Davina was on her way back home from work, it was actually really refreshing of not living in New Orleans anymore, and just having her own life together with Kol in San Francisco. Just having a normal married life, although what is normal when she's a witch and her husband an original vampire. It's their normal, let's keep it with that. After work she went grocery shopping as they needed some stuff that they didn't had anymore. Once she pulled up on the driveway she parked her car and got ou. Carrying the grocery bags, opening the door and walking inside, closing the door with her foot as she walked to the kitchen to put the bags down. Unpacking the groceries as she was looking around. She didn't see Kol his car outside, so was he home or where could he be.

"Kol?!" Davina then said as she was looking around if there was a note lying around, taking her phone out of her pocket to maybe see if he had texted her. It's probably nothing, they have a good marriage. It was still something she never expected to happen, to fall in love with a Mikaelson. She hated that family, wouldn't do anything for them and now she is a Mikaelson because she married one. Davina wouldn't change it for the world. She will start making dinner soon, first she was taking a shower and putting something more comfortable on. After an hour she was back downstairs and in the kitchen starting to make dinner.

"Daylight rings barely need replacement to be honest. Unless you lost it somehow or someone broke it, you're good to go." Davina said, not sure why she was explaining it to Gia yet here she was. Marcel not answering his phone didn't really worry the witch, it was making her more frustrated. As if she didn't had any other things to do. Then to figure out what he wants. Davina had a feeling the vampire didn't trust her not sure if it was true or not. Just a feeling the girl had. She could be wrong, knowing witches and vampires and their history don't really go hand in hand.

"I didn't talk to him, I only got a text saying to come here and bring stuff and that what about it." It was the most vague text he had ever sent her. Davina just don't know what to do at this point, stay and be confused and frustrated or just collect her things and go.

          "no, a daylight ring isn't needed." she raised her hand and wiggled her fingers. "it also still seems to work, so no need to replace it." she was told that daylight rings were rare among vampires and their community was just really lucky because marcel had good connections and was looking out for them.

          the fact that marcel didn't answer the phone was concerning. and somehow, gia still didn't trust the entire situation. it sounded like a trap. "but you talked with marcel, right? you weren't ordered here by a message?"

Did she ever set foot in the town called Mystic Falls? No she has never been here and since she had to do some errands while she was in New Orleans and the witch was on her way back home, when her husband asked her to go to Mystic Falls. Parking her car as she got out, not entirely sure of where she had to go, or where everything is in this town. Taking her phone as she was looking at the address Kol had given her. Was this the mansion the Mikaelson's stayed at when they were in town before going to New Orleans. Fine, time to ask around.

She spotted the Grill as she brunette walked to it and went inside. Well, she can at least get a drink and figure out where she has to go next. After ordering a drinking and sitting by the bar, the woman sighed. When asking the bartender about this address he said he doesn't know where it is. "Really, you live in this town and you don't know where this mansion is located." The easy way was to use a locator spell, she didn't feel like doing that.

Davina always just stayed in San Francisco as she didn't had any intention of setting foot in New Orleans again as she and Kol had a nice life out of that city. She was living her life and she didn't know she could actually live a normal life. She has a job, having a nice house and a husband she loves with her whole entire heart. When she suddenly heard her phone as she looked who was calling when she answered the phone.

"Alyssa, something going on?" Normally her niece wasn't calling her unless it was witch related stuff, then again Freya could help her with that area too actually. "Everything okay?"

Davina laughed softly as she was looking at her niece who wanted to give up already. "You only tried it once. It won't work right away Ally. It takes practice." It wasn't a difficult spell, still not one you can learn right away. "It definitely won't work with that attitude of yours."

"I give up!" Ally announces as she lets out a frustrated sigh and pushes the spell book away from her. "I'm never going to get that stupid spell to work, auntie Davina."

It had been some time since the last time Davina had seen Hope. Since the last time Kol went to New Orleans she stayed behind in San Francisco. In a way she wasn’t planning on going back there, she has nothing there. All she need is here in San Francisco. Of course she misses like the others. Taking out her phone from her pocket as she decided to text Hope.

{text: Hope} Hey, how would you like to come down here and visit me and Kol?

{text: Hope} Only if you want to of course.

“ you don’t even know me. “ (adaline)

"No, I don't know you. Not that well at least." Davina said but she knows her parents and her mother better than her father but still. Yet the witch does want to get to know Adaline better. "I want to get to know you better. Only if you let me of course." The brunette sighed as she was looking at the blonde girl. The way her mother has been such a good friend to Davina and to see how much of Cami, Adaline has in her is just insane.

“ please, just go… i’m not the kind of person anyone needs to be around right now. “ (adaline)

Right away the witch was shaking her head to Adaline. "You really think that I would just go and leave you here alone. Yeah you and I both know that isn't going to happen." Davina just wants to try and be there for Adaline as much as she possibly can. She may be just married into the Mikaelson family and yet Adaline is her niece and she just is trying to be there for her.

Davina actually never met Katherine Pierce and yet here she was standing in front of the woman that she heard so much about. Folding her arms over each other as she was looking at the woman. "So I have heard, You're the one who ran from Klaus. I've heard stories about you." The witch then said as also knows that Katherine is good in manipulating people. "You're looking out for yourself." Davina then said which she somehow can't blame her for. "What do you want from me? How did you even find me?"

She sighs as she is aware that it isn't really logical. Davina was well aware of the situation, she will have a work with Marcel about this, because why would he do this. She has better things to do then to be here and having to work with someone she doesn't even know. He knows how she feels about vampires. Taking her phone out of her back pocket of her jeans as she called Marcel to see if he would pick up, which it went straight to voicemail. Which made the witch even more frustrated and putting her phone back in her pocket. "I don't know, I know as much as you do. I guess we indeed have to wait until one of us has an enlightment. First I thought I had to make you a daylight right, guess that isn't needed."

         "but that's not really logical. i don't think it's supposed to be a secret..." it doesn't make sense to work on something without knowing what they were even supposed to do. gia also assumed this was more than a mere bonding project – which again wouldn't make any sense as gia has nothing to do with davina or witches. it's better to stay away from them. "thought so..." although gia didn't really know why, it somehow did hurt to know that she seemed to be only one of many. nothing mention worthy. and yet marcel asked her to assist davina, his precious 'family-witch'. "so he asked you to bring stuff with you and didn't tell you why. he also didn't tell anyone what to do. so now what? wait until one of us has an enlightenment?"

"Seems like it." She wasn't surprised about this, a lot has changed between her and Marcel although she thought things were better that he wouldn't keep her in the dark like this. She frowned hearing Gia say it like that with what she is to Marcel. "You could say it like that, yes." marcel was the only family she has. her eyes followed the vampire as she spotted the papers. Then again Marcel didn't really mention her and this was just a surprise to the witch. "he did not mention you. and I indeed brought these with me. Marcel asked me to bring them with me. Not entirely sure why."

             "so he wants to keep both of us in the dark?", gia concluded, not happy about this realization. should they both assume what was expected of them? "and yet he made us meet. seems like he doesn't really care about your aversion in this aspect." which again, didn't please gia at all. she's not fond of being kept in the dark, of not being included in plans that apparently did involve her. "i know. you're marcel's ... foster daughter." gia didn't know a better way to describe it but she knew that davina was incredibly important to marcel. she was family to him. which again begs the question of why davina was here with gia. "i'm gia. not sure if marcel has ever mentioned me but..." a shrug followed before the vampire let out a sigh and searched through various papers. "have you brought these with you or were they already here?"

folding her arms over each other, looking at gia. "marcel hasn't told me anything. he only told me to come down here and that's it." not entirely sure of why she came in the first place. she could've just stayed where she was. "he did talk about you, he just didn't gave me much information. he knows I don't trust vampires." she had a feeling they were here that they had to team up in a way and not entirely sure why or how. realising she hadn't introduced herself to her. "I'm Davina by the way. "

          gia raised her hands to signal that she didn't know. "i haven't been given any information at all and considering i'm still kinda new to this entire community, i certainly have no experience." neither with magic, nor with all other forms. "i don't even know what's expected of me nor what i'm supposed to do here. hasn't marcel said anything to you?"

davina was looking at gia, she may have her trust issues when it comes down to vampires. why was she even here, because marcel asked her to, perhaps. "we don't trust each other, I don't know why marcel asked me here to help. maybe it must be important. and maybe we should put our difference aside and team up?" she asked while looking at gia.

           "so why’s it so important anyway?", gia asked because she didn't quite understand it. surely marcel would have told them if it was deemed important and worth mentioning. and while gia knew that davina was important to marcel, she didn't know if she could trust a witch.
