Murphy is blind and old so his hearing isn't quite what it used to be, but also I'm deceptively light on my feet. With socks on, he has no idea where I am when I come into the room, but he gets SO EXCITED when I randomly materialize next to him and call him a good boy. Or when we're playing I'll stop and get really quiet and he'll have no idea where I am until I make kissy noises. It's like playing peek-a-boo with a baby hahah

The only thing he has a hard time with is going pee outside when it's raining because #without hearing he's TOTALLY blind and can't figure out where he is. Poor guy...#I'm curious to see how he'll handle the snow when we get some...
