Last time I drew some dcla teens at a pride parade.

Now, let's draw some 2025 adjacent pride content with the dcla characters (specifically those with kids, according to my headcanons). Franletta is preparing to go out with their two daughters, who don't know much what's going on but they like wearing rainbow outfits.

Pablo and Angie decided to go to the pride parade too, with their almost 9 year old daughter. Perhaps they'll run into someone! :0

Luty are out with their almost 2 year old daughter and Camila is out with her almost 4 year old kid

Also, Jim and Yam have kids (because they got kids early - the reason for that is because I wanted Jam's oldest daughter to befriend some Violetta next gens and I mixed up the timeline. But now I've made the bed and I have to lay in it lmao). Their youngest is just 6 months old, but their oldest is 2,5 and doesn't seem to be too keen to follow along.

Finally, let's switch universe. Cause if Franletta didn't get together, then Leonetta and Diecesca got together, and they also have kids in 2025. Specifically 2 year old daughters.

Story

I have written about Luty being grandmas, I have written about Franletta being grandmas... Now what about Leonetta and Diecesca grandparents? It works for pride month, because... If you've read some of my Violetta next gen fics, you know that I have a little love story building up between Leonetta's daughter Isadora and Diecesca's daughter Diana. Now, what if we look a little into the future where their daughters got married and had kids of their own?

It was a special day where both Violetta and Leon and Francesca and Diego came to visit their grandchildren at the same time.

And their daughters, of course. But mostly their grandchildren.

"We're here!" Violetta announced.

"We're here, too!" Diego announced, walking in with Francesca behind him.

"Hello!" Isadora said, hugging her parents and then hugging Francesca and Diego.

"Where's our daughter?" Francesca asked.

Isadora smirked. "Inside... being lazy."

"Hey!" a voice exclaimed from the living room. It was Diana.

The grandparents went into the living room, chuckling as they saw Diana lie on the couch, with kids sitting on top of her.

Diana and Isadora had two kids, and had talks about having a third eventually.

As the children saw both sets of their grandparents, they rushed up to them and gave them big hugs.

"Both of you at the same time?!" the oldest kid exclaimed. 

"Yep, that's what happens when your grandparents used to be friends even before they had kids on their own," Leon chuckled.

"Did our mommies know each other when they were kids?" the youngest kid asked.

"Oh yes, they did!" Violetta said. "Me and your other grandma were even on maternity leave with them at the same time. We even wrote an entire album on our feelings about being mothers."

The grandchildren nodded.

"Mami sings the songs to us when we're going to sleep," the oldest explained.

"Diana, can you help me with the cake?" Isadora asked.

"You got it..." Diana said, slowly moving up from the couch.

As soon as the mothers were out of the room, the grandchildren formed mischievous grins.

"Tell us more about our mothers when they were kids..." the oldest said.

"Were they married since they were babies?" the youngest asked.

Violetta snickered. "No... but we used to joke that they were best friends since the womb."

"Since we are best friends, we wanted our daughters to also be best friends!" Francesca chimed in.

"Were they best friends?" the oldest asked.

"Well..." Diego shrugged, "We moved to Italy when Diana was four, and so she and Isadora were 'vacation friends' for a few years, whenever they visited us or we visited them. They only saw each other once a year, so you only know a person to a certain extent with those circumstances."

"But then we moved back to Buenos Aires when Diana was 16!" Francesca added. "So the girls started the same school. And after that they got really close."

"Yeah, they kind of got to know each other in a way they hadn't before," Violetta said. "That's when the romance started for real."

"When did they fall in love?" the youngest asked.

"I think that's up to them to tell..."

"I can tell!" Diego exclaimed. "It was some months after we moved to Buenos Aires, and I heard Diana talk in her sleep. I went inside her room, and which name did she mumble? Isadora!"

"Aww!" everyone exclaimed.

”They were so oblivious though,” Leon admitted. ”It was actually kind of funny.”

”We were on the edge of basically setting them up ourselves,” Francesca admitted. ”But… they finally seemed to realize it themselves.”

”How?” the oldest asked.

”Well, we don’t know all the details,” Violetta said. ”But we had a gathering with friends and suddenly they came in holding hands.”

The younger one got concerned. ”So if I come in holding hands with someone, you think we’re together? Because I hold my friends hands all the time and I don’t wanna be together with them!”

”Relax,” Diego said calmly, ”We won’t assume that. We just knew that time because it was so obvious.”

”And they also explicitly told us they were dating,” Francesca added.

”Are you talking shit about us?” Diana asked playfully as she entered the room.

”We’re just telling your kids how you and Isadora were pining for each other so hard without wanting to admit your feelings!” Diego laughed.

”That’s not what happened!”

”That is kinda what happened,” Isadora admitted as she also walked into the room.

”Shut up!” Diana mumbled.

Everyone in the room chuckled.

After last week, when I made those Franletta wedding dresses for @weirdthoughtsandideas , I actually started thinking of what they would wear to their wedding with their canon counterparts as it of course would not be the same thing. So I designed them as well

Leonetta

I just went full princess with it, because that is what I feel Vilu would want for her and Leon's wedding. So this is a full-on Cinderella ball gown, with bell sleeves and some floral pattern.

I also just made a board for it since Pinterest boarding is addicting and I need help

For the wedding color, i chose cream, coral, pink and green because that kind of seemed Leonetta. Purple was already for the Franletta so I didn't want to rehash. I also really pushed with the butterflies as theme, because for some reason I associate Vilu with them.

Diecesca

I gotta say, I like the one I gave Fran for the Franletta wedding better, but I guess you can achieve perfection only once. This is a bit more greek inspired, and pretty simple because that feels like Fran.

4. How many people I ship them with

Four people. My main ship with her is Franletta, they're amazing and they own my heart, but also she and Ana should have kissed for sure, and I'm on board for both Marcesca and Diecesca, I think they're both good ships that were pretty nice to watch for the most part.

14. Best storyline they had

The moving back to Italy storyline in s2 was great, I think. It made for some great emotional moments, and I really loved how we got to see her feelings abour parting with all of the most important people in her life individually and also with her life in general. And the whole issue of this move being so difficult for her because her life in Buenos Aires was the first thing that she actually built on her own was surprisingly nuanced and well handled. Plus, that goodbye music video makes me cry every time.

19. The most random ship you've ever seen people have with them

I've seen more than one person out there unironically shipping her with Federico because they're both italian, and as well as this being a pretty random ship, it's also insanely funny to me that all the shippers have this unspoken understanding of "all italians must date each other".

24. What do you think is a secret they have that they never told anyone?

This one is a little tough, but I think she never told anyone about having a little crush on Ana when she was around in s2. At first she couldn't because she thought it would make her sound like a hypocrite to be so jealous of Marco while admitting that she was kind of into Ana herself, and then when it was revealed that Ana was never actually her friend and was just trying to sabotage her relationship, she got too embarassed to tell anyone about it.

The DCLA characters (90% Violetta characters) in 2024 are celebrating Christmas!

In order: Leonetta w/ their daughter + Pablangie w/ their daughter + Germán Diecesca w/ their daughter + Gregorio Camila w/ her kid + her sisters (2 of them being Eva and Ada from SL) Luty w/ their daughter + Lena Franletta w/ their daughters Jam w/ their daughter

But we also got a Christmas celebration in the year 2030!

We got Sharon, Ámbar, Simón, Luna, Luna's daughter and Simbar's daughters

And in 2040, something also happens with some next gens to the dcla characters. Franletta's kids in particular.

And their oldest daughter's new girlfriend! :3

Since in 2024, I've been headcanoning some Violetta characters having kids, I was like "the parents dress them up super cutely for halloween"

Now all of their kids are toddlers, so why not dress them up as rugrats characters?

Lil: Isadora (Leonetta's daughter)

Kimi: Diana (Diecesca's daughter)

But there's another universe where Franletta has kids... what would THEY dress up their two kids (as of 2024) as?

Finally, Jim and Yam also has an alive child, by reasons being that I wanted their child to be friends with some Violetta kids, and then when I randomly decided on birth years I forgot that this would mean Jim and Yam got kids quite early. But oh well, now I've made the bed and now it's what it is.

Yam makes all the clothes for her, and thus asks her one year old what she wants to be. Her 1 year old child surely knows and isn't just saying random words because she's still learning to speak /hj

POLL VOTE

Ok so for christmas, I have said I have one SL fic where Sharon spends christmas at the mansion with Luna, Ámbar, Simón and their kids.

But since it's a little angsty, I feel like I want to write something happier as well. So, I have an idea for a little Violetta fic too. Or, several. I'm gonna present them:

Christmas 2040, but in two universes. One focusing on Leonetta and Diecesca's daughters, and one focusing on Franletta's kids, in particular their oldest daughter. Lola, Jam's daughter, will also be involved ;) The thing with this though is that I am not sure if I then should just make two oneshots and have them back to back. It could be that if I have several chapters, it can get confusing having "the same story in two universes". THIS MEANS, a second option:

Christmas 2040, but only in universe 2. I already have a full multichapter fic taking place in universe 1 with Leonetta and Diecesca's daughters, so the Franletta kids might need to get some extra attention for once. Plus, I'd get to write some SIBLING INTERACTIONS!! I love writing siblings (that's why I got into writing asoue fics for example, everyone has siblings there). Also, in this we might get to also see some more on the other characters + next gens too.

Some smaller oneshots on how everyone's christmas is in 2024 - since it's 2024, it's more or less only Violetta people who have kids. So it's one character/pairing per chapter on how they're celebrating their christmas.

A secret santa fic where all the Violetta characters get one person they need to get a present for. Originally I planned on doing this as just a random fic like I did with SL, but maybe if I don't write it in a while then it can get to be a christmas fic.

Maybe I'll write all of them and just spread them out during december lol?

So my poll didn’t get a lot of votes (con of small fandoms is that sometimes everyone is offline at the same time, and 24 hours is not that long).

But nonetheless, I think I have decided on something:

I’m gonna write that ”christmas 2040” fic with Franletta’s kids. I think they deserve some attention. Leonetta and Diecesca’s daughters already have a full multichapter fic (and I’ve already written some christmas fluff with them from last year)

But I’m also gonna write the ”what everyone’s doing christmas 2024” fic, with a Violetta ship or just one character per chapter (it’s possible I’ll include Jim and Yam too).

The Violetta secret santa thing I think I’m just gonna write like a random gift giving thing like I did with SL, especially as I’ve already getting some inspo to do it. So it might come out now or in november.

So in december, my schedule every week will be:

1 chapter of the SL fic

1-2 chapters of ”Character’s christmas 2024”

And 1 chapter of ”Christmas 2040”

And then it’s possible I write something else if I would spontaneously get inspiration.

It's time to present my dcla next gen ocs!

I did a post like this yesterday, and then I was gonna reblog it and instead accidentally deleted it... SO, now we have to rewrite the entire thing :,)

So, since I have a few of these now, and some have appeared in some works, and will appear in future works I think quite soon, I think it's best that I present them to people.

Now, I imagine more characters/ships having children, however, I will only present the ones that I feel that I have established. So, for example, I imagine a ship having two children together in the future, but I have not established them at all. These are the ones that I have names for, plans for, and who has appeared or will appear in my works. Never say never that more than these will appear, though! These are just the ones I have right now!

So, we will start with the canon couples of Violetta. I have imagined how it would be like if several canon couples had children, but I have only established two of them.

Leonetta has one daughter named Isadora. It is very important for me personally that her name is Isadora, that is my headcanon and you might have another hc. Maybe her middle name is Maria.

Diecesca has one daughter named Diana. In a oneshot she appeared in, she was named Sofia, but I have since then leaned more into Diana.

Pablangie (while not endgame a canon ship nonetheless) has a daughter named Paula.

Now, as I am a multishipper, I also have some non-canon couples of Violetta.

Luty has a daughter named Stella. She was born in a oneshot, which is the only time I have ever written a birthing scene (despite when I did my glee s1 rewrite, but then it was a rewrite of a canon event so not really the same)

Franletta has three kids: Two daughters named Elina and Carolina, and a son named Oliver. Oliver is adopted, while Elina and Carolina both were born with donors.

I also have a bit of a special case. In every timeline, no matter if the canon couples or non-canon couples have kids, one thing will always be the same: Camila will be a single mother. Her kid is named Kim.

Edit: Maxi and Andres have twin boys together, named Tommy and Daniel

For the Soy Luna characters, we’ll start with Jim and Yam.

I imagine them having two daughters. The oldest is named Lola, and the youngest is named Charlotte, "Charlie" for short.

Edit: I recently got Luna a little daughter, too. Her name is Lucia :)

I also have four kids for Gastina: Duncan, Anton, Annie and Mara

So, there was not much there at all with SL. But there may be in the future! We will just have to wait and see!

And I might have some more for Violetta in the future as well. We'll see if I even can come up with something for Bia!

But I thought it was about time to at least list my current ones.

The Diecesca hiding plot could work in THEORY - because they tell you it is for the arguments of "Violetta might be iffy about it because how Diego hurt her last season" and stuff like that.

But then you watch Violetta and Diego interact early S3 and Violetta is not in the slightest uncomfortable by him. She's in fact really happy and supportive with him, and likes that he has "changed so much".

And I feel like, their hiding plot would've had more stakes if Violetta, together with maybe everyone else, still was iffy around Diego and didn't really trust me, prompting Francesca to feel more of a reason to hide it. Because now in canon, it's way more that they just overthought the whole situation.

Some people I've seen argue that "I get why Fran couldn't tell Vilu because she never listens to Fran!! She only talks about herself!!" and that is not true! Yes, Violetta also has issues going on that takes up her thoughts, but she is shown to always be ready to listen to Francesca - even reminding Francesca later "You wanted to tell me something, right?". With Franletta's relationship, I WILL always defend Vilu. She cares about Fran so much, and Fran cares about her so much!!

I also think it would have made more sense for them to hide from MARCO, but I think the creators didn't want to make a cheating plot with such a beloved character like Francesca, so Marco instead was like "I'm so happy you two are so close! :D Omg you're dating? :D Cool!!"

For the ask game:

Violetta and Francesca sat by the patio, looking at the sunshine together. They waited for some friends to come over.

The first were Ludmila and Naty. They couldn’t believe they had known them for over 70 years now. The second ones were two ladies named Jim and Yam, who Violetta and Francesca had gotten to know thanks to their oldest daughter marrying their oldest daughter. Yes, this meant that some of their grandchildren only had a bunch of abuelas.

So did all of Ludmila and Naty’s grandchildren. They only had one daughter, Stella, and to almost no one’s surprise she ended up marrying Camila’s kid, Kim. They ended up having four children together. Ludmila still did not know how to handle the fact that she and Camila were family by marriage now, even if it had been 20 years since Stella and Kim tied the knot. 

Violetta and Francesca had three kids together - Elina, Carolina and Oliver. Elina was their oldest, who married Jim and Yam’s daughter Lola. The two girls had two kids of their own, and only women for parents and grandparents. Carolina only had one kid with her husband, and Oliver, while married, never had any children with his wife. Ludmila used to tease Violetta and Francesca about how, despite them having more children, they got less grandchildren. 

Jim and Yam had a second daughter named Charlie, who had a child with one man, and then she had two others with another man that she still to this day was married to. So, they had 5 grandkids in total, which was the most out of all of them. 

Ludmila and Naty arrived first. They went out to greet them. 

So, in the beginning, this was going to be at a nursing home, with also way more characters. But I felt like it'd be more cozy to have it be at Vilu and Fran's house.

Due to me having a lot of next gens now, I thought of ways to connect and crossover the dcla characters, by letting their kids get together (there's more Violetta next gens I imagine eventually get together with SL next gens). I had this idea that far in the future, almost all characters manage to intertwine in some way, and there's descendants that have managed to be related to a majority of them at once. I even tried once to come up with a fun family tree on how all character's descendants eventually got together, making their kids be distantly related to them all in the process. BUT, that just ended up being way confusing, especially because I got two different universes to work with. And these universes are essentially the same for everyone except for Violetta and Francesca - who are with Leon and Diego in universe 1 and with each other in universe 2. However, I still do believe that in the universe where they marry their canon endgames, they still eventually might be friends with Jim and Yam. I mean, if you've read my next gen fic, Lola is still friends with Leonetta and Diecesca's daughters, so it's not surprising they'll get to know them due to their daughters just being friends. Also, who Lola ends up with in universe 1 (where none of Franletta's kids exist), well... we'll see.

I have not at all thought much about eventual grandchildren, to be honest. I just spawned ideas that "oh, they have this many kids, maybe they have one", and also tried to include different family constellations; some have kids with different people, so their kids are half-siblings. But I really have not brought much thought into who every single person has married, besides the ones mentioned by name. The rest are just "some dude/some gal". Ludmila and Naty having four grandchildren came from me having that in the christmas event last december. I have for long known that I wanted Luty's daughter and Camila's kid to be an eventual couple, because I thought it would be funny that Ludmila had to deal with having Camila as her in-law. But I have not named or even gendered any of those four grandkids.

I thought about the red shorts headcanon again and laughed. And now I’m kinda interested if when Luna’s future daughter got hers, that Luna was the one being ”it’s probably the shorts”

Also how do you think everyone who has daughters in your next gen characters reacted when they got their periods?

The red shorts hc is highkey the funniest headcanon I ever had.

Sure, let’s do this.

Luna first - Yes, literally it would be the opposite situation this time. Her daughter by chance happened to ALSO wear read shorts. And she’s like ”mom… I think I got my period.” Luna SHOULD have learned from her own example but she’s like ”Oh no, it’s probably the shorts. They’re new, they leave colored marks.” Anyway, when she finally does realize it in fact isn’t red shorts, she just shrugs it off like ”I guess I was wrong. You got your period. You need help with the pads?”. Basically - no big deal at all.

Violetta and Francesca, they have different kids depending on the universe, so we get different situations.

Starting off with Leonetta’s daughter. She’s a little awkward about telling Violetta, but Violetta is essentially like ”I will give you all the support I didn’t get when this happened to me” so she’s very gentle and comforting about it.

Diecesca’s daughter is a sneaky little gremlin who decides she’s not gonna tell her mom. Why? Because why not. It can be fun, or something. This caused Francesca to immediately know something is up, and eventually stops her and is like ”you got anything to tell me?”. Her daughter is like ”no…” and Francesca drags her to the laundry room and asks ”why is your underwear bloody?”. Her daughter has to confess and Fran just shakes her head but smiles and gives her a hug.

Now, in the universe where Franletta has kids, they have two daughters. For the first daughter, she kinda does not realize it herself. Vilu and Fran just notices there’s a red stain on the couch, wondering where that came from, and both of them at once went to ask her. Their daughter is awkward about it, and feels embarrassed that ”both of them asked at once”, and does not want to talk about it anymore. Her moms are like ”alright, but you can ask us anything”.

Their other daughter I think told the first one that she saw about it, and then the other one got to know soon after. And it was not that big of a deal.

Now, for Jam’s daughters… I’m thinking their first daughter had the approach of ”just dropping it casually”. So she came home, and Jim and Yam were just in the kitchen, busy with their own things. And their daughter just goes ”school was good, got my period, where’s the pads?”. One of them answers ”box to the left”, before both of them suddenly stop with their tasks, and stare at her. ”Wait, what did you say?” They then run up and hug her and she’s like ”ok cool but like. Where’s the pads-”

For their other daughter… ok, this is gonna sound so out of context but I don’t have context for it. Literally, it’s just an ooc scene that showed up in my head, I will never write it probably, so it will forever just be in my head. But hear me out: She’s stuck on a roof for some reason. Her moms are trying to get her down and they’re shouting back and forth, and all of a sudden she goes ”HURRY BECAUSE I THINK MY PERIOD JUST STARTED” and Jim and Yam just gets really caught off guard for a moment.

Luty… their daughter told Naty specifically first, because she KNEW Ludmila would have this big emotional reaction and she wanted to kind of mentally prepare for that. Naty was also quite emotional, but she kept it in and just hugged her really tightly. Right then, Ludmila came home and was like ”what’s going on?”. Their daughter told her, and Ludmila just started crying. But it only lasted for around a minute, before she collected herself and they went to help her get settled.

With Ámbar, I think her first daughter kinda had this mentality of ”it’s just a period, why even tell anyone lol”. So anyway, Ámbar does her laundry, realizes there’s red stains on her clothes and confronts her about it. Her daughter is like ”I dunno I got my period or something” and Ámbar is kinda like ”… and why did you not tell me this…”

Her other daughter is more shy and so kinda wants to talk with her in private, and is more awkward about telling her. So, Ámbar is the comforting mom who hugs her and tells her she’s gonna give her everything she needs.

With Nina it’s a bit complicated. She has two girls, but this far I’ve only really pictured them as little, so I can’t come up with much. But I think she’d be very helpful and comforting when it happens. The big thing would be with her son who’s trans. His first period was really, really traumatic and he wasn’t himself at all that week. Nina did everything she could to make him comfortable, but it seemed like it didn’t work. He came out as trans very shortly after his first period, and thus they quickly got him hormone blockers.

Bonus: Angie also has a daughter that I barely talk about unless it’s confirmations that Pablangie is endgame in my fics. When her daughter gets hers, Angie is well prepared. She always wanted to be the one to help Vilu with it (and she couldn’t because she didn’t get to see Vilu during those years), but now she has a daughter that she gets to do all of that with. So her daughter gets so much help, support and preparation for it. It’s all good.

I decided to make a rundown of when all my next gens (that I have this far at least) are born. Not because it’s interesting for anyone else but it’s more for me to keep track so I know how old everyone is in different fics they appear in (for example, if one character is like 8 in a story, I need to see how old someone who’s younger/older than them is then, plus I need to check if some characters even would be born when some are of a certain age).

The reason there is two timelines is because of the fact that I ship both Leonetta and Franletta, and I see both of them having kids. They are the only reason for this.

Every other next gen is exactly the same.

In both timelines, Camila is a single mother to one kid.

In both timelines, Luty has a daughter. I've previously thought about Naxi having kids, however, I have not established that much at all, and it was more of a "what if" scenario. Also, I have some ideas playing out for Luty's daughter in both timelines lol.

Also in both timelines, Pablangie has two kids, although I have yet to really establish that, but I just know they do <3

For the most part, all events with Camila and Luty's kids will always be the same - except when they interact with the children of Violetta and Francesca.

I'm gonna call this timeline 1 and 2.

Timeline 1: Leonetta and Diecesca have a daughter each. Every other pairing is the same.

Timeline 2: Franletta has three children, two daughters and one son. Every other pairing is the same.

Leon and Diego do not have any children in timeline 2, although they may have been donors to Franletta's kids... maybe.

The timelines may impact the SL next gens. This is only because of one single character, who in timeline 2 may get a bit close with one of Franletta's daughters, but in timeline 1, that character will never get to know her. Other than that, they'll not interact with the SL next gens at all so it doesn't really matter.

Ok, I listened to a podcast some months ago, where a woman and her female partner (idr if they were married or not but they were a couple) was gonna plan to have a baby via a donor.

And I learned that, apparently if you don't pick a donor yourself, the clinic chooses a donor based on the partner's DNA. So, she was the one getting pregnant and her partner was a brunette with brown eyes. So, they had to find a donor with brown hair and brown eyes to "match".

Where I am going with this is that, as a multishipper I love both canon and non-canon ships and you know I have some planned future kids for Leonetta as well as Diecesca. But I also have some future kids for Franletta. And, well... for Franletta, I think they have two kids via donor and one adopted kid. And for the two donor kids, I imagine they take turns carrying the child. Which means, the donors both have to be brown haired and brown eyed, as well as black haired and brown eyed...

And which two people are that? :-)
