usually when a customer tells me something is fucked up I say "that's fair" because we work in construction and sometimes scummy shit happens. So when something happens and they tell me "that's fucked!! you're fucked!!" when I have proof for my brain that we didn't do anything wrong it kind of personally hurts my feelings
