Happy New Year!!! Do you have any resolutions?

Mmh not really, I have enough resolutions the whole year around so I just carry them on into the new year ig haha.
Also I think while new years resolutions can help some i think (do they tho?) , however you can make a new resolution throughout the whole year you don't have to wait for the 1st of January 😊
But I can tell you about those :)
Study well and pass all my exams (hopefully with good grades) they will be in about a month so I still have enough time to study. I'm still positive about them atm ☺️ I plan to study a few hours each day, maybe a bit more towards my exams. It should work out I think
Eat healthy and cook for myself. I already do that most of the times but the problem is rather that I have irregular eating habits. Because of uni classes which are at different times I often fail to eat and cook at regular times.😅 Or sometimes I skip a meal which is not ideal, then eating a lot later because I'm hungry. And not eating late at night. These things often just don't make me feel that great and I should try to improve it
Don't eat out or order food so often. 🥲 I do it because of the above reasons when I study a lot and feel like I don't have enough time to cook. 😅 Because it's expensive, I'm wasting so much money because of this bad habit. 😬 The food is so good tho unfortunately😋 I will miss it 😭
Keep up with my regular exercise habits and sports I do. It makes me feel good and also helps me so much with my mental health. Makes life better :) This will hopefully further improve my tennis, but I'm sure it will because the last months I only got better. Not to brag but I almost improved more in half a year than the 4 years before. Astonishing how much training hard can do in a short time if you give it your all. Also I guess you apply that to all parts of life.😄 Maybe I will try to improve some things with my exercise so it's more fitted to me and what I'm trying to do.
I would also like to gain some weight. While I'm pretty happy with my body I think I'd feel better and even fitter with a bit more weight. :) I have always been rather skinny, not because I'm on a diet or don't eat much. On the contrary I eat a lot, at least my mom always points out how much I eat. It's my genetics ig. It's the same with my mom. So yeah it's hard for me to do that. But maybe with strenght training it will eventually work out
Not neglecting my mental health during exam phases. Sometimes I let anxiety get the best of me short before the exams. I have some horrible habits of spending all day inside studying, isolating, not seing people anymore because I get rly scared I'm gonna fail. My sleep schedule gets really bad as well and the day of the exam I didn't eat at all last time because I couldn't get anything down. When in reality I was far from failing, I got a B. 😅 I also got a rly bad cold after the exam period🙄, it might have somewhat lead to it
Just in general: be a positive person, be kind to others and open minded. Never give up whatever happens. Be yourself, don't be someone you're not for anyone to like you. Be brave, don't be afraid of anything. Stand up for the things which are right ☺️
Maybe one resolution in particular could be my New Years resolution I suppose. Eating less sweets. My diet is pretty good but I like sweets a lot. Which is fine to sometimes eat them they're so good 😍 but sugar often makes me feel kinda bad. You know when you get a sugar crash and then feel rly tired after you ate something sweet. 😕 I do feel much better and more full of energy whenever I eat less sweets.
