Was going to be a 1k followers gift but I haven't reached that number yet and I'm excited to share this :p

Okay so I don't do full sets often but I love these sets so figured I would convert every piece (; - disclaimer: okay no, not every piece, some are variations for taller walls (which are possible in ts3 but I think they suck so I'm sticking to short walls)

Some general notes;

>Most items are low poly (under 2k verts, with a few exceptions) and have small textures.

>Everything that could be made functional is functional. Columns are decorative and include 'half' versions in case you want to place them on the wall (and avoid seeing part of it through the wall which gets on my nerves lol) / I recommend using either OMSP or S3DT to move some of the objects up or down, since I didn't resize decor objects to fit short walls (in case you don't want it to cover just one level ;)

>*Known issues: One of the sides from the medium 2x1 & 2x2 doors from the "Soho" set sink a bit into the ground after use, I couldn't fix it but I'll update the files if I ever manage to get them to work as expected </3 - Also the "Soho Shop" windows' glass clips a bit with each other but it's almost unnoticeable unless you set the camera very close :s

🧵 ACNH Able Sisters Store Set 🪡

Sims 4, Base game compatible | 48 Now 51 items

(added the awning, chimney, and the stairs as a deco item with no footprint)

All the items you'll need to recreate The Able Sisters cute little shop in your TS4 game. All items came with only 1 swatch each. There are a few items that I added a couple of extra swatches for.

As always, turning the brightness down on functional lamps will make them look better (not overly bright) due to my vertex paint issue in Blender.

Type “ACNH Able” into the search query in build mode to find quickly. You can always find items like this, just begin typing the title and it will appear.

Use the raise & lower keyboard cheat to put your already styled mannequins onto the displays. The displays have slots, but mannequins will only let you place them on the floor, and won't allow styling once they have been raised, so make sure to do that first. They only need to be raised 1-2 notches depending on which display you are placing them on.

Use the scale up & down feature on your keyboard to make the items larger or smaller to your liking. If you have a non-US keyboard, it may be different keys depending on which alphabet it uses.

so dunmeshi has me doing math and. i might be totally wrong here but i think chilchuck is the equivalent of a former teen dad who's now in his late 30s lmao??

like. half-foot age of maturity is 14, chilchuck is 29, and his oldest daughter is 16.... so she was born when he was like 13?

also if we're really getting into it, which i am bc i love this shit, the age of maturity for tall-men is listed as 16, while the lifespan of each race is listed as 50 and 60 respectively, meaning that the ratio of half-foot years to tall-man years is between 14÷16 = .875 and 50÷60=.833. i'm gonna just use the average of .85 since scaling the ratio with age makes the math get weird lol, so 13÷.85 = ~15.3 in tall man years (or if we use the modern human age of maturity of 18, then 14÷18 = ~.778 and 50÷70 (the average lifespan was a little more than that in 2019 but im gonna err on the side of caution considering. gestures at everything.) = ~.714, .778+.714 ÷ 2 = .746, which gives us 13÷.746 = ~17.4) so. this guy was for sure a teen dad lol

also he's currently 29, which means he'd currently be around 34 in tall-man years or not quite 39 in human years. his eldest daughter is 16, making her approximately 19 in tall-man years or about 21.5 in human years.

anyway i know ive seen posts about this before so its not like this is new info lol but it was fun doing the math for myself :3 i will for sure be figuring out other age conversions too but this was a funny one to start with skfbdkd

#775 - p.h. (SEVENTHLINKS) [Flower]

Achievement Date: 23-04-01, Upload Date: 20-05-29

One of the little hits of the COVID year part 1, the idea of drug fueled addiction feels quite close at the time and the distorted flower voice is quite distinctive. Two-person group which kind of had a fallout, and therefore only left this song, apparently. Huh.

#776 - Dependent Fritters (Denpol-P) [Hatsune Miku]

Achievement Date: 23-04-01, Upload Date: 14-07-09

Very different from his more modern songs, this song has that 70’s grease, especially with that whack effect on the intro, and there is a lot more effect on this song. And even the lyrics are your typical kind-of seduction song, which is an interesting turn.

#777 - Mikazuki Step (r-906) [Hatsune Miku]

Achievement Date: 23-04-01, Upload Date: 20-03-26

r-906 follows Iyowa as the new and rising VOCALOID producer. This is their first real hit, at least this is when I first encountered them. Apparently the song got popular in late ‘22, so it needed to have a second bump to get here. I think this is more conventional of r-906’s work, which oddly surprises me, considering their later output.

#778 - Capriccio Farce (MothyP) [MEIKO, KAITO, Miku, Rin, Len, Luka, Gakupo, GUMI]

Achievement Date: 23-04-07, Upload Date: 11-10-29

Kind of the big season finale of the Evilicious series, with 8 VOCALOIDS, much akin to Hitoshizu x Yama songs. It really does sound like an ED to late 90’s serial anime. Only miff I have is that the tuning is bad enough that the words kind of get eaten sometimes.

#779 - SHANTI (wotaku) [KAITO]

The latest KAITO song uploaded on this list since… Doctor=Funk Beat? wotaku’s unique tuning really sells what is otherwise an awkward VOCALOID. An intrigue premise and the arresting visual and what might be one of the best examples of wotaku’s signature sonic palette.

#780 - Anonymous M (PinocchioP) [Hatsune Miku, ARuFa]

Achievement Data: 23-04-18, Upload Date: 23-02-17

An expansion of the interview being turned into a song by one of the great masters featuring a friend and major YouTuber in his own right. Probably PinocchioP’s more cynical song that’s directly about Hatsune Miku… Compare to a song that would be coming up from CosMo soon. Very stylized, very 2020’s PinocchioP.

#781 - Love Song (LamazeP) [Hatsune Miku]

Achievement Data: 23-04-23, Upload Date: 13-10-31

It is an absolute travesty that LamazeP has only three songs on this list considering his influence (4 if you include Ochame Kinou), but this is a fine inclusion. LamazeP is known for his shitpost songs, but I like his genuinely sweet songs like this better.

Big collision of western and eastern greats, only to be shadowed by two VTubers. Well, the original certainly lives up to that cover. Seriously, it really is one of best Giga/KIRA songs out there with expert tuning and K-Pop style that really pops out, and the GirlBoss lyrics are nicely welcomed, and the distinctive art… that’s good too.

#783, R-4 - Kiritan Wants to Battle Online Endlessly (GYARI) [Kiritan, Yukari, Akari]

Achievement Data: 23-04-28, Upload Date: 19-12-19

Kiritan has been a favorite lately, but this is an early version made by the VOICEROID and VTuber group head GYARI in… I think this is the final series on this list, making VOICEROID Singing series one of the few series where all the songs are in this list. GYARI nicely uses the drawling and flat voice of Kiritan to demonstrate the life and times of gamer’s playthrough of a popular game…

Another song in YouTube Top 100 finally popping onto this list. It’s also been a long time since an IA song got on this list, last one of Surges? Yeah… Certainly has that Orangestar summer IA feeling, which I think is the ‘correct’ way of using IA.

ФСБ задержала экс-директора управления капстроительства в российском регионе

В Магнитогорске сотрудники ФСБ задержали бывшего директора муниципального казенного учреждения, подозреваемого в превышении должностных полномочий. Об этом «Ленте.ру» сообщила официальный представитель УФСБ России по Челябинской области Татьяна Соснина.

Подозреваемый принял и оплатил коммерческой организации невыполненные проектно-изыскательские работы по одному из объектов транспортной инфраструктуры. В результате региональному бюджету был нанесен ущерб в размере не менее 70 миллионов рублей.

В региональном управлении Следственного комитета России пояснили, что в марте 2020 года экс-директор заключил контракт на проектирование работ по многоуровневой дорожной развязке. При этом он знал, что выполненные работы не соответствуют техническому заданию и стоят меньше. Решается вопрос о предъявлении обвинения и избрании меры пресечения.

По данным источника «Ленты.ру», речь идет об экс-директоре МКУ «Управление капитального строительства» Иване Трошкине.

Ранее сообщалось, что бывшего главу отделения по борьбе с коррупцией УМВД Брянска арестовали за взятку.
