Ah, that is unpleasant.
#I discover my ribs are injured.#Both sides.#The insensitivity to pain makes it harder to notice and easier to worsen the problem.#I only recognise it now because the sensation of muscles tearing from the connective tissue is familiar.#Started to occur along my back...#Whatever whatever... no wonder I am uncomfortable.#I'll look at how to sleep in this manner.#The kidney pain is still kidney pain simply because I know this precise pain too.#delete later.#6:30am...
