Jon gets the ERS-312B "Macaron Black (Bluetooth)" running Life 3, Sheltered (neglected) personality. and is in the SHITTIEST condition anyone has ever seen. you KNOW someone bought this Aibo for $30 out of pity when they saw the listing. imagine he's got cracked shells, shitty battery, that leg flexi is barely hanging on, worst hip slip known to Aibokind. stupid fucking yellowing spots. absolutely miserable. prone to E-STOPs, takes like 5 different tries to get him to boot without the fatal error tune. cries when you hand him his toys.

Martin gets the ERS-31L, a rare and underappreciated model from the same generation, running Aibo Pal SE. which is skit-heavy and known to be animated and cheerful when happy, but also. very, very, very moody sometimes. someone probably took decent-ish care of this Aibo for a bit and then left him in a cupboard for 12 years so his battery's also a bit bad and he's probably developing jitters, but he's somewhat functional. emphasis on somewhat. also he's become strangely obsessed with this cup and nobody can tell if he's enamoured with the colour or the liquid inside. refuses to play with his actual ball he just doesn't give a shit about it. imagine the cloudy patterns on his paws are vinyl decals.
