unstoppable force (urge to add some Jewish perspective/cool Jewish folklore/ranting about Christian normativity in this fandom to a Star Wars discussion I'm seeing on my dash) vs immovable object (absolute refusal to participate in fandom any more than I already am)

#gonna word vomit my thoughts in the tags here i guess #1. the idea of force ghosts as jedi heaven is just another example of people in this fandom thinking christianity is the default #2. that is exactly why force ghosts being jedi heaven doesn't make sense #because people are trying to fit a christian framework of the afterlife onto a fictional religion that draws elements from #buddhism judaism islam and probably other sources i'm less familiar with #3. the idea of ''jedi heaven'' flies in the face of everything the jedi stand for and all jedi philosophy we see in canon in this essay i w #4. what if anakin was a dybbuk???#rogue rambles #secret sw posts tag
