in rottmnt, they had the perfect set up for lesbains and then failed to deliver! because of course they did. I am so mad about that to this day! We could have had queer april and casey! We could have had enemies to lovers!

I want them like 2003 but with more violence, i really really do. Sword Lesbian Casey and i-swing-both-ways-with-a-bat-violently April.

Idk i just see rottmnt as such a gay piece of media despite us only getting hints throughout. it's big queer vibes. its so vibes. I also think that rottmnt has a certain charm for having no romantic relationships in it and i love it for that. But we also could have had wlw in canon and its big sad that we didnt.

I'm not asking for much, just a little more interaction between the characters. I'm fine with the subtext doing the work, i recognise that its a kid's show and we will probs never get anything solid. but i would love just a little of this:
