in the middle of the woods in town lies paradise park - a trailer park, currently home to erik bishop, his childhood best friend hazel dunn, and her younger sister, josie. since the recent deaths of erik’s father, and the dunn sisters’ grandmother who raised them, they’ve been living on their own.

erik and hazel spend their evenings at the local bar, after their shifts at the fire station and the local diner. josie, who just finished high school, is a dance instructor, and spends her days off with her burnout friends.
