i just found out rocoto is between 100k and 200k in the scoville scale and honestly that's kinda insane
#it's sort of like a bell pepper but a very spicy one#and i've been watching hot ones lately and i wondered hm where would that be on the scale#because it's honestly the spiciest thing i have ever eaten and it's never been because i've wanted to#(they usually put a piece of it on top of ceviche and if they don't warn you it's rocoto you will cry)#(also anything it touched will be spicy so you can't get it out with the fork you're gonna eat with)#once i saw someone accidentaly take a huge bite out of it and i say accidentaly#because he thought it was a red bell pepper alas it was not LMAO#b.txt
