

“They cannot bear heirs! Two women do not make sense,” Otto points out angrily and Lucy has a solution to that. 

“Then the second born child from my brother Jacerys will be the next heir of Driftmark.” 

“What-” 

“Then I believe it is settled,” Aemma pipes up finally as she squeezes Lucy’s hand, having never let go throughout the chaos that happened around them, “Now if you will excuse us, my future wife and I must discuss our wedding plans.”  

Lucy has no idea what would happen next and she never meant to propose to someone today, but she couldn’t say she has any regrets. In fact, she was quite excited.

In the fist part we discussed how one day digital market leader meet with the a friend AWS in the Cloud and become very popular pair. Also what gift they bring for the digital marketing persons.

Now AEM asked to come to my home.

So AEM insides about its parts and structure explored.

AEM Platform :

AUTHOR:-

The content and layout of an AEM experience are created and managed in the author environment. It offers features for authoring content modifications, reviewing them, and publishing the approved versions of the content to the publish environment.

PUBLISH:-

The audience receives the experience from publishing environment. With the option to customize the experience based on demographics or targeted messaging, it renders the actual pages.

Both AUTHOR and PUBLISH instances are Java web applications that have identical installed software. They are differentiated by configuration only.

DISPATCHER:-

Dispatcher environment is the responsible for caching (storing) content and Load balancing.Helps realize a fast & dynamic web authoring environment.

Mainly dispatcher works as part of HTTP server like Apache HTTP. It store as much as possible static content according to specified rules.

So end user feel faster accessing of content and reducing load of PUBLISH. The dispatcher places the cached documents in the document root of the web server.

How AEM Store Content in Repository:-

AEM is storing data without any discrimination as it treated all the family member (data) are content only . Its following philosophy of "everything is content" and stored in the same house(Repository).

Its called CRX i.e. implementation of JCR coming from parent Content Repository API for Java and Apache Jackrabbit Oak.

The basement(base) of the building is driven by MK MicroKernels as in the picture its Tar or MongoDB. The Oak storage layer provides an abstraction layer for the actual storage of the content. MK act as driver or persistence layer here. two way of storing content , TAR MK and MongoDB MK.

TAR--> tar files-->segments

The Tar storage uses tar files. It stores the content as various types of records within larger segments. Journals are used to track the latest state of the repository.

MongoDB-->MongoDB database-->node

MongoDB storage leverages its sharding and clustering feature. The repository tree is stored in one MongoDB database where each node is a separate document.

Tar MicroKernel (TarMK)--for-->Performance

MongoDB--for-->scalability

For Publish instances, its always recommended to go with TarMK.

In more than one Publish instance each running on its own Tar MK then this combination is called TarMK Farm. This is the default deployment for publish environments.

Author instance is having freedom to go with either TAR or MongoDB. it depends on the requirement, if its performance oriented and limited number then it can go with the TarMK but if it require more scalable instances then it would go with the MongoDB. TarMK for a single author instance or MongoDB when horizontal scaling.

Now story of TarMK with Author, a cold standby TarMK instance can be configured in another availability zone to provide backup as fail-over.

TarMK is the default persistence system in AEM for both instances, but it can go with different persistent manger (MongoDB).

Gift of TarMK:-performance-optimized,for typical JCR use cases and is very fast, uses an industry-standard data format, can quickly and easily backed up, high performance and reliable data storage, minimal operational overhead and lower total cost of ownership (TCO).

Now story of MongoDB it basically come into picture when more hands required, means more user/author (more than

1,000 users/day, 100 concurrent users)and high volumes of page edits required. To accommodate these horizontal scalability required and solution is with MongoDB. It leverage MongoDB features like high availability, redundancy and automated fail-overs.

MongoDB MK can give lower performance in some scenario as its establish external connection with MongoDB.

A minimum deployment with MongoDB typically involves a

MongoDB replica consisting of

1)one primary node

2)two secondary nodes,

with each node running in its separate availability zone.

AEM--store--binary data--into ---data store.

AEM--store--content data--into ---node store.

And both stored independently.

Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3) is best high performant option for shared datastore between publish and author instances to store binary files(Assets like image etc).
