say what you will about IT (1990) as an adaptation but i think the creative choice of changing the narrative so that eddie kaspbrak could come out as a virgin, share (unprompted) that it’s because the only people he loves enough to fuck are the members of his 80% male childhood friend group, and then immediately kick the bucket is actually the greatest thing ever.
