starting to look at apartments and holy mackerel… why do things cost money…
#i did some youtube research today and the amount of people saying that having a giant cement pole in your 420sqft apartment was a good thing#like that pole itself is 5/6 sqft and it blocks another 8sqft so like ???#like i get that its structural but i do think the developers maybe should not have put the tiny apartments in a place where theyd have that#the 800sqft 1 bedroom can handle losing a few feet… not the tiny studio
